One of their drivers tried to get around a bunch of cars in a lane that was ending today. He literally went from the lane that wasn't ending into the one that was just for the purpose of trying to get ahead of a bunch of cars. He ended up right next to me and decided rather than slowing to drop in behind me he would just come over on top of me, forcing me into oncoming traffic. He was looking in his mirror the entire time, basically daring me to let him hit me. This Trugreen employee has zero regard for safety or the reputation of the company.
We hosted my daughter's outdoor wedding this past summer. The Spokane area TruGreen team was an outstanding partner. Responsive, dedicated and committed to helping us get our property in tip top share, TruGreen earned our trust and loyalty. The mosquito control service was also very effective. I look forward to working with TruGreen in the years ahead.
If you live in Spokane do not use Trugreen. I got sold on their service for a price I thought was pretty decent. They asked what I was looking for and I replied that I wanted weed control and green lawn. My lawn is already in pretty decent shape. They came out on the 1st trip and fertilized and sprayed for weeds. The next month I had a few weeds and they just fertilized. I let it go and thought they would get it next time. The next month they kept postponing my appointment to about 6 weeks. When they came out the didn't spray for weeds. I called and they said they would send someone out. The dude who came out didn't know why he was there since I wanted weed spray and his truck only had fertilizer! I called again and they said they would send someone out in the next week. They did and they sprayed a few weeds and left. Yesterday, three weeks after the last application, they came out and fertilized again. There are at least 50 visible dandelions , some with yellow flowers, and he didn't spray them! I proceeded to cancel my service. I can fertilize and spray my weeds for less. I was just looking for convenience. I guess I learned my lesson. Maybe you get better service, however I don't know how they stay in business!
Spokane TruGreen is horrid, killed my Ivy, promised to replace it set a date - no show, called set a date again - no show. Waited weeks so i concluded he’s a liar, now he won’t answer the phone. Pictures are before and after TruGreen killed it with systemic poison. Sensor sprayed our lawn for weeds many times and never killed my plants.
Excellent Customer Service This Morning!! Thanks Again!! We live for a green lawn with no WEEDS! One key thing in my opinion is to start early. Let’s see if we can match or exceed this year.
Aeration and overseed, the crew used a riding aerator on .1 of an acre, and tore up the yard, this is not professional work, a 300 dollar service that’s going to cost me much more time and money to correct. I am awaiting a phone call from someone from TruGreen that can explain this mess. TruGreen sent out a specialist to inspect damage, stated that the grass should fill in by spring. That’s that. Called again to complain that was not a sufficient resolution. Update: Customer Service representatives offered a 50% discount on aeration, and a reseeding to repair damage. I spend a good amount of time preparing the yard for correction and seed by the scheduled date. This free service that was supposed to make the situation right was cancelled by Trugreen without any notification or explanation. I have cancelled my prepaid service with TruGreen, and am extremely disappointed. I am sure my loss as a customer will not be considered, judging by the lack of care.
I see a lot of negative reviews but let me tell you, TruGreen is amazing! I have had one service (second one should be in a couple weeks). After countless failed attempts to get my yard green, I decided to try these guys out. They did a grub control service and fertilization. I took a picture the day they came and serviced my lawn. The other picture is about a month and a half later. Give these guys a chance. They are professional and know what they are doing.

When my specialist Mark Thompson came out and did the first of seven applications he was very personable. He answered all my questions with a smile on his face the entire time. This is my very first time going with true green and if the rest of the year goes as well as today did I will absolutely be a forever customer. Thank You Mark for being so friendly and knowledgeable when it came to my lawn care. Im so glad I was able to edit this 5 months because I would hate for anyone to waste their money with this company. !!! Not only did my yard never lose the weeds they supposedly spray for, they lied on one of there visits stating they treated my entire property when that would have been impossible due to my back yard being locked. They did come back out and fix it however the trust was gone. Ontop of all that as if that isn t enough, patches of my yard was dying which has me thinking that they had something to do with that as well due to the fact that I have a sprinkler system and I have never had issues like that before. So if you want a job done right the first time without having to call them back to fix their mistakes( that never end up getting fixed ) I would definitely go with someone else True green does not stand behind their motto and Dylan Robledo Truegreens Field Sales Manager does not stand behind his word either !

OK but I would like a company that does a complete comprehensive scientific soil and foliar test and then meet the needs shown by the test results. Otherwise it is just a general application of chemicals that may or may not meet what is required.

Ok Trugreen came back for the free retreatment. In summary, this too was useless. I thought I was hallucinating but my neighbors and son confirmed it; my neighbors and son commented 4/5 days later that the weeds seem to be growing faster and were greener than the lawn!! I cancelled the service today 07/03!! Again, my recommendation is save your money, buy a spreader and some weed n feed and treat your lawn yourself. If you cant do it, hire one of the neighborhood kids for $20 or so and itll still be cheaper and youll probably get better results!! If I could give Trugreen a negative star it would be a negative 5 star review!! 2nd treatment was done and the results were a BIG FAT USELESS. The weeds are still there and growing. I called a little over a week later after the treatment to cancel the service. The customer service person was nice enough to let me know that there is no charge for Trugreen to come back and take care of my weeds. Besides contacting the Trugreen office that services our lawn, she lowered our service charge by $14.00. So I said sure why not, Ill give them a second chance. Im still waiting for a call back and this Tuesday (June 25th) will be the 5th business day for them to call. If we dont receive a call back, then its time to give Trugreen the big see ya later!! My advice is, save your money and spend it at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace etc and buy a spreader yourself with the appropriate fertilizer and weedkiller and do it your self (what can I say, I was too lazy to take my own advice but not any more!!!). We used TruGreen several years back and the service was very good; I remember we had the same technician for a couple of years and she was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Anyway, I neglected my lawn and decided I needed to do something about it so I scheduled TruGreen for this year (2024). Granted its only been one service but the technician looked like some kid out of high school, zero personality and who knows if he knew anything. My second treatment has now been rescheduled 5X; May 30th, then June 3rd, then June 4th, back to June 3rd and then to June 7th which I changed to June 6th. June 6th was a no show, no text, email, no phone call and now has been reschedule to June 10th. Regardless, I still have weeds popping up all over AGAIN. If the next service doesnt do the trick, Im cancelling and NEVER using TruGreen. I read the reviews but I thought Id give them a chance ... and was I (so far) wrong!!!

Joshua Wilcox came out today to reapply a weed spray for clover and weeds that werent eliminated 3-4 weeks ago. He was here for about 20-25 minutes, and emailed me with the service ticket and amount of product used during the service. I am very happy with the service so far, and the yard is already looking much greener, and the crab grass and clover weeds are dying. Thanks TruGreen!

The kids know a do their jobs well. Some of the kids have poor social skills talking with/answering questions from the client. The older gentleman that has been here the last couple of times has been very nice, even joked a little with us. They all try to be very professional.
Worst company ever. They came out in March to fertilize and for pre emergent treatment. The Newb told me he was not trained to apply pre emergent and someone would follow up in a week. I received nothing after a few phone calls. In late May they showed up again to apply fertilizer and spray If he saw any weeds. Myself and 2 others sent him away with zero service, The Monkey did NOTHING and billed me for spraying and 11 lbs of fertilizer which was not applied. Absolute RIPOFF SCAM COMPANY.. Avoid at any cost. They are a scam! $70 for nothing, with no refund option

The service on my lawn was done professionally .
I called trugreen to see what they could do for my lawn and what it costs. The next day while at work I had 6 calls from them, the 7th I answered after work and told them I would not be using them due to the phone harassment. The next day they called again so I answered again and told them, again, to stop calling. If it were not for the harassment we may have gone with them, but are using a different company instead.

Its not even believable I have a Center Island in the middle of my yard. They demolished it. Walked through the middle of it a few times wrap the hoses around it destroyed solar lights Driftwood rocks my weather system I thought I was vandalized until I looked at my ring doorbell and saw four videos of the damage total disregard

I purchased a lawn care package from Trugreen last summer. This package was to include 6 monthly treatments, which they did provide. However, their scheduled visits were frustratingly random. There were times I would receive an email notice, and the tech would arrive on time. There were times I would receive an email notice after the tech had already arrived. There were times I would receive an email notice and the tech would show up 3 days later. Their notification system simply doesnt work and was very frustrating and disruptive for my wife who was working from home at the time. I cant say if their fertilization services did much, if anything, since my lawn looked pretty much the same as it has in previous years when I fertilized and treated it myself. I can say that up until I purchased their services I never had an issue with clover in my yard, but after I purchased their services patches of it started popping up all over my backyard. I addressed this with the tech that came by, but they clearly did nothing about it since I spent numerous hours over the summer tracing clover runners and pulling clumps of it out of the yard. Was the clover their fault? I cant prove it, but Ive never had an issue with it before .... just saying. I have since called and canceled any and all future services. The guy I talked to at their call center was pushy and rude and extremely reluctant to cancel my service plan, as they auto-renew their services and want that customer retention. We went several rounds before he finally relented. My experience echoes many others and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I gave it a shot and have decided that I much rather maintain my lawn myself.

If youve ever wondered what a lawncare company that combined the effectiveness of government with the customer service of Comcast looked like, it would be TruGreen Lawn Care. If you are looking for a generic company that tailors absolutely 0% of their program to your yard, this is the place. My first year with them, I was unhappy with the yard, which started in pretty good shape to begin with. They told me to water more and mow my lawn in different directions. This is the answer they will always give you if you dont like your yard. I have some areas that just arent healthy. I asked my sales rep what we could do, he had no idea on a plan to fix the health of that area. Asked my technician, he had no idea. No one here actually knows anything about grass, they just show up and apply whatever chemicals a computer tells them to apply. Its not based on your grass type, soil ph, shade vs sun, nothing. 100% generic prescription. I always enjoy when Tru Green sales reps knock on my door and tell me how their service could fix my terrible looking lawn. I tell them I already use them and pay for every service they offer. They never have an answer at that point. I really tried to give them a chance to fix it. They called me to sell me some mosquito treatment, I told the rep I really wasnt happy with my grass already, they said ok, well have a great day and hung up. Great example of their customer service. I called them last week to fully cancel my service, they talked me out of it and told me a manager would call me within 3 days. Guess what, one week later, no call. They do not care. Look elsewhere.

We called to set up services with Trugreen. We were told if we paid in advance for the year we would save money. We paid for a year at $360.20. To our horror this was taken out of our account 3 times in less than a week. We tried calling to ask for our money to be returned to our account and to cancel our services after they pulled the second yearly payment in two days. The call went to Tennessee and not our local Spokane Washington office. The person who answered told us we were mistaken and that they didn t pull from our account. We had our statement in front of us and knew she was wrong. She finally said we would have our money returned in 5-7 business days. We requested our services and money be returned. Instead of canceling our services they pulled yet another full year payment of $360.20 for the 3rd time in less than a week. We have never seen them once or had any services yet we have now paid for 3 full years of services. We plan on driving to their office to see them face to face. We don t need to talk to Tennessee about our 3rd payment. We are definitely not going to keep paying them for nothing. The money has already cleared our account and the bank can t pull it back. We thought Trugreen was a reputable company that we could trust. We have been sadly mistaken.

I have been using TruGreen for the past 2 years for weed control the first year that were pretty decent this second year you cant even get one of their guys to get out of their truck and spray they pull up to the house they put their sign and they leave doing no service at all I have two properties both are completely covered in Weeds and their employees can obviously see them from when theyre parked and dont care these weeds are over 3 ft tall you call in and talk to him whoever you talk to and they act very concerned and say theyre going to get it straightened out but nothing ever happens. leaving a message does not change the fact that you guys took my money and did not provide a service
I have had TruGreen out 5 or 6 times this summer. Although my weeds are still thriving well they have tried. The last man who was out was very nice and more informative. They have definitely tried with no avail.
Bad service lie about coming out to do work
Greyson called to let me know he would be here this afternoon. Then he checked with me about getting his big spreader past the raspberry bushes , a jungle! With me holding the bushes , he managed to get it through. He didnt want to damage my bushes. I was appreciative of that.

The only thing I really dislike is the short notice. The preference would be to be notified the day before the lawn is treated. This is now August 3rd, 2023. The company notified me that the employee had arrived at my home....no other prior notice. I had just gotten out of the shower and hurriedly dressed so the back gate could be opened. I want a notice the day before service so it can be rescheduled if need be, and at least an hours notice before arrival. One more time without notice and this service will be canceled. People have lives and things to do beside wait and guess. However, the employees are great to work with and are far more professional than the business.

I hired TruGreen to treat weeds in rock garden, sidewalks, some gravel. I have had them here 3 times and still weeds, first visit 7-12 was half off of course to get me in their contract, second was 7-19 I called to tell them of weeds still present and I sent pictures; they came on 7-30 10 days after the call that visit was free (haha) then a week later they came to spray according to contract charged me almost $70 ( I called and raised my concerns for the service and the charge and was asked if I wanted it for free or half off and I took the half off dont want anything for free; check bank and was charged the full price for the service didnt get the half off go figure not much has gone Tru with this service or customer service) for that day 8-8 when they just sprayed 9 days prior, I was under the assumption that this service was to be a weed control; after seeing work done they just spray the weed that they see there is no weed control.... very unhappy and from now on I will do it myself like I had been doing for the past 30 years; I just wanted a break and to me it was more of a PITA.
Not happy with the business model of not being able to talk to someone locally. The techs that have come to my house are very nice, no complaints with them.
I question whether overfeeding was completed on my back yard. I had full view of the back, I did not see it being done. When I asked about it, was assured it had been done. I think it needs to be done. Thanks

Sprayed broadleaf weed killer on my shrubs and bushes and killed a bunch of my plants. Was told we would be refunded for that service. Never happened. Told them to cancel and was charged months later saying we were on auto-renewal and there was nothing they could do to cancel upcoming services or refund the new charges. Cant believe a business would treat customers so badly and still be in business.

Service was only ok, had to have them back multiple times to get fertilizer spread evenly. Worst part is the constant SPAM and WEEKLY calls in the spring years after canceling service with multiple calls every week even when asked to not be contacted anymore ever!
1800 service us unhelpful, their sales people sold me a service in January. And the 1800 # confirmed this service on 3 separate occasions. Today I called to see when it would be scheduled and was told that service isnt offered through TruGreen. When I asked why they sold me flowerbed and gravel weed control and why it was confirmed in 3 separate occasions all she kept repeating is I have no record of any calls on your account all I can tell you is we dont offer that service. Their sales team and support team need to get on the same page.
We have been using TruGreen for 2 months now for the first time. They have been prompt and punctual. The first time they treated the lawn, I thought they missed a section so they came out the next day and took care of it. Its too early to tell how the product will help our lawn, but so far the service and professionalism we have received has been excellent.
Horrible, horrible, horrible! Had them last year and they showed up with wrong truck 4 times, so I cancelled. Tried them again this year because dandelions were going crazy. Same thing, just showed up with fertilizer and not weed control. They said they would take care of it, and again showed up, and immediately left. then they showed up when I was gone and just fertilized my dandelions! And they only did about a 5th of my lawn. Then charged me full price, even though they said the first one was half off. Yikes. DO NOT USE THEM!
I was grandfathered into a service of two sprays per year. I did not receive notice that a technician would be coming out, but received a voicemail saying I turned away a technician and wanted to cancel. This was not the case, there was some kind of mistake. Because they cancelled me I was removed from the grandfathered service, they couldnt put me back in. They didnt offer anything else to make up for their mistake.
I love how I get a report after every visit that explains what was accomplished and the review of my lawn. They give me instructions on watering and additional care I can do on my own. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Ill be happy to change this review if someone from the Spokane Branch (Jason) will actually call me and explain themselves. I have been with TruGreen for MANY years; last year their service was horrible (at one point, after numerous calls, I still went almost THREE months between applications - OK- so I understand Covid made it hard to keep the company staffed). Last week I checked my app and it showed that they would be out to service my lawn within a week. Today my NEXT DOOR neighbors lawn was serviced (by TruGreen). I checked my app and it now states, No service scheduled. What the heck!!! Again, its been almost two months since they have been here. Can someone call and explain whats going on?
Was home all day..they said they were here..zero communication except for overseas call center .cant call local office as it goes to call center..Stay away from these guys..Smoke and mirrors..will not renew...
Pre paid for 8 treatments. There is zero communication. They show up randomly with almost no notice. The 2nd treatment was not performed. I have security cameras that show nobody came. There was no granuals on the ground and they billed me anyway. I tried to cancel my service twice and they are not canceling it. Now onto my third attempt to recover over $500. Do your self a favor and go with a local compay.
This company is horrible. We were rescheduled twice this week. They were supposed to come out today between 1 ad 6. They never showed. No one called. We called to see if the guys was running late. He rescheduled our appointment without telling us. This is the 3rd time . We canceled every service.
I just bought a house and the yard is all brown and a few weeds. I just wanted to know what it would cost to get it treated. I was on the phone for six minutes and it was like listening to a commercial. Started telling me their history and how much bigger and better they are. Saw most of that on the web page. Then she explained what they would do so I listened and then asked what it cost. She wanted to make sure we were on the same page so she proceeded to repeat what they would do. I interrupted and again asked what it would cost to which she started to go back into. I didn t want to be rude, but at this point I ended the call. I can t believe they get customers this way.

Signed up for a full service and unfortunately not gotten anything done, well one fertilization. Specialist was supposed to come analyze our yard and kept not showing up. Sadly ended up canceling our service and in process of getting a refund.

Would give them a zero stars if possible. Used for weed control and fertilizer. Finally fired them for multiple reasons. Every time we are promised a refund, it doesnt appear or is not the amount quoted. Almost every time there is a problem, I call, person writes notes in file, when things dont happen, I call back and they say that is not in the file - even though I asked the person if they were putting it in their notes and they say yes. I have learned to keep extensive notes when I speak with them because of this problem. Examples: - Requested notification before they come out - would happen every other time because I called and complained after no notification. Reason for notification-they came 1 day after we left on vacation and left their paperwork hanging on the front door for 10 days - basically telling burglers no one is home. They came out in May with no notification. I called and complained. They refunded price of that call. Then when I called because weeds still not dead, they said they did not come out in May because we had cancelled the visit. This is an example of their poor record keeping or maybe it was a way to cover up the fact they refunded us the money for that visit. - Weeds out of control, despite treatment. Requested retreatments (part of their plan). They did not schedule until called several more times - then was told was more than 30 days and could not count as retreatment. EVEN THOUGH I CALLED TWICE WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME. When called for retreatment, said DO NOT COME ON 2 specific days - big surprise, they scheduled the visit on that date. Changed the date. - When they came out to do re-retreatment, arrived at 6:30am. NOT OK. - When I fired them (told person on phone I was done and wanted a refund, and specifically to cancel our contract and they were fired) was told would get a refund of $211.88. Refund was $100.65. Called again. Person said noting in file said we canceled our contract and they had only refunded 1 call. New person said she canceled contract and we would get refund of $105.94. We shall see. I will probably have to call again. Totally incompetent and unprofessional. Do not know where the problem lies. I speak to someone on the phone, am told a specific thing and it doesnt happen. No matter what you tell the person you talk to it never seems to get to the local people. Also, you can not call the local people directly. The local phone number feeds in to their central location. I have asked to speak with a supervisor to be told there were none available. I have tried to complete their Give us your feedback on their website. When you click on the button, either nothing happens or it says This survey is not available at this time. Should have stopped doing business with them before but they kept promising things would change. During the last call today they offered to have someone from the local office contact us. I have said yes before and no one did. I just said no. I hope today was the final time I have to call to get what is promised.

called to cancel all services. two weeks later they show up to spray anyway. i catch the guy right as he started and tell him not to spray because i canceled services. he tells me no problem, he will make note to the company. The next day I have a charge to my bank account for $48.95. I call to complain and am told we cant reverse the charges, someone from billing will call you and set that up.. I ask for the billing department phone number, we cant give that number to you, someone will call you in 24-48 hours.. I was also told that your service cancellation request didnt full go through... obviously... DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFORMATION.
Horrible customer service, it s always one issue or another with them. Current issue is I purchased a prepay service a week ago. Posted to my account and everything through my bank. Got a phone call the guy was coming to spray a couple days later. My app never updated, online account didn t update. Guy came and sprayed presumably but left no receipt on the door. Called to inquire and was told they found no services on my account, no record of my payment and the confirmation number I had must be wrong because it was 6 digits not 10 and theirs are only 10... even though I have the email. Was told a local manager would call and they haven t. Called the line back and chose billing just to see. Sure enough their automated bilking knows I paid them and what s remaining on my account, but a live person doesn t! If I ever get a real person again (the call wait now is over 3 hours) I will be canceling, if they can find my account to cancel it. Total bs!!!!
My results were great. I decided to cancel for no other reason than just not wanting to pay for it anymore. This took a long time to figure out talking to customer service but on 12/5/20 I called and cancelled and was receiving one call a day asking why I cancelled. I never picked up any of those calls until 12/14/20 and when I picked up the call the person was asking me why I was cancelling and what not. I mentioned I would be interested in getting a quote on just the front yard rather than front and back as I d done previously. Apparently those words were enough for them to start my account back up. Feb 2021 I got a notification saying I had a service coming up so I contacted them and they reassured me I had cancelled and that service was a part of what I prepaid for the previous year. Great. Fast forwarded to 4/5/21 I get a notification that a service would be done 4/6/21 (my bad for not calling right then to figure this out) 4/6/21 they complete a service and charge me. I chatted someone and they were not helpful at all and ended the chat as I was in the middle of responding to them. I called and finally got someone helpful who helped me figure out that my plan was started back up because I asked for a quote on my front yard (which nobody EVER discussed prices with me). Super shady business practices.
We CANCELLED one day after signing up. My husband called TruGreen and got right through to a sales person who was very happy to explain all that we needed to put our unhealthy and very large lawn area back to green, weed free health. He suggested a year long program (approx. $1100) and it sounded very good My husband gave him a credit card number and was told the contract would be sent to him in the mail and the date for the first application would be assigned. When I was told about this that evening I was upset as we knew nothing about this company and I always do research before making a commitment. We decided to cancel in the morning and do the research....and then perhaps sign up with them. I called and also got a sales person right away. I explained why i wanted to cancel and he spent quite a bit of time explaining why the program was a great one for us and why they did not need anyone to come to the property first to see first hand what the issues were. (this is not smart to me...pay first then we send someone to do work assume you need because we know the issues????). Anyway I listened and when I said I still wanted to do my research so cancel me please....I was passed on to another department. HORRIBLE music notes repeated over and over and an announcement I had 45 minutes to wait. At the 28th minute I was disconnected. In the mean time I was now reading reviews of this company. I called again and was eventually back at ...35-45 minutes to wait and I turned the horrible music down. 23 or so minutes but I got a lovely woman who did what I asked her to do. I will watch my statements carefully....I read those reviews as well...to be sure I am really cancelled. So.... I have NO IDEA whether the lawn care was going to be good. But what I learned is ....the immediate connections to a SALES PERSON but the LONG wait to connect if you have a problem.....is enough to warn me off. I could not get a LOCAL connection through the numbers for the LOCAL TruGreen. I can imagine the night mare. WHY????? When this is a National , long established company... have they settled for so many unhappy customers. I am afraid to try them....too many people have had complaints about CUSTOMER SERVICE. And any complaint review that was answered simply asked you to send them an email.....so the rest of us never know how anything is handled. I will be looking elsewhere.

The specialist did exactly what I wanted, not some predetermined plan. I really appreciate that they are partners with me on my lawn maintenance. I have a double lot, and alternate between the two during the treatments, and this gives me the lawn I want. Thank you so much, TruGreen!

If I could rate zero stars I would! The person that comes to service our yard obviously has no clue the difference between weeds and flowers. Also they apparently can not read, I had called ahead to inform them not to treat along the garage because they are sunflowers not weeds!! I also told them to make sure they got all the weeds along the fence, this is the 3rd service of the year and the weeds just keep coming and coming. This is the kind of service they give, they kill flowers and leave weeds! There is also non stop weeds in the yard and bare spots even though we paid for overseed and lawn weed care as well. All of this is shown in the pictures, they killed 100s of dollars in flowers and to date I still have not been refunded as requested. My next step is my attorney because oh did I mention this is the second year in a row!!!
I spent the spring and up until yesterday working hard to have a nearly perfect lawn. In one visit, they destroyed my lawn. I should of known when the worker showed up and could not shut up about how hot it was. When I asked a couple questions I was told I dont really know. I was told there would be no weed control because of the heat just fertilizer. Well the fertilizer burnt my lawn. So bad that the spots will not come back this year. By the looks of their reviews, I am far from the only Irate customer. I should also note that a large amount of fertilizer was spilled in the street. Any and everyone I can tell about this horrible service I will.

Pre paid for 2 services in the spring, weed control in the lawn and weed control in the rock beds. The lawn service was last done May 10, today is July 30. I called about 2 weeks ago to ask why, was told labor shortage, but no on ever called me, and yet the rock bed service continued as normal. We were put on the calendar for today, July 30, I didnt receive the normal day before phone call, so this morning I logged onto our account and they are NOT coming today after all, not rescheduled, and once again no one bothered to call us. At this point I have 4 services left, and they will not be able to get them all in before winter hits. Since they cant be bothered to communicate with me, I called and cancelled both services today, and requested a refund. Horrible, horrible customer service, mediocre lawn care service at best (as we have weeds). Will be trying someone else now.
Worst ever! I had to stop their service and this was my first year. The only thing I wanted was some fertilizer with weed control. Our lawn was pretty nice, but just needed some weed control in one area in the back where we had some newer grass. Usually I just do it myself, but I thought Id treat myself and hire a professional company this year. Well, I think they started out in the spring spreading weed seed instead of fertilizer and weed control on my lawn. I had so many dandelions this spring it was unbelievable. Ive always had a couple, but my lawn was covered!! I gave them until end July and my lawn just looked worse and worse. Now I have every variety of weed in my lawn - front and back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I have purchased 7 applications of weed control and fertilizer, I have prepaid for all of it on July 22nd, 2021. On that date, I was told that someone from the local branch would contact me in a week to schedule the first application. It has been 2 weeks and I have called multiple times the Spokane branch and nobody responds. It seems to me that it is a ghost business. I have called customer service multiple times from the national TruGreen office and they have been listening to me but offering no solution yet. Seems like a fraud. If TruGreen Spokane branch is having a problem delivering service, the least they could do is communicate it.
I paid for a year in advance to take advantage of the savings. The service has been terrible. I have had to call each time, several times, to get them to show up. They just missed my 3rd treatment for the year and say they cannot reschedule, I guess I just miss out on that one. I still have weeds, my grass is not as green as neighbors using others services. I could not be unhappier. Customer service is terrible, they dont show up, but they will continue to try and upsell you. No thank you.
Hired Trugreen to tend to my lawn and they never showed up, I rescheduled two other appointments after the initial one never happened and they still never came. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service and support.
I also am having the same problems as mr. Larson, I am having to call to schedule an appointment . My yard is ovegrown with weeds and told it would take 2 business days for a manager to call back yet they can call me 2 times in a week to try and sign me up for another of their services. Run the other way and get a service that shows up when you prepay and actually takes pride in their quality of work.
I paid up front and they came 2 times and havent seen them since May 7, 2021. Its now August 11, 2021. They owe me 4 treatments plus aeration & overseed. Ive called them countless times to no avail.
If you use this company check your cameras to make sure that they actually do something!! I have caught them twice now saying they serviced our yard when they didn t even get out of their vehicle. I am very done with their dishonesty!!!
I have found this company to be very unprofessional very unresponsive. This company served me one time on June 1 and I ve never seen them again. They told me on several different occasions that yes they were coming out and no one showed up. you cannot speak to anyone in management or take your concern any further than the person who answers the phone. I asked to speak to someone and I was told it was impossible. I saw a true green service man at my house last week and he told me I had been serviced yet when he walked my property he said it was quite obvious it is not happened. He informed the manager and nothing is happened and it s a week later. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The only thing they did was cashed my check for for services. Shame on them. My neighbor is using true green currently for their lawn service. Your employees are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Never will i recommend or use your service (if you can even call it that). Senske or Living Water are much better all around if youre looking for lawn care! Update: the lawn care you performed for said neighbor killed my lawn close to their property line because of overspray. The rest of my lawn is perfect. Your product is garbage.
Last Fall 2020 I called these folks to come out and spray for weeds. The day of service arrived hot and sunny. By 5PM the technician still had not arrived and they had to reschedule. The day this one arrived was overcast and the next day it rained. Pointless and they never did come back out. Today, a year later, I get a robo call telling me I was scheduled for weed control tomorrow. Really? My call last year was a one time deal. I did not request a return this year nor would I ever. These people are creeps. Only redemption for these folks is the phone rep was pleasant and took care of getting me off their darned list.

They have ruined my lawn, and put down a preemergent that means I can t reseed for 4 months. The best part is my service was over, they should not have been here. I m absolutely devistated.
These guys killed my lawn instead of improving it, plain and simple. We had to pay them to do it too! Overpriced and they lie about their pricing and what is included. Save yourself the hassle and just hire someone else who knows what they are doing.
Talk about poor customer service. Reached out for a quote and the gal I ended up speaking to wished me luck with our local companies on having a dead yard when I told her I wasnt ready to sign up without talking to a few other local companies first. Poor poor move.

Was set up for one of the services we had already paid for. After waiting most of the day, we got notice they could not do it! I called and Dillon said he didn t understand why and that he would call the technician. He called me back and said it would be done between 5&6 pm. No one showed up! I called and left a message at 6:15 to let Dillon know. Then I made 3 calls the next morning. No return! So I called the 800 number and cancelled and asked for a refund! We weren t happy with our yard anyway, so no loss!
Only did half of the lawn, did the front yard and ignored the sides and the back. Was unable to reconnect with any customer service representative to make corrections.

I paid in advance for Mosquito treatment. Tru Green never even showed up to perform the treatment. When I called to ask why they didnt come I found out I wasnt even on their schedule. Now they say they wont be able to come out for multiple more weeks because I wasnt on the schedule. By the time they get out here the summer will be over and my $350 is completely wasted on this scam. Pathetic excuse for a company.

Each time they try to resolve my issue, the escalate it to the local branch. These supervisors just do not respond. At one point I had 5 properties being serviced. I now have three. One of them a duplex and for what we agreed to on pricing they were supposed to complete both sides of the duplex which i think happened a couple times. Now they are obviously only completed one side of the duplex. I attempted to cancel but they continue to do the treatments and bill me for it. Just today they finally came to my house after over 2 months of not treating my lawn (I am on a program, every 6 weeks). They laid down granular fertilizer not just on my lawn but all over my paver patio and driveway. Again, I have a call in to customer disservice but dont expect a call back from a Supervisor.
I have no idea how this company stays in business my lawn looks like they used agent orange on it. They say one thing and do nothing Ive called several times and they dont show up. When they did treat my yard they missed the weed treatment. Stay away from this company worst service ever!!!!
Only one Atm machine. I am elderly and the distance was prohibitive. Also no luggage cart. If grocery store can keep carts clean you can keep luggage cart clean. Although casino was very clean. Even though it advertises on the beach or is a 1/4 mile hike

I have used TruGreen Spokane for 1 season and I can already tell a huge difference in the health of my lawn. I have major lawn weed issues and my lawn was near the tear out and start over point before TruGreen helped revive it last year. The service techs are very knowledgeable and treat me and my wife like friends as apposed to just another lawn the have to fertilize. I have utilized the pre-pay options and saved some major cash. I also really enjoy using the TruGreen app for scheduling and keeping track of services that have been done to the lawn already and what is yet to come. If you have lawn troubles and need some help trust the local pros at TruGreen Spokane to help get out side and using your lawn again.
Watched one of their drivers nearly plow down a crossing guard in a cross walk this morning at 8:15 near Audubon elementary school. There is a reason the crossing guards have stop signs and there are flashing lights. He completely ignored both and blew through the cross walk. He needs fired!!!

Bryce made the initial contact with us and took great care and answered my multitude of questions prior to us getting the service. His follow up was very good. Our first treatment happened quickly - the only thing we didnt get was a text letting us know they would be at our house to spray, which we need to open the back lawn area. But the worker that came to do the spraying said he would make a note of that. So far, so good on the treatment the lawn is greening up and weeds are dying! YAY

I had this done yesterday, obviously I cant review the lawn yet, but im giving it 3 stars right now because they charged me 75 instead of the $29 like they said. If you sign up for it and do the bug spray portion, know that its extra and not part of the $29. The lady did give me a discount on my future lawn care, but its still nice to know what Im actually paying in advance.
Chase was very professional. Prompt and courtesy service. I had the lawn aerated, seeded and sprayed. The lawn has never looked so good. Very pleased and Highly recommend TruGreen Lawn Care. Chase took the time to let me know and understand the procedure he did and what to look for. I will use TruGreen Lawn Care for all my future lawn needs.
If I could have given this company a 0 I would have but it requires some sort of star so they get a 1. I called the company to set up service for bugs in my lawn and the person sold me a service to fertilize my lawn but assured me it had bug killer in it and would kill all the bug in my lawn even ants. The tech showed up to service the lawn and he said oh no my truck only does weed and feed, he already started applying the product on the lawn so I had to pay for the service. I called the company and told them it was not what I wanted and I wanted to cancel and wanted my money back the then apologized and said the person who sold me the service was new and they rolled me into another service. I called back and said again I wanted to cancel he apologized and said he would cancel it. I then get a message saying someone is coming out to service my lawn I called again and said I canceled they apologized and said it was a reservice and they will get it canceled. Two days later I get a message saying someone is on their way to service my lawn I call again and they say again this is a reservice and they will cancel it. Then I get a call from my landlord saying that they were sent a report from Trugreen saying that we arent watering our lawn and it is showing drout conditions... are you kidding me this company is a joke...Sensky came out and said that the previous renters didnt take care of the lawn and it is pretty much weeds that is why it is struggling they are way more thorough and honorable. Trugreen is terrible dishonorable and their customer care representatives are just in to get you to sign up for anything so the company can make some money.

Paid in full for mosquito spray program. Has been nearly 4 weeks and no show. Mosquito spray applications work best if applied in summer months. Unhappy with the grub worm application. Called to voice my concern and was told they would be out to perform a respray. Still waiting. .. I hope this isn t a sign of ongoing poor customer service. We will see.
The lawn care seems to pretty good. What hate is everything is an extra. Pest control, mosquitoe control. I get a message after every service that have something I need to buy. And a small.fortune for aeration and overseeding
We already had a green lawn, but we wanted it to look as nice as possible. The first application killed our front and back yard, so we called them back for a re-service and the tech tried to convince me my lawn was diseased. After telling her that didnt make sense to suddenly become diseased two weeks after the service, she told me it was actually a burn from the fertilizer. I asked her to fix it, but she said she didnt bring anything with her to do it and could not schedule a time to come back.
Waste of money. Killed our lawn from the first treatment. We had good grass, now we have to spend the rest of the summer trying to bring it back to life. The reps are nice sure, however the first one we had just moved up here from southern Idaho and kept saying idk anything about grass here in Spokane valley.. also once you are signed up with them for a service be prepared to get bombarded with emails and calls trying to up sell you on different stuff. If you say no their friendly customer service drastically changes.
I called inquiring about a mosquito treatment, the lady I spoke w/ was super friendly, but later in the day a Dennis called me whom in my opinion came across somewhat aggressive about purchasing the treatment & almost seemed irritated that I didnt sign up for the treatments. Didnt come across inviting or friendly in any way, not a very good salesman Dennis- u need some people skills.

TruGreen has EXCELLENT customer service and their product works! My ants stay outside now that I have this service. The technicians are polite and very good with coverage. We will be adding more services for our lawn care.
We were promised follow up service as our lawn was not looking well. A supervisor came to our house for rookie up only to find out the man who promised it to us from Trugreen was not a supervisor but a salesman. Upon calling to check up on our service there was no call logged for the correction. We were then offered to talk with a supervisor we waited a few days with no call. We are very unhappy with them.
I would normally give a 5 star BUT my recent interaction with customer service was not at all good. They could not talk outside the script, did not listen to what I was saying and at the end, told me I was going to pay them after they wither performed a service outside my care plan OR they do not understand what I was saying to them. That being said, the people who come to my house and perform the actual service are GREAT, friendly and answer the questions I have about what they are doing.
I have had TruGreen come out three times to spray my weeds and I now have more weeds than ever. I will be discontinuing their service and will not give a good reference if asked.
2 stars for finally showing up and doing 1/2 the job. I had an original appointment that was moved 2x, unbeknownst to me! I found out because I received a 4 hour arrival text on the APP. It was explained to them in the beginning I needed to know day before so Gates and dogs could be secured BEFORE I left the house in the morning. When they did show, the treatment was not done 100%, with NO explanation. The invoice thanked me for talking with them that day, I spoke to know one. When I called and ask to speak to a manager, it became apparent it was over! Hostile and aggressive Agent on phone. I was very nice and explained my issue thorough to him. So.....not saying TG is awful, I just had a bad experience.
Needed an estimate on weed control on our property while they were servicing our lawn. Said they would get right back to us. Almost a month later and still havent heard from anyone. 1-800 number staff wont help. Local staff wont help either. They are losing business by providing poor customer service. Frustrating!
I would give anything for them to quit canvassing my neighborhood and ringing my doorbell. The answer is no. It will stay no. And today after I said no and that I have a for sale sign in my yard and my house is sold, they asked if I would leave a flier for the new owner. What s the point? You ll be back ringing the doorbell soon enough anyway.
Id give the people who do the applications 5 stars, but the robo-scheduling does not work for us as we are sometimes out of town and need to do preparations before applications are made. More than once, partial applications were made because of that. There is no local office to call, and that is frustrating when trying to make new arrangements.
The technicians are very professional and explain before they start what they will be doing and what to expect and when you can water and mow after each application, plus they answer all questions or concerns you have about your lawn. They will even come back with no charge if you aren t satisfied with what they did. Great company to work with.

Be careful with this company in Spokane...I cancelled my service and they still kept scheduling us for lawn service. So I have to assume that this is due to administrative incompetence or the desire to hustle me for more money. Either way - not happy!
Look elsewhere. You can easily find better service at a better rate. It was a nightmare to cancel services through customer service and still had to pay for additional service calls because I somehow got two accounts along the way. Never again Trugreen. Never again.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We called TruGreen to get our lawn looking a bit better while it was in the market. The guy quoted us an ok price, then when I was sent over the confirmation email it was higher, his response oh well I couldnt get that price. Ok whatever, its only a couple treatments of the most absolute basic thing they could do. So first treatment went fine. 2nd treatment they added in an additional cinch treatment that I never asked for or approved. I called got it taken off or so I thought. That was our last treatment since our house had sold. One month later we receive a bill for the unpaid amount.... for the cinch treatment. I called again. Oh sorry it hasnt been taken off. No worries, simple mistake. 6 months later and me calling at least 14 times its not a simple mistake. How hard is it to say our account is paid in full. Oh did I mention they sent us to collections so now we are getting those sent to our new house? Worst company ever. Do not use them unless you want your credit ruined. Calling my lawyer.

I ve had numerous issues with TruGreen. They sprayed my lawn last summer without calling ahead of time like they are supposed to. We were on water restrictions and I was unable to water my lawn and it burned and died. Yesterday, they treated my lawn in the pouring rain. I had told them not to go come out because we were having work done on the sprinklers in a month. But they came and charged me anyway. I ve had nothing but problems, the product is good, but they need to be more professional and listen to their clients.
We used TruGreen a couple of years ago and it was AWFUL. They showed up whatever day they wanted to (we had a locked back gate and 2 big dogs, so this was a problem) and their product was awful. Our lawn looked worse after they sprayed! Then the other day, a door-to-door salesman came to our door at almost 8:00 pm (despite a sign on the door that said No Solicitors). We told him we werent interested and that we were in the middle of dinner. He insisted we listen to his religious story about one of our trees (??) (We also have a sign that says No Missionaries so theres that, too). We told him, again, we werent interested, and that we had been unhappy with TruGreen in the past, but he wanted to insist that we listen to his religious story. We ended up having to close the door in his face. Very unprofessional.
We were worried our 30 yr old lawn was running out of life. Huge yellow patches were talking over. Tru green has a greening right up with only one treatment so far. They are also very reasonably priced and their service is guaranteed. Great company!
They killed my lawn! Tried the service for about a year and was very disappointed. We have a sprinkler system and the lawn was healthy before but quickly yellowed and noticeably got worse after each application. They even went over some newly planted grass which I told them to not spray but they killed that too and had to start over. They never call before arriving and are constantly selling more services. My lawn started reviving after I quit them. Their persistent calls and emails to get my business back were more than annoying. They never offered to compensate for the damage caused and you rarely deal with the same person twice.
Tru-Green took my money in less than 10 minutes, I am now getting the run around and they are telling me it will take 3 weeks to get my money back! They told us about the services that never happend. When you call the office everyone in the office will tell you something different. They DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!! They want all the money before the service starts, I was stupid and gave it to them, now I can t get it back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ($534.00). Now I may have to go to small clams court to get my money back. DO NOT USE TRU-GREEN THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!!!

I cannot believe I actually have to rate a star on here, because they dont deserve a star. I would have to say this was the worst, experience I have ever had with a company, which is saying a lot because I thought Time Warner was bad. I literally had a lady come by my house on the first treatment, and she was at my house for 12 mins, and left. I didnt get a consultation, my lawn wasnt fertilized, or treated with the type of services they said they would have provided on the first visit. I was waiting for my consultation - as they claim they would do a full lawn analysis, and recommend what they should do, and I never got any kind of consultation. She literally said hi, walked around, and left. I live in a corner lot, and have a pretty big lawn, and theres no way my lawn was taken care of in 12 mins. I paid 40 bucks for someone just to put their footprints on my lawn? This is awful, and ridiculous. I called customer service, and then I decided to give them another shot, and we discussed that they would be at my house today (Tuesday) for a do over. Guess what... They never showed up. Pretty horrible company and customer experience. Beware for anyone who decides to try out Tru Green. Better options out there...way better.
Worst experience I have ever had. They show up when ever they want with no call ahead. Charge you for a service that never happened. I have more weeds now than I have ever had. Charged me 3 times for one service. There susposed fertiliser took all of 3 min to do my whole lawn, but supposedly thats the right time frame. Save your money and dont use them.
I thought my last lawn company was bad. S@#&ke, there guys....WAY worse. Super ridiculously over priced, bait and switch, and zero explaition when asked why I was charged 308$ for 15 minutes or work and .87 gallons of product used. No returned calls, and no one ever showed up to my house once to even figure out what the deal was with my services. Horrid. Never using a chain lawn company ever again. Youll never talk to anyone local ever either. So good luck.
My issue is specifically with their customer service, although looking at the other negative reviews about lawn damage, I may have dodged a bullet. I inquired on their website for a quote and got a call within 5 minutes. Got the high pressure treatment and my only option was to hang up. They kept calling back (7 times now) even after I said I m staying with my current service.
Absolutely horrible results! Starting from the first date of service I have spent my summer calling for re-treatments as they werent getting all the weeds. This last time they treated they burned my entire lawn. I will never hire them again and am in the process of holding the technicians accountable with management. The office staff is wonderful!! So kind and courteous on the phone each time Ive called. That however is the only good thing I can say about true green.
They started off doing an ok job...till this last time someone came out to spray for broadleaf and fertilizer and instead killed our ENTIRE lawn overnight. Imagine our shock to wake up to a completely yellow and dead lawn overnight. As you can imagine we were very upset and decided called Customer Service right away, only to be told Oh, a little discoloration is normal, call us again if it doesnt improve. We told them we were certain this want a little discoloration but a complete killing off all the grass in the front back and side (corner lot) of our house and they should send someone right away to take a look for themselves or we could even send them pictures. But the response instead of concern was that of dismissal...they said all their technicians were busy and could come out the next week or week after that. You kill someones lawn and then dont care to even send someone out to check??! ....3 days and several phone calls and a online complaint later they finally send someone out. In the meantime we had concerned neighbors come over to check on us to see if we were ok...and if our sprinklers stopped working. How embarrassing! As soon as the technician who came 5 days later saw the lawn he was appalled and very apologetic. He then took pictures of our Dead and yellow lawn and said they would fix it right away with some shock treatments and assured us they would take care of this mistake right away. He said they would try to get a crew out that evening right away or the next morning at the latest. that was 4 DAYS AGO!!! They have still NOT FIXED THEIR MISTAKE. We have called everyday since and keep getting apologies but they arent doing anything to fix it. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! A horrible business that doesnt own up to their mistakes or do anything to fix it. If I were their business owner not only would I be so apologetic for making a HUGE mistake like that, but I would treat that customer like their number one priority and fix things right away, refund them for all the services and try to salvage somewhat of a reputation. Needless to say NEVER EVER USE TRUGREEN!
Aside from mediocre improvements to the lawn, they called me every other week trying to sell me on something new that was the most important part of lawn care. I asked them politely multiple times to stop calling me to sell me something else. Of course they didnt listen. Once when they called I asked what he was selling, he said he wasnt selling me anything but just doing an assessment with me. Within one minute he was telling me how they also treat trees and I should buy their tree service. Liars.
Come by the house unannounced without 24 hour notice. Not ok with that since my family is home and Im not. Sprays my yard with kids toys out still since I have no notice to clean up. Dude isnt very personable. Had some weeds starting growing bigger and eating up parts on my lawn. Have purple weeds growning now. If you want random people showing up to your house unannounced then by all means call them. First and only year I will ever allow them at my house. Next one of their employees will get hit with trespassing
I made and confirmed an appointment to have my sprinkler lines blown out. They called the morning they were supposed to come out (an entire 3 weeks later) and told me they dont service my area. Theres no reason they couldnt have told me that when I first called to make the appointment - it isnt like they werent aware of which neighborhoods they do and do not service. So disorganized; terrible customer service.
Spokane trugreen is a horrible branch. They will promise the world and as soon as you sign up they loose all interest in actually fulfilling their end of things. Now I know they will respond with the fact that I have not paid them. And in fact I refuse to because I spent years in the lawn spray business and never heard so many bull excuses. My lawn had more weeds then ever before. I tell them exactly what I want and they do the opposite. So because they didnt hold up to their end of the deal neither will I. They are horrible over the phone and obviously have a huge turnover rate. I had my lawn done 4times total and never had the same person On my lawn.

The local service is good. The staff are all professional and friendly. I, personally didnt notice much difference in my grass/lawn. I paid for a year and then they atomically did the next, unpaid service and billed me without notice. Which is fine, but the grass is still turning brown in patches. So I paid it and cancelled. My bigger issue is that they market upgrades a little too hard. Too many cold calls for pest control, winterizing etc. I received 3-5 marketing calls and the callers use very aggressive telemarketing techniques. Just now a guy from TG showed up unannounced to check in I told him I cancelled and had to go through the same questioning I went through canceling over the phone. He wasnt rude or unprofessional, very nice guy just doing his job. Still it was a bit annoying. Im sure its fine for most people, its just not a service I wish to continue, myself.
truegreen is definently 5 star company...always do a great job on my lawn. never an issue if i call them and very responsive on treatments or retreast...thanks truegreen my lawn always looks great
I had Tru-Greens service for 2 years. As of today I had to let them go. When I signed up for service I left specific notes to them, to call at least an hour before they show up. I have 3 dogs one which is a very protective mastiff. I did this for the safety of the technician and my liability as a customer. The other reason I set this up was also they give you the heads up on the day they will be coming but an actual time. Now would anyone think it would be fair to keep your dogs in the house all day when the tech decides to come at 4 in the afternoon. Probably not!!!
The weed overgrowth at Pine Rock apartments on south hill is terrible you guys should be ashamed as a company - The people at this apt complex shouldnt be living like this - for a month or more the weeds have been there I have friends that live here and have terrible allergies, and have been told you guys have been contacted several times.
We signed up for yearly service. They came out to spray for mosquitoes without an appointment. My dog was in the back yard so they would not spray. I called the next day and informed them that I would need first thing in morning or after 4:30 appointments. We were schedule for a 5:00 p.m. mosquito spray today and the tech called me and said he would be there at 1:30 or 2:00. I do not understand how a company that we paid up front to work for us will only take care of us when it is convenient for them. Very unsatisfied customer.
I had Scotts Lawn care for a few years. Then they got bought out by Trugreen. Not happy. They call you every week trying to up sell you on some product. When all I wanted was weeds killed. I will most likely look for another mom and Pop weed service.
Cant leave a 0 star. We called them for fertilizer service. We ended up getting on their plan where they can take care of the weeds and fertilizer. We had discussed that we had some crab-grass and clover that we needed to get rid of. Upon spraying for the weeds, the clover started to die. A couple weeks later, it just grows back in. The crab-grass started spreading worse and worse. I assume because of the fertilizer. Call back, and more spraying, the clover dies off only to come back again in a couple of weeks. Now the front yard is totally being taken over by crab-grass. Talk to managers who say they will come out, and they never come out. Talk with more managers who say they will send supervisor out, they spray again, more grab-grass and the clover dies until a couple weeks later. We finally get someone out to look at the crab-grass, and we are told that its an invasive species that cannot be controlled with weed killer. Confirmed with multiple companies that we do in fact have crab-grass not some kind of incurable invasive species. Finally get mad with a couple more managers and agree to terminate our services and get refunded. Weeks go by without a refund. Now I am getting quotes for removal of entire lawn and quotes on labor & sod to be brought in to replace what has happened since TruGreen started servicing our lawn. Luckily I have an attorney that is willing to take this over for me.
