P J's Yard Care in Spokane Valley

Work over the past few years has been good. Asked to edge the lawn, no mowing. Flat trimmed twice, it was ok, asked to hard trim but his machine was broken. After it was fixed an employee did a horrible job of “edging” throwing mud and dirt onto our house and windows and not even getting close to our concrete edging. Left several voices messages, no response. Told employee and owner do not trim anymore. They did not do any more. This was in late May early June. Last week we got a bill for May, June and July. Left three more voice and text messages, no response. Very disappointed after all we have used them. .

Customer service is terrible, and not professional

They do the yard across the street from us. They do a great job on The yard it's self . The first trip around the yard, the mower blows Leaves and alittle grass in the street. It has built up alittle every Week. All they would have to do is make one swipe up along the curb with the mower and most of it would be sucked up,instead of just Blowing it. Today I went over and asked one of the guys if he would Just clean it up. I looked out just as they were getting ready to leave And he just ran his foot through a patch of it. Looked my way ,said Something to the other two and just got on the truck and left. I wasn't. expecting them to sweep the street or anything like that but Is it timed soooo short that they can't even drive the mower next to The curb before they load it?? No one wants to make alittle extra effort o make the street match the cleaned up lawn. Not a lot To do as you are sitting on a riding mower.????
