Our 30 ft + Birch tree blew down in the winds during the night and was lying on our shedd and maple tree. Sam came over early the next morning and had a crew out to removee it within 2 hrs. Great job never even knew they had been there. Great job Sam!!!!

Generally whoever comes out for the estimate has a sense of humor, so that s good and I haven t had any surprises on a bill yet. Sam came out super fast to look at my tree and provided a quote the same day. They scheduled the pruning of my large maple tree, and then were able to get to it a week faster which was great. Got 9 pine trees removed and 6 stumps grided. Got all 9 trees removed, 6 stumps grinded, and everything removed except one fallen tree in one day. Just about 2 hours of cleanup needed on day 2. I really like their quote process where you can choose a variety of options so you know exactly how much you want to spend. Very professional.

After contacting 5 tree services and having only two actually show up to give me estimates I was getting pretty frustrated. Sam s showed up the day after I contacted them. Gave a reasonable bid so I hired them. After scheduling there was a day delay due to mechanical issues which was clearly communicated to me. (Stuff happens especially to equipment so it didn t bother me a bit.) Polite, professional crew arrived as rescheduled and clarified what exactly I wanted done to my enormous maple tree happily imbedded in power lines. In under two hours they had my dangerous tree back to a safe happy maple. Young man doing the bulk of the cutting impressed me with his skill and knowledge of how to accomplish cutting a bulk of the tree that was wildly overgrown but yet leaving healthy parts to regrow. Even leaving parts a bit longer to avoid the regrowth getting back into the power lines. From beginning to end was a great experience.

Sams crew came out this morning to remove 4 pine trees that were leaning and difficult to access (and 1 small spruce). In less than two hours the trees were gone and all the debris cleaned up. People are great then I just love plants I was looking for some trees for my twin daughters birthdays but Ive been having a hard time finding the one I want which is called a Persian silk tree. I might be considering getting them a peach tree.

We were very impressed with Sams Tree & Landscaping. Sam gave us an estimate for a tree removal the same day we called. The tree was special as it was one our son brought home as a seedling 35 years ago when he was in 1st grade. The crew even made special cuts so I could make a table out of our tree. I would highly recommend Sams!

I called for an estimate a month ago and was told by the receptionist that it would be 4 to 5 business days and some body would call to set up an appointment. A week went by and I called back again was told 4to 5 business days. 2 weeks later I call again and was told that sometimes people fall through the cracks. I said that I know things happen but that I would be looking for someone else to help me. There was no no trying to keep my business. Very unprofessional

From start to finish, we were very impressed with the service provided by Sams Tree Service. Our neighbors recommended them to us, and we are very thankful for the referral. They were able to stop by and give us a quote even when we couldnt be home. They promptly provided the quote and their certificate of liability insurance (which other tree service providers either did not have or were not willing to provide). Their rates were reasonable, and we were able to schedule a date within a month and on the day before our bulk trash pickup. On the day we were scheduled, the crew was able to arrive several hours early. The crew removed 3 dead trees and pruned another tree. They were tidy, efficient, and left the grass and property unmarked by their activities. They left a very clean pile of tree debris at the curb, and because bulk picked up the trees the very next day, our grass was unharmed by the pile. All this to say, when we lived in Florida, we had many trees removed through the years, and always had some form of property damage afterwards. As such, we were very cautious when seeking referrals for a tree removal company, and Sams Tree Service proved to be the most professional tree removal service we have worked with. We are now loyal customers for all our future tree care needs, and we will enthusiastically recommend Sams Tree Service to our B/CS family and friends!

Their rates were comparable to others in Spokane. After calling multiple places to ask about having a tree trimmed it took me 2 years to find a place that could handle the size of our tree. In that 2 years I called multiple places to get quotes. I would make appointments and then never see the quote, or the person who was supposed to come give an estimate, OR they couldnt handle a tree of our size. Sams not only came the first time I called, but when we were ready to schedule came out a second time to ensure i had an accurate and recent quote prior to work starting. The guys arrives on time started work right away and finished up in very good time. The did a great job cleaning up after themselves and being respectful of our neighbors. I will call them again when its time for the next trim.

Cannot even explain how awesome Sams was. We had a maple tree that was out of control and was becoming more precarious and dangerous. With it being near power lines and over our house and our neighbors we were so sure that we were looking at $4000+ for the work to be done. We called multiple places and Sams was the only one that called back same day and even did a same day free estimate. He was professional and gave us a quote that was easily $3000 less than what we expected to pay. When we asked them to move forward they got us in within the day day or so and did a great job! Cleaned up everything (even leaves and yard mess that WASNT from them ) and the tree has never looked better. My family, and I am sure our insurance company, are so happy with the work that was done! We had Sams come remove 2 HUGE pine trees from our backyard last Summer. When Sam came out for the original estimate I told him we would remove the trees ourselves due to their pricing. Removal went very well, the guys worked hard and did a good job. However, they started hauling one of the trees. Thankfully I was able to stop them. They then proceeded to try and charge us. Working with their office lady was less then pleasant. She is abrupt and not very helpful. The stump grinding machine was out for repair so we waited 2 weeks for them to come back and complete the job that we were paying addition $200 for. They ground one of the pine trees completely and what seemed to be the 2nd one as well. Fast forward to last week. We are re landscaping our entire backyard to level it. Come to find out that under only 2 inches under the surface, the entire stump is intact. We called and spoke with Chrystal, stating the problem and the urgency of it being made right. After several calls and voicemails, we finally had our calls returned. They would come back and an unknown date and time to grind the stump for a $50 service fee. In my opinion if we paid for a service, that was not completed and done properly, then we shouldnt have to pay any kids of service fee. Unfortunately, we have had to pay another company to finish the job so we can move forward with our landscaping. Thank goodness for A1 Tree Services. They were able to come out today and grind it out the way it should have been done.

Used Sams tree and landscape to remove two large pine trees that were sitting about 5ft and the other about 8 feet off the back of our house. One of them was well over 100 ft tall with a very noticeable lean. Sams came in with a crane and a whole bunch of workers, the trees were down and out in an hour and a half. I live in a gated community, they left the place looking like they were never there. Absolutely amazing job. By comparison, another neighbor of ours had one tree removed and it took them two days to finish up. It was not cheap, but the Sams quote came in $700 less, then another quote I had, and that was with the use of a crane. If I would have used pretty much anyone else, the placement of the trees, they would have had to been carried out through my neighbors property and that would have definitely done some damage to their landscaping. I have used Sams in the past for some other tree removal, and next year I plan on getting a couple more trees removed, and I know who I will be calling. I never leave feed back. But this time I felt compelled. Its hard to find contractors now a days who actually impress. But Sams knocked it out of the park.

I worked with Enoch to get 50+ arbor vitaes planted along my back fence for privacy last fall. Their crew was very professional and worked very hard to get all those trees up. They also installed a new drip line system and updated my sprinkler controller. One of the trees looked bad so they came back the day after and planted a new tree at no cost. 3 weeks later some of the trees started to die going into the cold season. Yesterday Enoch replaced 12 of those trees at no extra cost to me. My yard now looks wonderful and I am very happy. Sams Landscape was not the cheapest or the most expensive bid, and the job was actually quite a big one in terms of cost. 50 trees is a lot! I really felt like it was money well spent and Im very pleased with the value that I got. Great customer service and great value, I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Sam s Tree & Landscape did a great job. I called them a week in advanced for a quote on 3 pine trees to be removed from my property. They came out same day and provided me with a same day quote. I was able to schedule them to remove the trees within a week. It took the about 3 hours to take down the trees, grind the stumps and cleanup their work area. I would highly recommend them for tree removal on your property.

We had a lot of branches and huge limbs come down from the freak snow storm that came through Spokane on 10/8/19 . A couple more came down the next day as well . Sam s tree and landscape came out and took care of all the mess . They did and even better job than expected . They cut back parts I didn t even think were an issue . I am a next door neighbor to where one of your crews were working and I come home and they have my whole 30 foot driveway blocked! Were very rude when I asked them to move so I could park in my driveway! Also had my boat parked in my driveway and it was full of chips! Very rude!!

Sams removed four large pine trees for us today. The trees were in the fenced back yard, close to our patio, patio cover, a trellis and shrubs and flower beds. It wasnt possible to get any heavy equipment near enough to use, so they had some guys climb the trees to remove them. They arrived when scheduled and were amazingly efficient. They had all four trees down, branches remove and chipped, stumps ground and the entire area cleaned up in under 3 hours. They did not damage anything and left the patio, yard and driveway cleaner than when they got here. Also, the price was very, very reasonable. My neighbor who recommended them to me had obtained 4 or 5 bids before removing her trees, and she said Sams came in by far the lowest and about half of a few of the other bids. Recommend them highly!

Sams crew took down a good sized maple in under an hour. His crew was great and the cost was considerably less than the other bid I received.

We had 3 trees taken down including a huge maple that hung over my shop and had 2 other trees pruned up a bit. They did an awesome job with out any damage to our yard, concrete curbing or are freshly re sealed driveway. Pure efficiency.

Had two leaning pine trees removed from our front yard. A project that I thought would take at least half the day was done in two hours. Very quick and efficient crew. They were polite and courteous. Clearly safety comes first with them as they did everything to make sure that the houses, cars and people around were not in any danger. Super Impressed with this company!
