Genesis Landscape Services, Inc in Spring Hill

I have used genesis for many years and they do amazing work !! The are always on time , friendly and make sure my lawn looks the best. There prices are great and so is there customer services . I highly recommend them

Norm was down to earth, warm, yet professional when giving us the estimate. Wildly overgrown hedges were trimmed perfectly, all brush hauled away. Very satisfied with job--will definitely book again!

We have been using Genesis Landscape Services for several years now. My husband works very long hours and is unable to keep up with our lawn. Norm the owner always makes sure his team does exactly what we want and sometimes beyond . We are very happy with our services and appreciate this company for everything they have done for us.

I canceled landscaping service with this company last December (2022). Today (6/1/23) I had landscapers come out and start servicing my yard, I had to tell the guy to stop and that we don’t do business with them anymore, not for over 6 months. It’s absurd my house is still on the list of places need to be serviced but no one showed up for a couple months and then out the blue they come out. Need to better inform employees!

We hired Genesis to install sod. The quality of the sod was poor. Installation of sod was not completed in the steps agreed upon. Areas were not prepped properly and the sod was just thrown on top of area leaving it uneven. Sod was not rolled leaving the sod just sitting on top, leaving spaces between sod pieces. When the office was called we were told there would be another charge for the rolling to complete the job. We would never recommend Genesis Landscape to anyone.

This company was hired to do some bush removal, tree trimming, yard clearing. Paid before we could review the work of course and when we came home saw that the bushes were not cut down to the ground, work agreed upon was not completed and of course they refuse to respond to calls. Very Unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

I have used Genesis for a year or so on 3 different properties in Hernando Beach and in the beginning the did a good job. This summer however everything went south. I called 4 times trying to get them to trim shrubs in my yard. They always had excuses and never did come and trim the shrubs. The quality of the work has gone down as well. Unfortunately I have found a new company to handle my yards.

Genesis Landscape Services were one of the worst companies: DO NOT USE THEM!!! They never seemed to show up on time and during the time we hired them we hadn't seen them for almost two weeks😳 The edging was awful, they missed so much grass and when they mowed there were grass patches everywhere. After the second month they cancelled our service because my house was to much out of their way🙄It took them that long to realize that??? So we wound up hiring a much better company that actually takes the time to do our grass correctly. The company agreed to give our $65.00 back for the rest of the month but we have not seen our refund yet!! It has been 2 weeks so far and they will not answer our messages or calls. Make sure you do not use this company as I can tell you from personal experience it will be the worst landscaping Company you will ever hire. You're welcome!!
