Grass guardian in Spring Hill

I would give this company a zero if I could. I have used this company since about 2022. It was formerly Enchanting Lawn which I started with in 2019. Most lawn services have their issues like not coming weekly due to rain ect. The last year with Grass Guardian's has been horrible under the owner Tyler. They are supposed to come every week for spring and summer months. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow. Every time I call it's a new excuse. First it's the rain, then broken equipment, then he had to fire people, then rain again. I am loyal to the companies I use and try to give people a break. When I called about my bill it's oh I will take 50 percent off. Well that never happened. I even gave them an out saying if it's too far or you are not interested in being my service anymore please let me know. It's no we will get better. Its 6 months later it's worse than ever. Do not use this company. They are absolutely horrible.

I've used Lauren and his crew for several of my properties with eco pro.they did a great job and are very good at doing what needs done correctly unlike other companie. I'll be using Lauren in the future as well and would highly recommend him to anyone needing landscape work done

Laurent and his team are amazing. Tyler and Patrick are his leads and very efficient. Laurent makes sure his guys follow up and do a great job.

One star too many!!! Only had service for 2 months and it was 2 months too long. Each week had to send photos to owner of the company to show what his workers missed . They would miss basic lawn care requests to trim the bushes that we agreed as part of the lawn service. WARNING don’t bother hiring this company all the owner is concerned about is if your Cheque is in the mail.
