Rado Lawn Service in Spring Hill

The employees work hard but accidents do happen. One of them accidentally broke a drain box but it was replaced within a week. They are a good lawn service that I would recommend.

Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I called March 7th to get an estimate on a garden bed build with curbing. I had to call multiple times asking when they were coming out. Then, once they gave me the quote, and I told them to start as soon as possible I get the runaround from the front office lady. I can’t even tell you how many times I called and she told me, “we will put it on the schedule for this week,” or ,”I will ask Mr Rado when he gets back in and call you in the morning between 8 and 10,” or, “your quote is on the top of the stack they should be out this week,” or, “it has been put on the schedule for next week we will call you the day before to let you know.” 8 weeks later…………

Paid to have invasive palms dug out. The palms were not dug out just cut. The palms were back in about 4 weeks. I have left 4 messages for the owner to come out and look, never contacted me. I am tired of calling so I am writing this negative review. I never wrote a negative review about a business before. Rado also takes care of the maintanence in my community that I pay an arm and a leg for in my HOA fee. Things are not being maintained like they used to be. I paid extra to have he invasive palms removed, the joke is on me.

There are not enough great things we can say about the crew over at Rado. Mike and his crew (even though they are extremely busy) are always reliable and ALWAYS add or change anything we'd like to our landscape within a week. We constantly receive compliments on our landscape and how beautiful it is and that is all thanks to Mike and the crew, we appreciate you all more than you know! Thank you for all you do!

Unreliable at times

Butchered the plumbago of an elderly client of mine. She looks out her breakfast nook at this hideous site. The center is fished out and there’s sprigs sticking out. I believe the trimmer was inexperienced.

Started using Rado for lawn maintenance last August, everything was great until our screens for our lanai were damaged during one of the services. Four out of 6 screens were ripped. Mike Rado the owner came to look at the damage and determined that it must have happened when one of the workers damaged the screens with the blower pack that is worn on the back when blowing out debris from the garden bed. Mr Rado offered to have the screens replaced. After they were replaced we requested a quote to have a garden bed cut and rock added. Weeks went by and no estimate. We called asking to speak to the owner multiple times and sent emails and nothing, no response! So apparently if they damage your property and you bring it to there attention they dont want to work with you anymore.
