Noah & Christoffer have been honest & helpful in a way. Quotes for future work seem very up there & not thought on much but a hand written paper trail was something (just lacking professionalism in places like scheduling & honoring my requests to give notice ahead of time for them showing up). I am thankful they can correct appointment conflicts within a week or so, from previous weather concerns on spraying.. Overall not too impressed with Work versus total cost so far. Need more done on a shorter timeline to currently get that greener trees & lawn before the year ends 2 out of 5 for a first attempt at service.. but eventually making more work for myself than actually remedying the yard to stay green. Too stale of communication & dry business model with poor customer service.

This is the worst company weve ever had the displeased to work with. We havent even started the first application and they charged our credit card over 1 week ago. They were supposed to show up Friday and call in the morning to tell us when they would be here. It took several calls to the company, a report to the supervisor and several hours later before someone called us. Then they promised to come out on Saturday between 12-5 since Friday didnt work. Nobody ever showed up or called. We are canceling service and expect a full refund.

Allen, our tech was friendly and explained what he was doing. We had our first weed and grub control plus fertilizer for our lawns.

Michelle was fantastic, professional, on time for her appointment to provide a quote for services, etc. She went the extra mile to offer other services, walked the area to ensure the bid was accurate (in the rain). When it came to scheduling the sevice, she checked to verify if special dates or times were needed. I appreciated her thorough level of detail in the process.

Been a customer for a few years, but not any longer. They no-call no-showed 2 separate appointments where we were told we needed to be ready to take our kids and pets our of the house for a couple hours requiring pre-planning, then showed up 2 hours early for a 3rd appointment, and when told they needed to come back when scheduled because our kids were napping. The tech suggested (as a strange man weve never met) that he goes into our sleeping childrens bedrooms and spray chemicals within a foot of where they were sleeping. When scheduled, we were told wed need to leave for a couple hours, but the tech felt it was appropriate to spray right next to the kids. When my wife told the tech the kids were sleeping and that he needed to come back when scheduled he asked Why, cant you just peal the kids off the wall? My schedule is pretty busy. I just need to spray the baseboard. He returned when scheduled at which point wed decided to cancel service and told him he could go. He swore under his breath at us as he got back into his truck. We reached out to speak to a supervisor, and were told wed get a call back in 24-48 hours. Were now at 5 business days without a call. We submitted the online form for cancellation explaining our experience and the response ignored the techs behavior and missed appointments and Ashley Hansen- retention specialist, provided us different billing options to maintain service, suggesting we may be struggling to pay for services on the current payment schedule. Clearly you didnt read the reason for cancelation and provided a copy/paste response to cancelation request. They used to be great but the receptionist told us they were struggling to get techs to come to work, and it clearly shows. Moved our service to Orkin and couldnt be happier now.

Addison was very meticulous. He explained why and when to water for best lawn health. He also educated us on when the treated areas would be safe for our puppy to return.

BBB gives them an F. They are not accredited! They advertise termite control, but they do not provide termite control! A lesson I learned today just minutes before the Scheduled, free appointment, for termite control was to occur! So do not carve out time from your busy schedule for this service! And, didnt false advertisement use to be illegal? Wonder what the State AG would think? Hummmnn, maybe I need to find that out!

Find someone else to do your lawn care. This company is unprofessional and disingenuous. If you have had the unfortunate experience of working with them, note that their services are subscription-based by default and that you need to call and unsubscribe if you want to discontinue them. This was my experience: I was unknowingly signed up for a subscription for lawn aeration after simply calling to get a quote and being told there was no availability in the near future. Later, on a 100+ degree day in August, they showed up and aerated the lawn without any prior notification or even knocking on the door - I just found them in my backyard! I would never have consented to this timing and it made it even harder to keep the lawn alive in the middle of Summer. Given that I had not been made aware that I was signed up for the service, I was invoiced to an account I did not know I had, which had assessed late fees by the time I realized. Management was completely inflexible about the situation and the fees, nor did they own up to the extremely poor level of communication and the disappointing results of their service (to be clear, I blame the company and management for this, not the workers who performed the service, who were not aware of this additional context).
