There weren't any gimmicks, no added charges upon arrival and he was straight-forward about expectations (we had a deck that was in rough shape, but he still managed to make it look great). The house looked perfect for listing thanks to his hard work and attention to detail. Would 100% recommend for any pressure washing needs.
