I have used Action Pest for Termite inspections for 5 years and a few years ago tried their lawn service. Everything was great until this year on the lawn. I noticed weeds for the first time and that my lawn wasnt as nice as my neighbors. I saw Action in my neighborhood but never saw them in my yard. I noticed their sign and I got a bill but there were no signs that my lawn was treated. I called and the receptionist said someone will call me back. They never did so I called them back to cancel my service. The receptionist was short with me and never asked me why I was canceling. Almost like I was annoying her. I guess they dont need my business or she didnt. I would not recommend Action Pest for anything but Termite inspections.

Jacy and his team are simply the best! I ve been a customer since he and his brother started action pest and turf. They text you the day before they treat so you can ensure your pets are inside and the gates are open for them. Their treatment works very well...In the first season alone they eliminated all of the weeds in my yard and my bermuda grass was nearly twice as thick as it used to be. I began with a limited number of treatments, but after realizing the difference their products made to my lawn, upgraded to full annual treatments to include winterization and spring pretreatment. These guys are awesome!

We have been using Action Pest for as long as we have owned our home (6 years). Today we had a service visit from Brian, he was super professional and thorough! All of their employees are very polite and informative, and they are affordably priced. We have never had a problem with insects in or around our home, and the chemicals they use are Eco and pet friendly.

Great service and friendly people! Every time I call to schedule the interior pest service of our house the ladies on the phone are so nice. The service guys are always friendly. We had to have them out twice for an ant problem this spring, and they cleared it up with the second visit. Brian P. has serviced our house twice this year and each time he has been super helpful. He even left us extra sticky traps this time to help with our spider problem. The service guys, especially Brian, are so nice its a pleasant experience to have them in your home.
