We have been using the service since 2023. It was quite good to start with and was mostly fine for 2023. In 2024, the service was not that good. I saw weeds almost after each treatment and had to raise service calls. Nowadays they are not responding to the service calls as they used to do, now they are coming only on the scheduled service days even if there is more than 10-day gap between service call requests and scheduled treatment. Overall I am not satisfied with the service this year.

Fairway Lawns merged with Command Pest Control and since then the Pest Control portion has been a mess. Had ant spray services in June that didnt work, then sprayed a few weeks later (that didnt work )with a very lack luster technician then recieved no bill until I received one that was a past due that was sent to collections. (I had already paid the bill.) Now in August I receive a bill for termite inspection in June (no termite inspection done). I have called 3 or 4 times and written 3 times on the bills sending the bills back. At this point I dont want anything to do with them. They continue to mail me statements, reminders, and call. I have filed a complaint with the State Pest Control board because I just dont know what to do at this point to get them to stop!

Stay away from this company they keep charging me for termite inspection that they supposably did the technician didnt even go to the backyard just knock on the door and left i have videos to prove it

Clayton Bishop is an excellent lawn technician and has helped our lawn so much. He is always very polite and does a great job with our grass despite the damage from our kids digging and pulling. He s great!

Please stay far away from this company!!! The customer service is beyond reprehensible. I am moving and I called OVER a month ago to Stop/cancel my service that I prepaid for the entire year. I was told no problem you have a refund coming back of $214 and we will issue a check And you will have the check within two weeks. After 2 1/2 weeks I called in to see the status And a gentleman answered the phone and said I see the refund amount but I see the check has not processed yet so let me look into it and call you back. He said he would call me back that day and of course zero call back. I waited three days to see if anything would turn up in the mail and it did not so I called again and this time I talked to a lady. She said she sees in the notes. It was transferred to accounts payable, and I will have the check by the end of the week. End of the week comes and goes and still no check in the mail. I called again at the beginning of the following week and I am told they are looking into it and I will get a call back. Surprise surprise no callback once again. I called today and they seemed like they were trying to handle it. I was on the phone for almost 25 minutes and 23 minutes of that was spent on hold. They did tell me at one point that it slipped through the cracks and asked me if I would like a call back from the billing department and I said no way because no one ever calls me back. The young lady put me on hold and said let me get billing on the phone to talk to you and after being on hold for another eight minutes the phone just mysteriously hung up. Even though they have all of my account information on a computer screen with my telephone number it has now been 12 minutes since the line hung up and they have not called me. Coincidence I think not this place is their customer service is horrible and they hold your money hostage. I have never dealt with a business that promises so many times you will get a call back and never does. They must need $200 more than I do.

Sidewalks and driveway needs to be blowed off always coverd with pellets when tech is finished with the yard

I like the fact that I receive an E-mail before you come out and you clean up after you finished your services and all of the services technicians are very friendly.

They do their thing, who knows what, I dont, never seen them do it in three years. In and out like garden sprites when youre not looking. All I know is no dandelions, nettles or those weird sprouty grass tufts. Actually saves you the time and effort of early Spring mowing due to the weeds that would otherwise emerge first. They keep my front yard formal looking for good neighborhood appearance so I can go wild and crazy in the back

June, 2024 This company knows what they are doing. We had use another well known company, but the weeds and crabgrass were still out of control despite contacting them 2x, with positive responses that they would fix it and it didnt work. FAIRWAY LAWNS FIXED the problem!

Worst service grass looks weird than I have before .. lost of weed when I asked about it pay extra if we come for weed treatment.. before only fake promises we going to take care everything if we need we definitely come nd treat for free .. .. do not trust this

Trying to get setup new services since several of the neighbors use this service, but it has been nothing but frustration talking with the sales person. Extremely condescending attitude throughout and very unprofessional, not sure if it is because of our accent.

I called to get a quote and couldnt get them to quit calling me. Had to send it to attorney generals office to get calls to stop

Update: Manager never reached out to review my account. They did call today to try to sell me services again. Terrible company. Terrible experience! Over 3 years with Fairway and lawn still looked terrible. Even their technician admitted the lawn should not look as bad as it does after 3 years. Canceled service and they continued to bill me. Unreasonable, terrible customer service, use anyone else.

Called to start lawn treatment, customer service was great!

First off I have used this company for years and didn t have a problem until last year. The last thing that happened they came by to spray in two weeks. Normally they spray between 4-6 weeks. I called the office to find out if I was charged for that day and Cayden at the office said I was going to be charged by the way he is it very rude and dismissive Cayden should not be working in customer service he also has a very rude tone I thought it was weird since I checked my camera and it didn t show they did any treatment .Now I don t know who and why they canceled my treatment??? So after they claimed to have treated my lawn and my camera shows otherwise they cancel my service??? A manager was suppose to call me and they never have till this day. And yes I should be in your system I live of Kelso Ave in Springdale.

It s taken a few months and a little work watering and mowing but we have great results. A neighbor said it looks better than the golf course greens! We have a little more work but amazing results.

Very deceptive business practices. I agreed to 6 treatments annually for my yard, however they did 8 treatments that year, not 6 like I agreed to. After arguing about this, I just decided to just pay the amount and move on. You would think that would fix things and make it go away, but no. When I went to pay off the balance, they had removed my ability to pay online, like I had the entirety of my time using them. So not only do they do extra services that you agree to, they then doubly screw you over and make it impossible to rectify the situation. Then to top that off, will send you to collections. Stay away from this company, they will lie to get your business, then sneak in extra services and charges.

Fairway Lawns treated my lawn all summer. Weeds were still there and I noticed no difference. It was a waste of money.

Time will tell

For weed control I liked Fairway, they performed decently well minus the fact it was difficult to get a call back and they broke a drainage pipe in my back yard. When I started with them I paid for a year of service in advance and they performed that service. The following year I had elected to go with a different weed control company, but Fairway came and started servicing my yard without contacting me. I was subsequently billed for services that I did not request or approve of and the management team has been unable to get these charges removed even though I called the moment this happened and the manager at the time agreed he would have them removed. It is still unresolved to this day and will never be resolved by me. Edited post owner comments: I would be more than happy to pay for any service rendered that I requested, however I did not request service beyond 2017 that Im aware. If the management team wants to get this resolved, they can call me as I requested over the last 3 weeks+.

Weed control service is terrible. They promised 8 application each year, but actually they came only 7 times and combined 2 application together for the reason of shorting of people. For that reason, why not all 8 applications in one time to save labor. Also, they just apply universal solutions to your yard no matter what kinds of weeds you have. So through the whole year, you can see weeds in your lawn grow strong and spread everywhere. In the past, they can still send individuals to your lawn from time to time between applications to kill specific weeds. Now, they just use automatic truck to do it in 10 minutes no mater how severe the weeds spread. They dont care. Finally, dont call them because the lady will be rude and careless. So leave them if you want a healthy weed-free lawn.

If zero was available that is the score this company deserved. The guy who treated the lawn last week looks very suspicious and kept on looking through the windows. Only treated the border of the fence several times in a row and left note on door implying job was completed when it wasnt. Attempted to notify office and she was not helpful and when a manager was requested I was informed one would call me. I tried a few more times over a weeks period to speak to a manager and finally was able to talk to the manager. I was about to sell the house and move into a bigger house in the same city and would have extended the services there as well but as soon as the manager came to know I was about to sell my house his tone changed and he said Eventually you will disconnect and said he will check it the following week.. The issue was never about the money they wanted. The issue is you shouldnt pay for a job that is not performed. Then the company sent me to invoices for the work that was not completed and I have to eventually pay and discontinue the services. The only time Fairway was proactive was to get my business after that it was horrible. This company does not communicate properly. As a house owner and a professional worker I make an effort to provide positive reviews however, this company forced me to put negative reviews. Never using Fairway lawns again.

Great communication and do as they say when they say it!

I had the worse lawn in the entire neighborhood until I had them come out and fix it. It looks great now, after just 1 treatment. I take that to mean that all the so called treatments they did in the past were not treatments that I was paying for.

In just 8 treatments my yard is weed free and looks great.

Ive been using the services of Fairway Lawns for many years. I tried to maintain a lush, weed-free lawn on my own but was only marginally effective. Then I heard of Fairway and brought them on board. Their service techs and office personnel are always friendly and helpful. My lawn is now always beautiful (assuming that I get it mowed in a timely fashion!). The contrast between my lawn and my neighbors that butts up against mine is quite noticeable. I wholeheartedly endorse Fairway Lawns service.

i would not recommend Fairway Lawns. My yard looked the worst it has ever looked. I did a much better job in previous years than they did this year. When the yard was going bad with many blank spots they did nothing to fix or recommend any treatment to fix the problem. Never again.

Great service and quality. Back yard is just as beautiful as the front which is not often from several of these lawn services. But Fairway takes pride in the whole job!

My yard has greatly improved with the treatments by Fairway Lawns. Other service companies (pest control, heating/a/c) provide a text or call on the day of service with estimated arrival time. Weve requested this multiple times, still not implemented. This needs to be implemented!

When deciding on what lawn service to use I did an informal observation of which lawns in my community look the greenest and healthiest. I noticed that the best lawns had Fairway signs. Since I began treatment 6 years ago I have been happy

Run! Run far! Run Fast! Fairway Lawns of NWA is non responsive and doesn t seem to want your business if you question their service or lack thereof. Used them once before and couldn t get the third herbicide application done and had weeds coming out more than grass. Canceled and took care of it myself that year. Thought I would give a second chance on the hopes things had improved with unemployment high. Three calls to their 800 number well, we ll have him call you . Crickets. I long for the day that owner operators truly valued earning your business. I ll find another alternative, but wanted folks to know this place just wants to cash your check - apparently not much more.

Mark was very helpful in rescheduling us to start service again and clarifying things. Very willing to take calls and answer questions. However, they claim to have payment online but it never worked for me even though I had my account number and proper information. I canceled before because the payment process was very difficult. One star off because of the payment difficulties.

Ive called six times this week, and reached out to their email form. I cannot get a call back or anyone to come out and mow my lawn. I dont understand why you dont want my business...

Lawn looks great

This year they have not been up to speed. My lawn has only been treated 2 times. They are very scarce on the amount of fertilizer they are putting down and missing spots.

Very well done service and I can see progress right after the first treatment. Reason for the 4 star is I got to call couple of times as they missed the treatment cycle

It took me a while to get what I needed but hopefully we will get our business straightened out.

I registered for lawn care as well as trees and shrub care and I am using their services since 2 years and I never imagined I had to write this negative review about them. From last few months I am having a very bad experience with the service. I see lots of weeds through out my lawn and I feel very bad seeing them as I am paying lots of money for a proper care and still there is no good result seen. Last month after a couple of complaints there is a guy who came over and saw the weeds and honestly he didnt even cared to inspect and find weeds to apply treatment properly. He rather worked on random spots and left the place in less than 2 mins. And that didnt helped either. I felt they never bother about customer satisfaction. I complained them again last week and till now there is no call back or a resolution to it. I also complained them about the insects seen in my trees and shrubs and they havent took care about it yet. I had to step up and apply neem oil on those insects myself. Its not just me. Lot of other people in my neighborhood had shared similar bad experiences they have with Fairway lawn and I honestly shared this too with them in my complain I have last week. I am planning to move on to another vendor and I suggest you DO NOT CONSIDER Fairway Lawn if you love your lawn and trees and anticipate proper and timely help if needed.

Unprofessional driver showed up at my mailbox while I was outside, thinking hed get business if he made rude comments about my lawn. When I told him we were treating it ourselves, he basically ran away. Then he had the nerve to leave an ad card on my door. Fairway Lawns may want to train their professionals to be better sales people. Will avoid if I need lawn service in the future.

Paid for several months of service. They showed up once. When we would try to speak to someone on the phone, they would promise to return the phone call and wouldn t. Canceled the service and they said we didn t owe them anything, only to receive a bill months later. You would be better off going with any other company.

Beware! They will sneak a double bill on you and then tell you its your fault. I guess they needed more money for Christmas or something

The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We had the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. I had an issue of them charging me the next year for service when Id paid for all of 2019 service and then sold the house and moved and forgot to tell them... HOWEVER, they issued me a refund and were friendly and professional about it.

I have been very pleased with the service. The results are exactly what the technician explained. (Which was not the case with True Green when I lived in TX). My yard looks better each month. It s been worth the money.

I called 3 different times (4/21, 5/5, 5/14) to get a quote to spray our business lawn and never got a call back and they never sent someone out. We had used them in the past and thats why I called them again, but we will not be using them this time.

Fairway Lawns provides professional and excellent lawn care! Our personal greenskeeper, Deshon, has been servicing our yard for three years. Our yard is incredibly healthy and the greeniest of green Bermuda. Thank you for always making us feel like we are getting personal lawn care!

Highway fing Robbery

Lawn looks great, but their scheduling and customer service is horrible. We have dogs and a doggie door, so the service needs to be scheduled ahead of time. Many times they have shown up unannounced and have to reschedule. When they do call, it is several days in advance and they wont give us an approx. time. And they never call the day of, until they are on their way. This last time they called 10min before arriving at the house, and instead of rescheduling, they just sprayed the lawn with the dogs in the yard. Who know what health issues that will cause. I called the manager and he apologized, but that interaction was ultimately a dead end. This is 2020 and there are many better ways to schedule service appointments; they just choose to not use any of them. If you are in a situation where they can come and go as they please, it is a good service at a good price. Otherwise, pay more for someone better.

Very difficult to see what benefit other than weed control is taking place. The grass is growing very thin and dirt spots are emerging. So, not all that pleased.

I have used Fairway Lawns for 3 years now. I had a severe issue with Spring Dead Spot disease and a fall fungicide was recommended by Mark. This spring I am very happy with the results. It s not an easy disease to control and Fairway has gone above and beyond to help me make my lawn look good again. They listened to my complaints and took immediate action to resolve any issues! I am 100 percent satisfied with Fairway Lawns. Thank you Mark for making sure I was listened to and did all they could to help!!

Shortly after having experienced service issues with Fairway Lawns towards the end of this last summer, I was contacted by Fairways Field Manager of Benton County, Jesse. From that point on, Jesse and Fairway Lawns have gone above and beyond to make the health of our lawn a priority. Over the course of the last few months our lawn has come a long way.
