Promise to come take care of weeds on property and never follow through even though I am paying for the treatments.

Our technician Sam was spraying spider repellent for us today. Sam is incredibly personable and professional. He knew we had a dog to lock in the house. Sam not only made sure our dog was inside but he also brought her a chew toy! Give this man a big thank you (and maybe a little bonus for his excellent customer service)!

I have been using Living Water for years. Recently the customer service has completely gone downhill. I was having many problems with them at the end of the season last year, but the most recent interaction I had with them is quite unbelievable. To make a very long story short they called me with an automated message to come do a soil treatment on a tree which I called them back and told them I did not want this done. They came out a few weeks later and did it anyways without my consent and when I called to tell them that I did not want this done they told me they fully expect payment. I then told them if they expected me to pay for something I did not want I wanted to cancel the rest of my scheduled Services, which they responded go ahead and cancel. Seems like an extremely poor business decision.

One of the most unprofessional and unorganized companies I have ever used. No return calls or texts. Voice system says theyll be out a certain and never show. Billed me before I even agreed to seevice. Change pricing not on the quote. Stay clear of these folks. Not honest or respectful at all. Sad part they were a referral. This review is about their website. I got aeration service through Living Water. I did not order it, but they performed service to my neighbors yard, and I asked, and they did it on my yard, too. I received a bill by mail. I could send them a check or a card number, but I prefer instant payments. So I went on their website and spent quite a time looking for the option to pay my bill. They dont have it. You have to register and provide the invoice number and some other information, and then it becomes easy. But my wife misplaced the invoice, and I spent almost an hour to find it. It was Saturday, and I was not able to call and was supposed to go out of town on Sunday. Make it easier! It would be much easier if I couldve options to pay that invoice based on my address and phone number.

They have only come once, but I already have compliments about how much better my lawn looks. I know with further treatments, it will continue to improve and thrive. Update:They have now come twice for different treatments. The lawn looks transformed! Too bad its the end of the season. Cant wait to see what it looks like in the spring. My neighbors even started this service because of our results. It looks like fresh sod now. Before, it looked like a sparse lawn of many many weeds. We cant even believe it!

We have been using Living Water for years and they literally transformed our once ratty looking Shadle Park lawn into a lush and healthy yard that we could be proud of. I would recommend Living Water to anyone- they are wonderful!

I have not used a lawn spray service before. I was pretty amazed after a few days of the results. Everything looks so much better. I had them spray, my trees and lawn. I m also happy that it is pet safe. Iam looking forward to next spring to show off my lawn. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. Definitely a five-star company. Very willing to listen to the specific need and suggests the treatment(s) to correct the condition(s).

Despite what they tell you, their product will make your dog sick if you have a dog that roots around in the yard. Both my dogs have been sick twice exactly 2 days after treatments. (Living Water acknowledged a treatment gone bad over the summer that ruined lawns and made dogs sick, but claimed I didnt get it, yet my dogs got sick.) Living Water takes no responsibility, and Ive spent hundreds in vet bills as a result. Also, if you dont watch their techs, who are usually vaping while they spread the product, they dont get your entire lawn. When you call them out on the areas they miss, they lie to your face and say they treated them. Also, Living Water claims their product wont hurt your fence. Well, if you have a water seal varnish on your fence, it will discolor it. Be aware that their so-called winter treatment is not a liquid, its a granular, and they dont tell you. When I told them yesterday I couldnt have granular in my backyard for fear of my dogs eating it, I was told that I would only be charged for the front yard. Well, they reduced my bill from $102 to $79 - a whopping $23 discount when my backyard is bigger than my front. This is extortion. When I called to complain, I was told there is a minimum service charge, which was not what the service tech said. Again, if they had communicated that the last winter treatment would be a granular, I would have cancelled. Also, the tech said it was a granular because the liquid special mixture for the winter treatment was too expensive so he was just spreading nitrogen, which was cheaper even though those savings would not be passed along. This company has no ethics. You are better off to fertilize your own lawn for a fraction of what this corrupt company charges and save yourself hundreds in vet bills.

We needed numerous shrubs and a red leaf maple tree trimmed... Reed and his team did an awesome job!!!... They were professional, punctual and did a great job trimming everything....We re very satisfied customers....

Last year Living water burned my lawn during an application of fertilizer. I called and they sent Jeremy the tech back out who applied the fertilizer. Jeremy was rude said it will grow back its only tip burnt. I pushed back and said that the first two applications didnt burn the lawn why now. Jeremy reply was our liquid fertilizer is stronger so I will note your account to be granular fertilizer. Burnt lawn and I was still billed and Jeremy told me I had to pay. Jeremy also had to return to apply a flower bed treatment because he forgot an entire section of our property. Durning there last visit Jeremy again applies a liquid fertilizer and absolutely fried our front lawn. I called and requested a manager come out and look at my lawn because I was not paying this time. Manager arrived apologize for my lawn waved my bill and noted my account that Jeremy was not to return so I gave them another chance this season. Well they sent out Jeremy and he once again sprayed my lawn and treated my flower beds. I now have 13 dead bushes 3 more bushes dieing. So I called and talk to the office staff who transferred me to someone named Pat. Pat has zero listening skills, because as I spoke all Pat repeatedly said Jeremy is our best tech I will send Jeremy back out to look at your bushes. Not once did Pat apologize. Customer service is not part of Living Waters business plan, they dont listen to the customer, there techs are not fully trained to understand and managers dont listen to the customer. We gave them several chances to provide there service however they simply dont have qualified staff that can read or follow instructions. I strongly recommend using another company.

They are true to their assessed quote, and our grass hasnt looked this green in a long time! Love the customer service too. As far as were concerned, our business is theirs to lose! Thanks Living Water. Update 2021: After many years of waiting, we were finally able to purchase a sprinkler system for our home. Hank and his team were outstanding, professional, courteous, and delivered on every level. Ill repeat what I said above, as now with the system in place, our grass is even GREENER and HEALTHIER than it ever has been, even in previous springs. Thanks guys!

2 Employees parked in front of my house to work across the street. One got his stuff and went to work. The other one opened the passenger door, unzipped his pants and proceeded to pee all over the street. I guess good help really is hard to find right now.

If you got annoying weeds, then have this company spray your lawn. After 1st spray 99% of weeds completely died off and disappeared. We had clover weed spreading insanely and Ive tried the different weed control stuff you get from stores and fertilizers, the weeds only grew stronger and grass grew weaker. After Living Water people sprayed it 1st time the grass became deeper green and weeds immediately started dying off and not coming back. Dont waste money on store-bought junk, theyre formulas are messed up or something. Now I feel like my lawn is the greenest and cleanest in our neighborhood, before I thought we had the most weeds in our neighborhood.

We have used Living Water for several years. I really appreciate their response to requests, changes and clarification of services. Gabe does great mowing and gives extra attention to details. We live in 9mile and had living water service our lawn for the first time last yr. We had always done it ourselves, including putting down grass seed when we first brought our place 9yrs ago. We have poor soil out here with much of it being sand. We always fertilized and treated the weeds a few times a yr to no avail. It would help some, but the weeds continued to thrive. It was back breaking work and time consuming just to get the lawn a little better. We have 1acre, so between that mowing, and gardening it was non stop. We decided to try living water as they hav good reviews, service our area, and online portal. There prices were also good, just a little above what we already pay to do the work ourselves. Instantly after 1 to 2 treatments by them neighbors were flocking over asking what we did and how amazing our yard looked. Dandelions had gotten to the point of take over before they treated it. After a couple treatments we didnt have 1. Our yard looked stunning, they are quick, efficient, and without bother. Sure they had a couple set backs as most businesses during the pandemic, including one of the warmest summers in record. Which left a lot of lawns in dyer need, but they managed to get the job done. I have learned so much about our lawn in the process, as they leave little notes, and newsletters. I will give them another go this year in hopes the kinks have been worked out and to have a consistently stunning yard this yr. My neighbor started using them and loves their service as well.

Had to change companies after the one we were using went out of business. Contacted Living Water on a family recommendation and couldnt be happier with their services so far. Their prices are just a little higher than others but this is a get what you pay for business and they are absolutely worth every cent. Great value and we look forward to having a continuous relationship with them.

We have used Living Water for years for weed control (our yard looks amazing) but we had them come out for some clean up of an area I just couldn t find time to do myself. I must say, impressed is an understatement!!!! Cost, quality of work and clean up far exceeded my expectations!

That is what happens when companies get too big. They end up treating you like a number. Dont be deceived by their online rating and their care for the local community. To be fair, their products work. But that is the least a customer can ask for specially when you pay this much money. The main two reasons I decided to put this review: 1) Horrible customer service 2) Horrible scheduling and delivering services on time. Basically this year, they did my first lawn application (Fertilizer) around beginning of summer, I think May, which was fine. I called sometimes in July because I decided that I want to space my applications by two months. I wanted one done beginning of summer. One mid Summer. and one end of Summer. They also made me pay the more expensive rate for applications because I am not doing their 4 or 6 required applications to get the discount which I was like fine go ahead and charge whatever you want and charge more just because I am eliminating one application. But, then when I ask to put my application in a specific time-frame, I expect you to do so. I called in July and asked for my application to be done on FIRST WEEK of August. They guy who took the call kept arguing with me about that. kept saying we will get to you when we get to you. NO! That is not how this works. We ended the call with the expectation they will do that on the time I asked. They did NOT. They waited all the way until end of August. When I called to voice my concern and ask that I am not going to get that application because simply I am disappointed it was not delivered on time, a Heather basically said to me, haha fine I am going to close your account. Laughed me off and closed my account. Way to train your people to handle clients concern so wonderfully that the first solution to an issue is to close the clients account?? I said sure, go ahead if that is what you want. Then, she said have a nice day. If you want a better customer service and delivery of the service on time, avoid this company. I am afraid one guy that does the whole services and they are cheaping out on having enough people to do the work. Regardless, your service should be delivered on the time you ask for or at least close to it, and not a whole month later. And decent companies should NOT have customer service people that suggest closing the clients account as part of resolving clients concerns. That is not the greatest way of doing business.

The crew that came out was excellent. They explained everything they had done and were going to do, completed quickly, and everything is working great. Get on the list early though, they are weeks out.

Had a guy in one of their trucks pull up to me and my dog one day and said thats his dog. Im like no... we have had this dog for 14 years. He started screaming at us and driving erratically trying to follow us. I finally lost him. Called to complain about him and gave them my name and number. The office then gave my info to the crazed employee who then called the cops and had an investigator call who made me wait at the house for him. I had appointments and this was very inconvenient. The investigator came out and I showed him old photos and licensing stuff and old vet Bills. He could see as well that my dog wasnt 2 years old like the guy was claiming. Very unprofessional company. I will never use or reccomend their service to anyone. And to give up my info after I called to complain was just as bad.

My lawn went from yellow and weeds everywhere to green grass. We love being outside now that our lawn is beautiful. Also the staff are very friendly and polite.

Happy I have turned over my yard challenges to Living Waters...They have the skills and knowledge to do what I attempt to do. My lawn technician Greg is professional, keeps me posted on the scheduling, and concerned about my dogs when working in the yard. Ryan and crew pruned and cleaned up my unruly trees. With their help, the trees will be looking fabulous next year...from the inside office help to the techs, I appreciate them and recommend them to all!

They fixed my sprinkler system that I thought was beyond repair.

absolutely the worst service Ive ever had. This company was less than worthless, they destroyed my sprinklers on multiple occasions, causing my lawn to be dead and brown most of the Summer since they didnt bother to tell me that they broke them. I bought all the treatments I could, the bug, moss, weeds, lawnmowing, and aerating. I got several handwritten notices saying that they would reccomend bug treatments and moss treatments after they had already been applied and paid for. This service was useless and was substantially worse than when Ive spent 65 bucks at Home Depot and done it myself. Stay far away from these people. The people in charge of mowing my lawn took the grass all the way down to the dirt every time they ran the weed eater and usually missed at least a row or two every time they mowed. I tried several times to cancel the services, but they kept showing up and charging me. Stay for away from this company!

Every person I have interacted with from scheduling to the folks performing the service have been great. To do our blow out they have to use a 5 foot tool to turn the water off through a hole in our deck and then crawl underneath to hook the air compressor up. Not once have they complained or denied to do the service. I didnt even have to call to schedule a blow out this year. They called me which is great because I probably would have forgot and been to late.

Never bothered to call me back. It was a busy time, but they said they couldnt even schedule me or give me an estimated time frame and theyd call me. Its been a month. Update: bothered responding to this review on a Saturday, but never did call me. Update: they randomly showed up at my house to take care of sprinklers after Id already had someone else fix them, said I was on the schedule. Well no one told me. Clearly their organization needs work.

Sometimes people have differences of opinions. And disagreements can be messy. But I am just thankful that Living Water has employees that are reasonable. In my case, we had a dispute and under the guidance of the owner, Lisa, we were able to find a compromise. Not everybody agrees all of the time, but it really shows this companies character that they were willing to come to the table to solve issues. Thank you Lisa and I still gave 4 stars because of the character of the employees

Very professional

Not gd. Last yr sprayed my mother in laws trees and there wasnt any rain afterwards to possibly washed off whatever they sprayed but she still had worms in her fruit trees. When she wanted them to spray a back lawn ( large area) they didnt even stop at the house to let her know they were there and then they stopped at the house after they were done .( seemed a bit odd, as she said she would have gone out and watched them since she had wanted a certain area done and they just popped in and did whatever) She wasnt even sure if theyd even done it. Too pricey and dont feel they are very reputable to be honest. Would never use again nor recommend to anyone.

So I set this company up servers months ago to take care of high end property. I told them that we have very high standards and gave them the time and day I needed it done. We have a very limited window because of the nature of our work here. I was told from Jon no problem. I also had them redo the landscaping at a residence I manage as well. So not only did I end up cleaning up after these guys every time they were at the residence for work, oh and when I notified Jon with pictures all I got was it s the best we can do because of the weather. But it s ok for the owner to grab the hose that s 15 ft from the driveway and clean up. Then they just keep putting off my weed and feet apps until I pretty much demand a date. They have been by once to mow and I had to clean up after them then as well. Then st 5:15 pm tonight Tuesday this quality organization texts me, no personal phone call no nothing but a 6 year olds method of talking to someone Jon informs me that they will no longer be able to take care of my property because I won t give them a key to a gate that is always open when they get there. What a quality group of people. Where has good quality and standing for something really gone to. They say in their adds they are the company for high end work, boy did I find out differently.

Last year Living Water started doing my lawn mowing, fertilizer & weed control, and pest control when I moved into a house. The yard was in rough shape when we moved in. Some of the weeds had gotten quite large, but after a few applications, all of them were gone.The mowers do a beautiful job, the one time the lawn was not perfect, they made it right as soon as I notified them. I am horribly afraid of spiders, and this old house was infested when we first moved in, but the pest control guys have done a great job and I no longer fear seeing spiders in the basement :) With a lot of water, patience, and help from the spray technicians, we have a lawn I am happy with!

Mike and Lisa and their fine crew at Living Water have done work for me for years--and Ive always been more than pleased at the results. They are timely, knowledgable, and really good at what they do. I recommend them without reservation or hesitation! Top notch!

living water is awesome, when I was looking for there number to renew my contract, and came home they were already there taking care of my lawn, I didnt know they had an auto renew which is awesome. the guys are awesome and did a great job last year and now starting off this year great. This company is overpriced and customer service is confusing. I definitely recommend shopping around before doing any business with them.

I signed up for fertilization and weed control over 2 weeks ago. The only thing I asked is that they not come the day my lawn is mowed and that they let me know so that I can keep my pets inside. Ive called at least 3 times now to see when they are coming and I get a stock answer that they will call the day before. They were supposed to call yesterday and be here today. No show. I wanted to use a local company but this is a real disappointment for local service.

EXPERTS AND FRIENDS We have been so glad to have Living Waters service for our lawn and trees over the years. We had three large blue spruce which LW was able to save from an infestation that was about to kill them. This spring, they rescued us when a sprinkler system pipe broke that was directly connected to our well. With the power turned off to the well and no water to the house, we called Living Water. After hearing about the tough spot we were in, they sent help right away! Could not believe how fast they dug the hole, 4 feet deep and 4 feet around. Soon the pipe was repaired and a new valve installed! The best part was that they treated us like a good friend that was there to help.

I have used Living Water for more than 15 years for my lawn care needs. They have always provided excellent service, are prompt, reasonably priced, and also keep me informed with any issues that I may have with my lawn. I also used their services for a sprinkler system modification two years ago and they did an excellent job and I have had no issues with the installation.

The only reason they didnt get that 5th star is because we had some communication issues, but they did step up and fix the issues. I just canceled my service with Living Water Lawn Service. I spent $60 monthly lawn fertilizer and weed control, $80 Fish Fertilizer, I paid $250 for sprinkler repair, the initial estimate quoted was $125. Right from the first visit they confessed misdiagnosing chinch bug areas and then want $260 more to come out and spray for them. By the way you can purchase a $10 bottle of chinch bug spray at Home Depot that is self applied, enough for front and back yard. There are unrelated chinch bug brown spots that their $250 sprinkler repair missed and they want to charge me again. I am extremely disappointed with this company and their uncaring customer service. I am suspicious of a company that uses religion to promote their deplorable customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they give God a bad name.

I have had Living Water care for our lawn for years. We had construction at the end of last summer. I canceled our service for the rest of the year. I got cheap and didnt start them up again this year. By June, the forest was over taking our lawn again, the grass was loosing. I called them to start service again and within a couple of weeks, I couldnt believe the difference. I really enjoy dealing with the people Ive talked with. They are never pushy or in a hurry. Truly great people!

Sprinkler repair crew showed up on time and made a difficult job look easy. Good communication and no pressure. The lawn looks great now, 5 stars!

I gave them one star due to the people that I dealt with directly were nice. Here is my story We called to get an estimate to have our maple tree cleaned up of dead branches and the trimming up of 3 evergreen tree to 6 so the sprinklers could then get to the grass. Based on the estimate I was under the impression this would be a big job. The message I received was that they would be there to do the work mid morning. I made sure I was home by 10:00am so that I could be there when they were working. When I got home there was a note on the door that they had been there and worked from 7:05am 8:05am. As I stood on my front porch and looked at the maple tree, the dead branches were still there. I did see where they had cut off healthy branches though. I immediately called them and the person that did the estimate came back out. He scheduled a service call for them to come back and complete the job. They returned and took out the big dead branches but there are several small ones still there. This the first time we have ever had work on trees so maybe that is normal service. Here were my main concerns: There service was very overpriced for one hour of work. I have since talked to many people and learned a lot about tree trimming. They did not show up during the time they reported they were be there. I do not have work done at our house by new providers without one of us being home. I had to call them back to do what they were originally supposed to do, remove the dead branches. Small dead branches still in the tree They took healthy branches from our tree. The evergreen trees were not trimmed up to 6 , at the time I called back about the maple tree I was unaware that my husband who set up the original estimate had requested that they be trimmed up 6 . My husband has had to trim more branches off the evergreen tree as the lower branches bowed to touch the ground. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

The original installation of the sprinkler system, went smoothly. They arrived with in a week, as Id hoped. They were very professional and friendly. The installers were very informative, and all my questions were answered. When it was time for blowing out our sprinklers, They gave me a weeks notice, showed up on time, and was very courteous and professional. I will always recommend Living Water Lawn & Tree Care.

They charged me $39 times 3 times to come out and mow my asphalt driveway. What the heck!! Can they not see there is no grass there? Did they mow the wrong address? Thank you for your response but I find it not nice of you to say you didnt bill me since I have a copy of all your bills. You may have reversed the charge but your technicial should have noted the first visit that there is NO GRASS ONLY ASPHALT at that property.

We had a challenging encounter with Living Waters a year ago. We decided to talk with the owner. Mike Fairburn. He understood the problem, the circumstances and the importance of keeping customers. He asked us to let them repair our relationship....a fair ask. His solution went far beyond our expectations. Regaining trust is perhaps harder than getting it in the first place. We can, once again, highly recommend this company. And, we apologize if our former post cost them any customers but it is better to address the issues than to just quit. We are glad Mike cared enough about our business and their reputation to continue working at it vs. just finding another customer. Thanks Mike for your help and blessings to you and your staff.

Very rude, very unprofessional, especially from a company who prides on morals. My neighbor was having sprinklers serviced so I thought it would be a great time to ask about repairing my sprinkler as well....when I asked the employee if he could answer a question, he ignored me completely until he was done doing whatever he was doing.....when be was done, he asked what my question was, I asked and he answered as he was walking away and continued to ignore me as if I wasnt there. When I called the office, the receptionist defended him. Living Water had my business until the first contact I had with them.

aware! they will put words in your mouth what needs to be done to things that dont need be fixed. then they threaten that they have their phone conversations recorded. I ordered free estimate that they offer, they guy came and said he left estimate under the mat that was never found, also he said he talked to people at the house...my son-in-law only was there who said he never talked to anyone. I asked the guy to email me my free estimate, he promised to do so, but never did. so I never got my estimate still. also I asked to check my sprinkle system to see if it needs to be fixed or new one installed. they sent their guy who fixed sprinkle heads that I never asked for because the system is broken!!! so they sent me a bill for all this. Called them back, the ladies were very righteous about doing bad things. Crooks!

Nice service

My lawn has always been taken care of. We did fertilizer at least 5 times a year, watering daily and it looked ok. Once I got Living Water, I was blown away at how much better it looked. The first two years, I used the traditional applications. Then this year I switched to the organic. I have seen even better results. The pricing is very competitive and the customer service is willing to answer any questions that they are presented with. I am very pleased with Living Water.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. I canceled my lawn spraying service prior to the scheduled time for them to come out to my house. However, they still came and sprayed my lawn, and left a bill. When I called and explained that I had canceled my account they said since they came out I still had to pay. This was very frustrating to me and showed not only terrible service, but also lack of communication on their part. It was their mistake to come out after I had canceled, but they still said I had to pay for it.

I initially posted a one star review for service that I was unhappy about, but after a personal phone call from the General Manager my faith in the company is renewed. She addressed all of my concerns and made things right by me. Mistakes and miscommunication happens, and Im happy to say that Living Waters will make them right. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Im feeling a bit cheated. Shouldnt a company that touts their Christian values honor their quote? I was quoted $93.50 to aerate my lawn. I can rent a core aerator for $80 for an entire day, but since I had hand surgery thats not an option for me this year. Then I get a call back saying they made a mistake and that it was actually going to cost $120-something (I honestly stopped hearing anything past a hundred...), but they would take 10% off. I know it was a mistake, but you should honor your quote; mistake, or not, period. I invited you into my home, reached an agreement and shook your hand. I could have simply declined the services but I didnt want to have to go through having to schedule another company to come out and give me another estimate... I just want to get it done. Im probably taking a risk by posting this before services are rendered but I guess well just have to see how things play out.

I was very excited to have the opportunity to support a local business. I must say that everyone that I encountered at Living Water was personable on the phone and at my home. I have used several of their services including pest control, sprinkler turn on, and lawn areation. I canceled my services and am writing this review, because they failed to deliver on a promise they guaranteed. The pest control service guarntees that if you see bugs/pests between sprays that they will come out to spray for free again. This is absolutely not true. I called today to have them do this, because my wife found 2 spiders in our home after their last spray. I was told by the operator that this is considered controlled, but she would have the tech call anyways. The tech called and told me that I was due for a spray in a couple of weeks anyways so he would come out then. He also said that its common for spiders to come out in the weather that we have been experiencing lately. I asked if he would come out to re-spray and he said no, not unless you start seeing 5-6 spiders in your house per day. What?? As a consumer I have a lot of choices and I do not have to tolerate someone being lazy and not wanting to deliver on their guarantee. When I called to cancel the operator didnt even ask why I was canceling services or offer an apology. Sorry Living Water, but you lost me as a customer for all of your services. I am extremely dissappointed by your failure to provide BASIC customer service.

Living Water was recommended by a neighbor for some sprinkler repair and weed control work that I needed. When I found they were a locally owned, Christian company I was happy to contact them. I deal with a lot of service companies both personally and professionally, I honestly dont think Ive worked with a company that I was this dissatisfied with. When the guy came to give me pricing I was a little concerned that he didnt want to look at exactly what needed done since I was clear that I wasnt 100% sure just relaying what someone else said. When he gave me pricing for the rest of the services, and talked me into aeration, I thought the price seemed high but just wanted it taken care of and they had come recommended. The aeration was the first service and was fine, the technician was pleasant, did the job, talked to me when he was done and left. It was all downhill from there. The technician who was supposed to spray for weeds showed up on a Saturday as it was starting to rain (after I was specifically told to NOT water for a while after the treatment) and sprayed my neighbors yard, gave her MY bill and left. I called to get it straightened out and reminded them that they could not come on Monday, I have other services provided on Monday that are all coordinated that I didnt want to have to reschedule. Monday morning at 8am the technician showed up and started spraying. I scrambled to get the dogs inside, he sprayed, then left without speaking to me at all. When I called the office the lady I spoke with was rather rude telling me that if I had them doing my lawn cutting it wouldnt be an issue with rescheduling, I have someone that does dog waste removal that comes right before my lawn guy comes so rescheduling isnt as easy as just calling one person. Either way, I specifically said not to come on Monday. Because they came on the day I specifically said not to the dogs toys werent picked up and the technician broke one when he threw it across the yard -- complete disregard for my stuff. Since he still didnt leave a bill for me I had no idea how long to keep the dogs inside so after finding that out and keeping them in for the required time I let them out and shortly after saw one of my dogs running around out front --- the technician failed to close my gate. As annoyed and frustrated as I was with everything else leaving the gate open was completely unacceptable. I have had many service people require access to my yard and NEVER have I had one have such disregard for my dogs safety to leave the gate open. The local supervisor called to discuss the situation and basically begged me to give them another try, but after having broken toys and my dogs safety put in jeopardy I have no desire for the company to be on my property. Since then Ive had another company out to fix the sprinkler issue, they were more than half the price and actually took the time to do a complete review of the situation prior to giving me a quote (which ended up not even being the issue I thought it was). The weed control was basically useless and a complete waste of money (a lot of money at that -- which I had to call two times just to get them to send me the bill that they requested I pay for this crappy service). In summary, theyll try to upsell you a lot on their services, their prices are higher than any of the other companies I contacted, and their customer service sucks. Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY NOT.

We were referred to Living Water from a guy who has to cut down a dead tree of ours that got attacked by pine beetles. Another one shows signs of beetles but isnt dead yet and when I called they forwarded directly to a technician working in the field. The technician was so kind to take the time to walk me through something to try..............thank you for the great ideas and I will let you know if we can beat the beetles!!

I have used Living Water for many years now. In all this time I have found them to be a great company to work with, services delivered as promised, and reasonably priced. I recently sold my house and am moving to a location where no services are needed. If I did need their services I would not hesitate to hire them again. I am leaving a nice note for the new owners that this is a great group of people to work with. I hope they hire them.
