Peter and his crew are THE BEST! They did a phenomenal job clearing out years of over grown bushes, palm trees, dead trees and more on a property we just purchased. It was a huge job! Peter is very professional as well as his crew, everyone was friendly and respectful and were very patient with all the chaos of different contractors and services arriving at our property at different times and getting in their way. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and delivered everything we agreed on. We’re so impressed and very happy with the services he provided and will be contacting Peter soon for a dumpster rental.
I like this guy John was quick to respond and showed up as promised. John and his crew did a great job an a lawn that was overgrown and weedy and didn’t try to gouge me on the price. He is a keeper

I haven't had them cut just yet,but I already LOVE them! They answered the phone promptly w/A positive attitude on the other line, will be getting someone to come out today which is same day I called, upfront about their charges which are one of the fairest in Spring Hill, & No Contracts!!! Will update once Lawn has been cut! I'm sure with another positive review!!!
I made one phone call and boom they showed up and did a killer job! Nobody saying they would show and then calling with excuses. The work was done great, in a completely professional manner and the price was excellent too! Highly recommend!
Had a Very unprofessional exchange with the "So called owner", based on HIS misunderstanding. He was very RUDE to my elderly father for literally no reason at all.They were supposed to come on Thursday and call me for an estimate due to me not living in town and i could not meet the, so I was looking for a decent company for lawn service for my parents but they never showed. I had to reach out to them and they told me they forgot but will be there in the morning. Instead of reaching out to me and telling me they were on their way, and give Me the estimated price form of payment ect.. which we agreed would happen since I was the one that contacted them and was going to pay they decided to wake my parents do the job then get an attitude when my father told them to call Me for payment which they should have done before the job was started. Nobody needs bad customer service and nasty attitude first thing in the morning on a Friday in the midst of a pandemic. Definitely would not recommend this trash company. I dont know how they don't have 1 star if this is is how they treat people on their first interaction. If I could give them a zero I definitely would
I contracted with Peter to cut my lawn for the season. I was a little hesitant to pay up front but he gave me a very good price and assured me that he would honor the contract and do a good job. My house is close to three acres and I have shrubs all around the house. I can say without any reservation that Peter and his crew did a better job than I would have imagined. They went above and beyond and made my property look fantastic. Always there when they said they would be and were very attentive to how the customer wanted the job done. If you need yard work or other services I would say go with Diamond Cut. They are very honest and put forth great effort to do the job right.

If you look Ive done tons of reviews and just about none negative. In this case I feel compelled to mention my negative experience. I own a home in Spring Hill that Diamond cut did pressure wash on and cut the grass. The house is for sale. I didnt go to the house but they sent pics and it looked like a perfect job. No beef there. Happy cust. We agreed to a fee that would include addtl cuts and wed pay for ongoing service until the house sells. Last Thursday I had the gagage door painted for a showing and the painter let me know about high grass. I didnt freak out because I know its been raining a lot and these guys can get behind. I called Diamond Cut as well as texted asking to make sure to cut by this Sat am as the realtor would be there to take new pic (painted garage door) for the listing. No reply. Same a couple days later no reply. Again. No reply. Today he finally answered in text that he no longer does residential, only commercial. Of course the least Id expect is a warning, a final cut date and a bonus would be a reference on who to hire and not interrupt service. Let alone my leaving 2 or 3 voice mails in a week and multi texts....finally a response a week later. Amazingly poor service in this regard. I have screen shot of the texts (unanswered) and his eventual response. When I constructively criticized him (Ive been in businesses 40 years, would go ape-s**** if my staff ever did this) about giving customers a heads up, at least a quick response, his response was that thats what this text was about. Have a blessed day. Yes but the response was after 4 texts in 8 days and 2 or 3 VMs. No he doesnt get it. I think his work is super. Id say a 5. But his responsiveness and proactive allowing customers to know whats going on or responding is a zero. So 2 stars in the middle. I wrote back to him with more questions (like ok you responded now...but was the house done last Sat for the pic and you just didnt tell me?) And no reply at all so Im letting the review fly. (I paused in posting this waited for him to answer me. He didnt. )if Im being a jerk,you be the judge. The pics of texts are on google maps. I dont believe in one sided opinion so they are there for you to form your own opinion.
