10-4-2024 Tayor, a new employee with Augusta, did an outstanding job. Took the time to introduce himself and ask if there was anything special he should know. Also, have a couple political yard signs in the front yard. Told Taylor I would remove them but he said, no problem, Ill take care of it. And he did...perfectly. A definite 9.5 (would give him a 10...but nobody is absolutely perfect.

Jeremy and his work partner did a great job cleaning my flower beds and getting them ready for a new layer of mulch. Jason came and mowed. Yard looks great

Hard workers, great results!

They were very responsive, unlike other companies we contacted. They cleaned and prepped our beds for rock placement, placed 18 tons of rock and added some pavers. The job was done sooner than expected as they were able to move us up into the schedule. They were very professional and provided some great advice and direction as well. It turned out great and we are very happy with the results.

Called for a one time mow and trim. They did a beautiful job!

Great experience and work was very good. The crew cleaned up and disposed all yard waste.

Submitted details and a video of the area I needed looked after on their website along with all of my contact details. After not hearing back for a week, I called them. (Most would just go to a different company at this stage). I was told someone would come out, look at the property (I guess the video wasnt enough) and they would send me a quote. A week later I still hadnt heard anything so I called again. I was told they sent the quote but they misspelled the email address. No one bothered to call me or stop in to the business as I gave that info as well. They sent through the quote while I was on the phone with them and the attachment showed $0. At the bottom of the quote template it showed a per minute rate which obviously doesnt help as I had no idea what they use for equipment. My video showed a grassy area approx 40 feet long by 20 feet wide. That was it... I just wanted a quote but this seemed far to complicated. I couldnt imagine running a business this way and capturing leads from the website and not responding to those within a day or 2 or anyone bothering to follow up on in incorrect, undeliverable email with a phone call. Now they have one less customer to worry about that was potentially an ongoing service as we are a retail store.

Devin and Christian were out to do a pre winter cleanup and hedge trim. Both of them are exactly who you want to have representing your company. I have already recommended Augusta to family and friends based on my experience with their lawn maintenance. This experience cemented my opinion. The completed work is exceptional, Devin and Christian were both personable and efficient. I m a little bit obsessed with how my property Looks. I couldn t have done it better myself.

May 15, 2024 ~ I dont who was out to service my property today (we had no contact, other than sharing a friendly wave), but he did a first-rate job. He lowered the mower a notch, as requested, and I am very pleased with the end result! Thank you, Augusta!!

Scheduled Friday to get a quote on Monday for lawn maintainence. Left town Saturday and got a call Monday saying Im not in their service area even though we spoke Friday regarding their 2 companies located in Spokane and Spokane valley and their coverage. I origionally called the Spokane location and was told they cant cover my area so they had their valley location make contact with me. Im located in the millwood area and was told their valley location couldnt cover my area either. But I was told friday im in their coverage area...Gen Z level communication skills here Wasted my time when I could have someone else get me a quote today and actually want to do the work

Other than some communication struggles, this crew did a great job in my yard, which was its own adventure. They do most everything you might need and are quick at it. I feel the amount that was charged was fair, and Im grateful to have my yard looking better for spring. Thanks guys. Things look good!

Timely service. Had a quote Thursday night, and by the following Monday morning Christian and Devon were hard at work! They were thorough, and did a really nice job of trimming the bushes and cleaning up leaves and other plant debris. Their prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommended! Services

My grandparents recently had their yard thatched and since they re not super into online stuff I m writing their review for them! My grandparents are elderly and rarely ever have anything done to the yard but this year they needed it and Louis and his buddy did a great job! She said they were so polite and kind and respectful and she s very impressed with them! We recommend to anyone, thanks again guys! They really appreciate it:)

So i did alot of homework on what company to use. I work alot so the last thing i want to do is yard work after a 12 hrs day 6 days a week. So i contacted Augusta Lawn care. My yard needed alot of help they cleaned up all the rotten apple and leaves that have been there almost 2 years. Im extremely happy with the job and i will be hiring them to keep my yard up through the summer months. Great customer service, great prices. 5 all day long. If you want the job done right , hire them.

Jason (owner) has personally helped me out on a couple jobs and I could not be more impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness. My wife and I joke on multiple occasions that everyone is so nice in Spokane except the contractors but he is single handedly changing our minds there. His firm is also really capable of taking on a multitude of types of projects and I look forward to using their services again in the near future on some new jobs.

We really enjoy the young man that does our lawn, nice and responsive to our wants and needs. If I have anything negative to say its that he isnt weed eating fence line, but I understand why as it will eat up the weed line. All and all we are satisfied.

Came in to berate our employees in his work truck because he was asked to park elsewhere when visiting other places looking for his homeless brother. Great advertising for your soon to be non existent business. The guy probably yells at grandmas and blind people crossing the road.

Jason with Augusta lawn care met with me to evaluate our lawn and what we would need to maintain it, Jason was very professional, and very well educated in lawn care and the application of weed control and lawn growth. I found him kind and really listened to the problems we were having before suggesting a action plan to have the desired outcomes. I really felt comfortable talking with him, and really knows his stuff! I ended up hiring Augusta lawn care, check them out, you will not be disappointed!

Jason, Devin and all the guys were so great. We had our old lava rocks and some old shrubs/bushes removed and replaced with new weed mats and new material. Yard looks fresh and renewed, they did an excellent job! Highly recommended!

Had my hillside weeds cut down. The tech cut everything down even double checked to make sure he didn t miss any spots. He blew everything down to the street and bagged it all up. He even asked me to come outside and look at hillside before he left to make sure I was satisfied. The hillside looks great. Everyone from the estimator to the tech that came out to the website to their invoicing system was very professional. Highly recommend.

They did a great job on our spring clean up at a new house, did some landscaping and removed a weird bush. Theyre here for mowing and edging weekly. If theres ever a delay due to weather they notify us so were never left wondering. All of the men weve met are pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend.
