Ive been a customer since 2016 for lawn mowing, fertilizer and weed control, and more recently core aeration and fall leaf cleanup. They generally do a great job and are very fast and efficient.

Dane and Mitch did an amazing job for my maintenance this quarter. They got straight to the point, werent always on their phones the whole time. In fact I had to make them take a break! They even noticed the small terraces i put in a while back could use a bit of attention as well so they tilled the dirt for me since it turned hard packed since putting them in. Ill definitely call them back for my quarterly maintenance and would definitely recommend them to other people for some very good and quality workers.

Brandon did an excellent job on our winterizer fertilizer treatment. He cleaned up all of his granular product from the driveway and sidewalk and ensured our gate was closed and secure when he was finished. Very professional.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Pacific Lawn Maintenance! They were reasonably priced, and they had multiple different packages to choose from. I was not interested in the larger package, and they still took care of me and made me feel like a valued customer. The product they use works great, my yard is greener than it has ever been, and completely free of weeds! Additionally, they sent text updates which was helpful so I would make sure my kids toys were picked up in the yard. Overall I m extremely satisfied with this business and currently recommend them to my friends and family.

I hired Pacific Lawn Care to troubleshoot and fix my irrigation system during the oppressive heat wave in Spokane this summer. The technician who arrived listened to my concerns and did his best to correct the issue, however, the problems persisted. I called the team at PLM and they swiftly responded, sending out the technician again to work tirelessly through the heat to resolve the issue. Thanks to the quick response of the manager, Jeffrey, and the owner, Josh, my irrigation system works perfectly and I want to give them a big thanks for doing the right thing. Cheers!

I called on a referral from a neighbor, and was impressed with the prompt scheduling of a quote for a variety of projects, including cleaning out an overgrown garden and trees & shrubs that needed trimming, and even more impressive was the turnaround time for completion. I highly recommend the entire Pacific Team from the office staff (thank you, Jason!) , as well as the manual laborers & spray tech that it took to complete the needed work. Ive been doing business with Pacific Lawn Maintenance for the last couple of years for fertilizing, weed/pest control, and sprinkler repair (along with a couple of other odd jobs). The work theyve done has been great and their communication has been great. Ive reached out a couple of times for some help on specific projects and theyve been responsive and I appreciate the text reminders when they are coming out to spray. Definitely a step above other companies Ive used in the past.

I would not recommend this company EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. A 10 year old neighborhood kid would genuinely do a better job. When we initially got a quote because our own lawn equipment had failed, they told us that due to the length of the grass the initial service would be FOUR TIMES THE NORMAL COST. However, when they completed that original visit the lawn they skipped multiple areas and left grass clippings everywhere, killing sections of our lawn. When we called with our concerns, they said it was due to the initial condition of our yard, but assured us that it would be much better moving forward. For some reason we gave them two additional opportunities to live up to that, but theyve done a progressively worse job each time. Large sections of the lawn/yard have remained untouched, and they continue to leave the clippings everywhere. Very unprofessional, we are COMPLETELY dissatisfied. I would give ZERO stars if possible.

Beyond outstanding customer service! I was not placed on hold during a complicated request for services. They showed up on time, got the job done, not only quickly, but extremely well done. They took time to make sure the drive and walk ways were blown clean before leaving. The price was what I was quoted, NO surprises on the the bill, and offered a 5% discount for paying upfront. Good reliable local company. My only complaint is they are rather aggressive with their trimmer and the grass is trimmed so low at the edges some of it is starting to die. We also use the weed/fertilizer service and it hasnt seemed to help with the weeds very much. Great phone service when there is an issue. In general, Im happy and would recommend this service.

They were extreme hard workers and more then willing to do what ever it took to make us happy with the end result. Based off of our experience you would be crazy not to use them.

Josh came out to give a quote for lawn care maintenance. I appreciated his honest feedback and flexibility in letting us do as much of the lawn care ourselves and he would/could do the rest, or he was willing to do all of it if we didn t want to do it. He was really helpful and was clear in his plans for our property. I really liked how professional Josh was and laid back - not pushy. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help us with our property goals. Highly recommend!

Layer on to this the ongoing fertilizing and weed control service and our lawn is looking the best ever. I cannot recommend this company enough! I was getting stressed about some invasive weeds in our yard as well as some fertilizer burn in spots I had done. Josh came out and spent time answering all the questions I had in an honest manner. He also gave solid advice on what I could do to fix it in the meantime all for free. After scheduling with them, I was impressed with their online portal and auto-pay system which is rare in my opinion. The guy that came to do the spraying was awesome and also answered the last few questions I had...I was even more stoked when the product they used worked, which was a concern of mine considering what I had tried. I am excited to get on their monthly plan for our yard next year because I will be worry free about it. I highly recommend this company if you need anything lawn related!

Great experience with these guys, very responsive, professional and loved the easy interactions and confirmations by email and texts--very efficient. We had a small sod and sprinkler project in our front yard and they really did it well, from start to finish. Next is sprinkler blowout and thinking about the snow removal service, hear it gets deep sometimes, Highly recommend for projects and services.

Alex and Jacob just completed a tree and shrub pruning, and our yard looks totally different -- everything is neat, perfectly shaped and were ready for fall! After speaking with both of them for a short amount of time it was very evident that they knew what they were doing and we trusted them. We cannot recommend this company enough!

Alex did an amazing job! He took the time to go down into our crawl space to make sure we had drained the valves for our sprinkler system correctly. He was great with our 4 year old helper that was very interested in everything he was doing. Overall they were professional, well priced, and super quick. We will definitely be using them for any future sprinkler or lawn needs!

The owner, Josh, is a great guy and very responsive. He and his team have been providing lawn service (weekly/bi-weekly mowing and edging, weed & feed fertilizer treatments for the lawn, pre-emergent treatments and mulch for the flower beds for a few years. Any time Ive had any minor issues, which isnt often, Josh has been very quick to have the team resolve them for me. I can recommend Josh and his team at Pacific Lawn Maintenance without reservation.

Josh and Jeff have been very attentive with my concerns regarding my problem area I have in my backyard. They sprayed initially the first time for weeds and when I contacted them about seeing that it wasnt dying off like I thought it should have Jeff contacted me and let me know Josh the owner personally would make a trip out to my place that day to take a look. Josh offered to have his crew come out a second time to spray for the grass that was growing at no cost to me. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They truly have excellent customer service and value their customers! Thank you guys!!

My lawn is so effing beautiful now! Ive struggled to get it green and free of weeds fo-evah! These guys came through, sprayed their magic, and a few weeks later,,,,,, BAM! Thick, luscious, pure grade a green grass, man. Well worth the money to have a flawless lawn. Way cheaper than I thought it would be. Thanks fellas!

Excellent!! Always very happy when I arrive home and see my beautiful lawn mowed and driveway cleaned of all grass clippings. I recently hired them to weed and rake flower beds along with trim and prune trees and hedges. They were fast and efficient and my yard looks better than ever. I would highly recommended them to family and friends.

I wish I could post the photos of how they leave our landscaping. To lazy to empty the bag so clumps of grass everywhere. Weeds in the beds that we just had them clean. This will be the last year for this contract. Josh, We did contact Jeff several times through out the summer and nothing changed. You started out as a great company that took pride in the job. That is not how things were this last year.

I worked with the owner, Josh, on a donation to our church auction for a missions trip. Josh was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and supportive. He made a very nice donation to our auction. I will definitely be using this company for any lawn services, pest control, etc. that I might need in the future. Its so nice to find business that are run by reputable and compassionate people!

Josh and his crew take care of several of our rental properties. He mows on short notice in between renters as well as spraying weed and feed on the lawns in summer. If there is ever an issue, he takes care of it promptly. I really appreciate knowing I have someone I can count on!

I cannot say enough good things about everyone I have worked with at Pacific Lawn Maintenance. I was out of state trying to sell a house and needed immediate lawn maintenance after my renters moved out. I called over 15 different companies and was turned down and messages were not even responded to. I was told repeatedly it was the busy season and the companies just couldnt take on anymore jobs. Being out of state at the time, I had no other options, and was really getting worried. Then, Josh at Pacific Lawn Maintenance returned my phone call! He also confirmed it was busy season, and then he took my business. I offered to pay more than the usual weekly fee as it was so last minute but he wouldnt hear of it. He was very helpful, fair, and informative as to the process to get my yard maintained through the sale of my house. Diana in the billing office was also great to work with and was very helpful when I had questions or concerns. Josh and his team at Pacific Lawn Maintenance went above and beyond and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

We had Pacific Lawn Maintenance do our lawn care this year. I had Josh come out and give us a quote on mowing and fertilizing. He was so kind and his prices were fair. We hired him and it was the best decision we made! Our lawn is the envy of the block. We ended up hiring josh for our bug control too. We havent seen a spider since he started spraying. Overall we are super happy and would recommend him to anyone.

These guys have done my yard for about the last 6 years. I take pride in my lawn being one of the best groomed and greenest in my neighborhood - they do great work. Also, I live on the Spokane River and spiders are a real problem for my home. Since I started using Pacific Lawn Maintenance for my Pest Control I rarely ever see a spider. If you are looking for great workers and great customer service at a reasonable price, these are the guys!
