Im very uphappy about how one of your employees or employees wifes was at the dollar store and decided to cut in front of 5 other people and then proceeded to start eating popcorn out of the box befor paying. Not very mindful. Or very smart to wearing a company sweatshirt while doing dumb stuff. Not good advertisement

Really appreciate Spokanes Finest Lawns ! They are professional and do a fantastic job for fair price. So far, Ive utilized their services for Winter irrigation blow out and last week they did my yard clean up . The employees were very hard working and did a great job. Unfortunately I am out of their service are for weekly lawn Maintenance or they would be my company of choice for that as well. They are doing lawn aeration for me this week.

I had a scheduled appointment with this place 2 weeks ago and no one showed up, I sent an email with no reply, I called about 8 times no answer or call back. You should update your answer message to not how nice spring is or you re busy, but instead we will not be accepting any further business till we learn how to run a company. Stay away from this place if you want real service.

I totally had the best experience with the work that Al and his partner did. They went above and beyond and did an excellent job, I will for sure be using their business again I just wanted to add that I had more work done this past Monday 3/18/24, for removal of lots of pine needles and debris and again did an excellent job

Always so friendly, responsive, and professional. Shows up when promised and takes time to answer your questions. Also sends a survey after service to checkin how everything went. I use this company for yard service, mowing, weed control, mulch, sprinkler system startup, maintenance, and shutting off. I also used them for Christmas lights Instal and removal every year.

They scheduled a time to come estimate my cleanup. They came while I was at work. I tried to reach them to learn the estimate. Never responded. Highly disappointed. Would NOT recommend. In response to your response: I have no record on my phone of this call--no message, no number in the recent calls aside from today--and even no message today. Also, leaves are all over my front yard and a tree and several bushes that do need trimming. So I have no idea what you are talking about. Simply ludicrous for me to ask for a quote for something that doesnt exist.

This company is top notch! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. On the days scheduled they showed up early and explained each process. Very reasonably priced as well. I will continue to use them for future lawn care and recommend them to others!

Al and his crew spend all afternoon doing a spring cleaning of our yard, blowing out the beds, trimming all the bushes, tying up some of my trees, mowing and finished with aerating our yard. The owner is super knowledgeable!! My lawn was looking horrible (fungus and crab grass everywhere), the owner and his crew took a look at it and developed a specialized program for it. In a couple of months they had it looking fresh! Can t thank them enough, I m not embarrassed by my lawn anymore.

I had them back fill behind a retaining wall and lay top soil. As much as I wanted more top soil, they were very professional and did a nice job. They did all that I asked and I think by spring everything will look amazing.

They were nice. But when I confronted the gentleman about the hole that was made on my siding he seemed to not notice it. Jose said he would never get vinyl siding put on his house. My siding is not garbage it s thick. We ve had it for 6 years, not old either. Very immature. Instead of being a man and taking responsibility for his company s employee s actions he blamed me for having vinyl siding.

When we moved into our house the yard was full of weeds and the lawn was brown. After Spokanes Finest Lawns started treating our lawn it changed dramatically! Even the neighbors commented and said it was nice to see a green yard again! Very pleased with their service!

I started service from this company a week ago. Initially I thought they did a great job on the lawn. Yesterday they treated the lawn. Today they were here for the second weekly mowing. They were here for 10-15 minutes - Im hoping this is because they are fast and not just doing a rush job. But right after they left, my neighbors came by and revealed that the employees had peed on the side of their house in two locations, which is obviously ridiculous and unacceptable. I immediately left a 0 rating (on a scale of 0-10) on the internal reviews they email after each service. Jose called me, inquired about the quality of the service, and assured me it wouldnt happen again, but didnt even offer a refund or anything beyond a verbal apology. Needless to say I wont be continuing as a customer.

This service proved to be very unreliable. First, we had to contact them each month to find out when their monthly service was going to be completed. Secondly, after contracting to provide services on Monday/Tuesdays, Jose decided these two days were too difficult for him. Finally, we had asked that they call prior to arrival so that we could make preparations (I telework), but his team never called. When asked if there was a note about calling prior to their arrival his team said, Yes, but I didn t read it. When questioned about sticking to his contract, Jose said it was just too hard for him to keep our schedule and said, It s just a lawn. I thought lawns were their business.

Poor customer service. Poor follow through. Poor attention to detail in their lawn work. Promise service for one date then move the date. Not even a mow and blow. Lots of promises on web site. Poor delivery of same. The first guy who showed up to mow my lawn didnt know that the lawn adjacent to my driveway was mine. He was ready to leave when I asked if he was going to mow that section.

Great quality service, very professional employees. Albert and Ryan lined up my front yard really nicely, the bushes on the side of my house looked well trimmed. My front lawn looks like it has a fresh hair cut. I got a lot of positive compliments on the yard yesterday the 4th of July. To top all of the great customer service that I received. I called SFL as well as 3 other services for my sister-in-laws yard. They were the only one to return my call and they did it that day. After getting the estimate we accepted the service and they had us scheduled that same week. The men were friendly and efficient. And WOW what a transformation.
