Nothing but good things to say about Green Again Lawn. Starting out this second year, my lawn is greener, thicker, more lush, and weed free. Any golf course would be jealous. Other things I like: They call or text before they come, I have the same company professional person each time, and he usually knocks on the door to greet or update. We had another popular named company for many years and never realized how ineffective their products were, they may have been working but not giving the results like GALawn . So happy with this company.

Switched to GreenAgain after another lawn care company wasn t getting the job done and kept raising my rate by 20% year over year. In the YEAR since GA has taken over, my lawn has grown and grown again. New seed that the other company couldn t get going is now filling in the bare spots and the rest is thicker than ever!

Green Again bought a small business I was using before and I ve been nothing but happy with how they ve taken over. Prompt, kind to my dog, and reasonable pricing :) and of course, the yard looks great!!!

Watch out!!! Dont use this company!!! I have never posted reviews, but I have to this time. If I could give them less than one star, I would. I used this company over a year ago, and they did a very poor job. I had weeds everywhere in my lawn. I kept contacting their technician and received no response from him, so I had to fire them. They contacted me this year again, and begged me to come back. They admitted that they had problems and they are willing to fix their mistakes. Unfortunately I agreed to give them a second chance, but that was a very bad decision. This time it caused all of my plants/flowers, which I had planted over the past four years, to die. I have sent pictures to them to prove what their technician did and asked them to replace my dead flowers/plants, but they said it was not their fault as I was supposed to know that what their technician was spraying was going to kill my plants. He didnt explain that the chemicals he used would harm my plants, not sure if they have not heard that there are weed treatment products that are safe for other plants and flowers :(. Dont use this company unless you want to kill all of your plants or turn them brown not green. Very poor management, customer service and technicians.

My lawn hasnt looked this good ever ,first time using if price is right next year will use again Im on a fixed income so hopefully it will be.

I have used Green Again Lawn for over 5 years. They do a great job and I like that they provide many different services for my yard and trees. I have a large front yard compared to all of my neighbors, and my yard always gets compliments for how great it looks! I highly recommend.

I wish I could rate this company in different categories. Unfortunately overall I have to give the overall rating as a 1. Customer Service when calling in to the office is definitely a 5 star. Kelsie always showed great and sincere concern regarding any issues. Continue to provide this excellent service and hopefully the other areas will eventually match the office customer service. Regarding application of treatment. I would rate a 4 star. My regular tech did a good job with the applications on my lawn. The only time I had an issue was when my regular tech was not the one that did the application. I received an email notification that an application was applied. I work from home so I was surprised when my 3 ring cameras never went off. I called the office and was told when the application was applied. I reviewed my cameras. With none of them Showing the application. I called the office back and let them know of the issue. They told me they would have someone come out right away. They came out and proceeded to tell me that the tech told them he did the application and they had to believe what the tech said. Also then proceeded to tell me that my 3 ring cameras must have failed. I told him that I wanted to have it applied. After going back and forth. The company representative told me that they would apply it. Also said that if it already was applied once it would burn my lawn up. The application was applied and my lawn was not adversely affected. Finally, the season I received an application I was not aware that it auto renews. I called the office and the customer service rep was very helpful to let me know it does. I was wanting to cancel, but after such a helpful conversation with Kelsie. I wanted to give them a second chance. I Asked to have the sales manager to come out. A week and a half later. No contact or call to have a conversation regarding my lawn. Do not feel valued as a customer. Only felt valued as a customer when I called into the office.

Green Again Lawn technician texted me and asked me if it s okay to apply second application on lawn care program and I okayed it since I am hard of hearing and they did a professional routine job but forgot to closed the back gate due to totality event - I guess forgiven !!!

Green Again Lawn has been doing a great job of keeping my yard green and weed free since 2017. I get many compliments from neighbors, friends and family about how great the yard looks. Recently one my wifes friends commented that she just wants to stop when she drives by and lay in the yard for a bit because it looks so nice and soft. All I have to do is move and trim it. I highly recommend Green Again Lawn!

Every year you put a flyer on my no soliciting door. Please stop putting flyers on no soliciting doors. I will never use your company I have seen the lawns you do in the neighborhood and I m not impressed. To be honest they have more weeds and the color is bad.

I cannot speak to their service as I didnt hire them but I will refuse to support companies that solicit my neighborhood by leaving the trash brochures in door handles. Be better than that and grow your business by a good reputation, hard work and customer service.

They ran out of seed in the front yard. Never came back. Waste of money.

I don t know why anyone would hire a company that can t read a simple No Soliciting sign at the entrance to the neighborhood AND on a house where they left advertisements.

I m not even sure what s wrong with the employees that work at Green Again Lawn. Everything started out great. They gave me a decent quote since my neighbor uses there services. I scheduled an appoint for a Monday and I had two technicians call the Wednesday and Friday before my scheduled appointment stating that they were coming out for my lawn treatment. I had to tell the techs that I had a scheduled time for Monday. After the second call I decided not use there services. If they can t get the scheduling right I m not going to bother with them.

They use good product for fertilization and weed control. Very responsive to questions.

Wouldnt recommend. Services seem to have taken the vibrancy out of the yard.

I started with them this year and pretty much a fixed rate per application. Unfortunately, I was charged double for services that I did NOT add-on. I called several times during business hours, day and night, and when you call them by phone, it doesnt ring. And when the phone is answered, there is no sound on the other end. I was hoping to talk to someone to discuss about the EXTRA lawn application I was not aware of until I received their invoice and was appalled. On top of this, there were still weeds growing in my yard! Im not sure whats going on with this company, and Im very DISAPPOINTED with their service. My lawn does not look as good as it used to since starting with this company. Not a good experience at all.

No solicitation signage is posted for both my neighborhood and at my entryway. Leave your trash off my door, please. Previous reviews indicate you are well aware this upsets a lot of people, but instead of using a 21st century marketing approach you remind citizens it s not technically illegal, although any reasonable person would deem flyers stuck to a door as soliciting. I appreciate you re a local business, but I ll be sure to look elsewhere if I need lawn services. Thank you.

We had a miscommunication about treatments/when they started. I called in and spoke with Shawn. Shawn fixed the situation very fairly and no hassle. I used their service last year and Im using them again this year. Would highly recommend doing business with them.

I have used Green Again Lawn for a year and a half. I am impressed with their knowledge of specific chemical timing and application. They really do their homework. I am most pleased with their use of technology and flexibility with customer service products to make it easy to use and hassle free. They are always responsive to emails and questions. They are flexible to the customers specific needs. When I was doing re-seeding and repair they would adjust their applications to exactly what and when my lawn needed fertilizer and weed control. This year will be the first that I will have had strictly all of their weed and fertilizer programs. I look forward to the results and I have faith in the process! I have had a wonderful experience with this local crew. I have been using them for over 2-years now since moving to south JoCo. The OG on the block referred me and several other neighbors towards their business. If you want to keep up with Joness..hassle free mind you .. you get what you pay for- weed free and green grass! This company has been a delight to work with, since day one!

My lawn was still in okay shape but certainly on the downhill slide with thinning areas and weed intrusion. I started using Green Again Lawn about a year ago and the change is evident! My lawn is thicker and greener for sure. I will continue to use their services for sure. Thanks.

In fact, you can tell which neighbors those are by the appearance of their yards.. mostly weed free and green grass! This company has been wonderful to work with, providing responses towards inquiries and always giving us a heads up notice on potential outbreaks or upcoming issues with our grass. Unfortunately, we were hit with the army worms or I d love to share pictures of my yard. We are hopeful it will comeback towards the proud condition we loved that it was beforehand. This is our first experience using a lawn company, and traditionally I had tried to apply lawn treatments myself which always seemed to provide less than impressive treatments despite the cost and inconvenience. Green Again Lawn has been a game changer for us: despite having two teenagers and two dogs, our lawn has looked the best it has ever looked within the first season of using their products and service. They are HIGHLY professional, honest and quick to reply if contacted. I like that they email you with exact details of what they did for your lawn. Green Again provides a wonderful service for my lawn. I live on 2 acres and they provide all of my fertilizer and weed control for me. They do a great job and are always there when they say they are going to be. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors.

Signed up for the service and at first the yard looked the same. A year later and when I compare my yard to my neighbors it is much fuller, greener and has no dandelions. Very happy with the results and the service.

In the front I watched him stop and pickup some trash that had blown into my yard.... he could have continued to spray and left it there, but he didn t. Let s be honest - teeeechnically I could do the work myself, but highly unlikely it would actually happen, let alone who knows if it would work right! This team knows what they re doing, they are very affordable and extremely worth it!! I live in an area where there are dandelion-filled yards - and there s not a single dandelion or clover in my yard!

These people ignore no solicitation signs and leave their garbage at your door anyway.

Negative 10 stars - Terrible experience. I turned over my lawn to these guys this summer after taking care of it myself for last 14 years. They have totally destroyed my lawn. Grass has been killed off leaving large dead patches throughout. Weeds are still growing freely. No resolution from owner regarding any of these issues. He would not even stop by to look at it. Offered me a bag of seed to fix the problems. Repeatedly told that it is the weather and lack of water even though my sprinkler runs daily. Competitor came and looked at it and stated that grass was sprayed with a killer and that is why it died. I am looking at legal action for their misconduct. Will post pictures
