I wish Google had a Zero Rating I put my account on hold because they were not doing the service and billing me for it I woke up this morning and they build me for the service yesterday and I go outside and take pictures of the covers of my termite boxes theyve not even been touched still got dirt on them one has a dried big butt & folded table plexy glass sheets leaning against the house over it not even moved I dont know if thats a common practice with the company or with whoever they sent to my house but its not the first time and I got video cameras

Integrity Pest Control keeps my family pest free on the inside and outside of my home. The office staff was very kind and informative when I called them. But the shining star that I must mention is our technician Orlando. He is the only technician I will allow in my home. He is trustworthy beyond measure! It s hard to come by someone who not only has good manners and is punctual, but he is also really thorough at what he does! Answers any questions that we have and thoroughly explains everything that he is doing. He is respectful in the way that he takes off his shoes every time he comes in the house and not once have I asked him to do so. He is definitely an asset to Integrity Pest Control and should be given a raise!

Always friendly and accommodating. Show up regularly with easy online payment option. With heavy home building going on around us we are noticing way more spiders than ever and the receptionist was very helpful with scheduling even though we weren t due until June. Also she was very knowledgeable about combatting drain flies before they arrive to better help the technicians efforts.

My yard was hopeless, and they are doing their best to get it looking decent. I also have to give alot of the credit to my service guy Ian. Great young Christian guy with a very positive attitude, and always willing to go the distance to please customers.

Today was my first application. Mathew our tech was very good. I happened to be outside when Matthew was doing the application. I was very impressed with the work and attention to detail. He was very professional & has great customer service. He made sure I was happy with the work before he left. I also like the work order sheet that is explained in detail what was done. I also wanted to mention Jamie the service manager for listening to all my issues I had and made sure it was noted in my account when he came out for a estimate. Everything was done and addressed. As of right now I would recommend this company for any of your lawn treatments. Thank you Intrgrity for taking pride and providing great services. I would love to have matthew as our perm. Solid company. Weve been using them for 2 years or so for every other month service. They arent miracle workers, but the yard looks good considering we typically only run the sprinklers twice a week. Theyre here when theyre supposed to be which is more than you can say for many service companies. Pricing is fair and youre able to pay online.

I called today because I have an ant issue. I spoke with Margaret and she was wonderful. Orlando came out the same day and treated my house. Orlando was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend this family owned company. The price is very reasonable as well. Margaret even told me that If my budget did not allow me to use them where I could go to do it myself. They obviously care about their customers.

After lackluster results from our prior company, I can only say Thank You to Integrity Pest Control for being a company that cares. Rare these days. After having new sod and landscaping installed May 2021 we were away for a few months and I had the good fortune to bring in Integrity who has been superb in taking over. Lawn looks much better, weeds coming under control, and Kudos to Tyler for great help in explaining a specific problem with locusts we had.

My lawn was a mess. It had more weeds than grass and also the grass was very sparse .Integrity started work on my lawn about a year back. Now I can say may yard is absolutely free of weeds and the grass is so dense. Brian started working on my lawn and put Frank in charge. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and very dedicated. Also he was the only one who was assigned to do my lawn every month so he knew the problem areas and made sure that the weeds were treated and the grass grew really green and dense. Also he is a good guy and will give you honest advice on the lawn, shrubs, and pest control too. Every time he was in the area he used to drive past my yard to check on my grass. I am extremely impressed and would highly recommend them to any one. I had almost given up and was looking for someone put down new grass.

We have been using Integrity for 2 years. We were very unhappy with our previous provider. We had a contract with them and when things got bad between me and management, they knew we were not going to renew. Consequently, we had terrible service for the remaining months of the contract. While searching for a new provider, Integrity began doing business on our street. We inquired and appreciated the no contract approach and the pleasant dealing with their management. But more important was our care taker, Franklin. He is pleasant and fun to work with. He responds to our questions and concerns. We had a couple of major problems including Dove Weed, which we were told by others that there was nothing to kill it. Franklin told us to bear with him and he did major progress the first year and had it under control the second year. If we find a problem between the scheduled times they will react to the problem. All in all we are very happy with Integrity management and even more so with Franklin.

My wife and I visited Integrity 2-13-20 with questions about a pest problem we were having. I brought some of the pests in for Integrity to identify. The owner immediately identified our pest problem as ghost ants. I requested a price to exterminate the ants. he provided a quote, but then surprised me by telling me about the ghost ants habits and activities and how to effectively kill them myself. He wrote down the necessary chemicals needed and where to buy them. I thanked him for his time and as we were leaving he told me to call him if I had ANY questions that he would be happy to talk me thru it or perform the extermination if I changed my mind. Why cant all companies operate with this professional manner as opposed to ALWAYS the bottom line profit. I am treating my home today. Its hard for me to put into words the experience that I had with this company. The best I have is never again. Never again will I need to spend any time deciding who to ask for help with bugs. We were neophytes to caring for new sod and lawns in general in Florida having come from PA where there was no need and where we were previously in SWFL was taken care of through our association. Subsequently, we were at the mercy of Integrity to be honest and straightforward with cost and care as we were exposing ourselves to get taken advantage of. I am thrilled to report that they have been everything we needed and have exceed our expectations. When concerned about some slime that appeared on our lawn after a long period of rain (not knowing that was typical here and nothing contagious for the rest of the lawn), the owner himself came out to look at it and explain what it was. However, to give credit where credit is really due, is to our tech, Frank, who has been nothing short of a miracle worker and leading subject matter expert on all lawn health related matters. He has given us advice that is both saving a major investment in new sod as well as educating us in a way that allows us to be both proactive with their treatment and prevent injury to it by those who mow the lawn. I watch in our community as other lawn care providers burn through peoples yards like its the Indy 500 and their lawns reflect that. Whereas Frank takes his time both explaining what hes going to do and why, as well as following up post treatment with any issues he sees and overall assesment with a future treatment plan. Hes a true lawn doctor! As long as we own this place I will never have anyone but Frank manage our lawn care, we are dedicated to him because he is dedicated to us.

Great Company with great workers. Franklin (one of their outstanding technicians) takes care of the bug/weed control for the yard and fertilizer for grass and shrubs. Great company! I used their services for roaches in the past. Now I had an ant problem. From their receptionists to the tech, Orlando, they are all great! They have so much information and knowledge in their field. I didnt do the program, as I rent and am planning to buy a house, but when I do I will be signing up for it. Their prices for both single and the program are very affordable. I dont normally do reviews ever, but they have such exceptional customer service I felt they needed this kudos!

Orlando was here to treat for roaches and was very thorough. He s very personable and professional. After his last treatment I never saw any activity and that s exactly the way I want to keep it. He was here to perform quarterly maintenance and I am extremely happy with the service Integrity provides. Integrity is the best name this company could ever have chosen! It is Christmas Eve day and I am calling this companys phone like a panicked mad woman! We rented a house after living with family since March when my father passed unexpectedly! Covid hit and add in a few health issues and so after 9 months we were ready to get back out on our own! The rental, to my dismay, had a German cockroach issue! We didnt want to move our stuff in without them being treated. Ms. Margaret saw I called multiple times and she answered the phone!!!! Mind you, they were having a company Christmas breakfast and were closed until after the first of the year. She asked my story and gave me very detailed instructions on what chemicals I needed and how to use them. I thanked her profusely and went about getting the insect killer. Well, the store was closed until after the first of the year! I let her know, just on the off chance she had another idea and she said her husband (Ed Bunnell) would come help me personally!!!! Yall, these people are heaven sent!!! In a year of hell 2020 this company went ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! After he finished I asked what I owed him? He simply said Merry Christmas!! I wanted to big cry right then!!!! If it had not been 2020 and Covid running rampant I would have hugged that gentleman!! So, when I said they picked the best name for their company I was being honest!!!! I would recommend them 1000 times over and will whenever I have the opportunity to sing their praises! And, there are definitely angels among us!!! Today it was Mr. and Mrs. Brunnell and Integrity Pest Control!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!

Weve been using Integrity Pest for well over 15 years now. We switched to them after problems with two previous companies. They are the best at what they do! Whenever we see the start of a problem, we just give them a call and they are out to treat the lawn within a day or two. A lot of times they will do a drive by to make sure that the problem has been rectified. We also use them for indoor pest control and that has been a godsend.
