We live in the woods so we can get quite a few weeds in our yard. Since we started using Lawn Doctor, the weeds first reduced and now ARE GONE! My lawn looks great.

Have had these folks now for 3 years couldnt be happier. The grandson referred me to them, being in the business himself. They are the best for the buck!! Their lawns are always WEEDLESS AND GREEN!!

Lawn Doctor and Zak do an awesome job servicing our lawn.

Terrible company! I used them last spring for aeration and paid upon job completion. Fast forward to this spring and I receive a statement for 165.00 in my email for liquid aeration already completed. I never saw nor spoke to one person from this company since last spring. I called and informed the representative that no one informed me of this service, and I never agreed to repeating aeration service. I simply purchased a one-time aeration service last spring and paid upon completion. The representative insisted that correspondence was sent notifying of this change and I had the chance to opt out. I never received any correspondence, nor did I agree to additional service. This company is a joke. I would stay away from them and seek another option as I have dealt with several other landscaping companies in the area without anything like this happening. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Colby could not fertilize the back yard since the dog was out. He called to let me know, so I called him back and told him to ask my uncle to let the dog in. He took care of it and was able to fertilize the whole lawn. I appreciated him letting me know about the issue instead of just leaving and having me schedule another day. He even left treats on the door! I really appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness at Lawn Doctor.

Very pleased with their great service and would be the only ones I d recommend after trying other professional services. Keep up the great work! Appreciate your help! JH - Lawn Doctor has been the best treatment for us this past 1 1/2 years! We ve had other companies and this has been the best fix for our yard. After treating our own lawn for over 30 years, we just couldn t get a handle on all the different weeds and disease we had in the lawn. We had also thatched our own yard and dumped over 300 lbs of thatch. Unfortunately this process spread our weeds even more. The owner had come out to assess and helped develop a plan of attack for us. It has been money well spent and Zach and staff have all been great! I ll be renewing again for next year and I thank other customers who also wrote positive reviews to help us find great service. We ve also had neighbors asking and have referred them as well. Thanks to the whole staff! I would highly recommend them!

We find all workers polite and efficient. They are always willing to help us if a question arises. The workers are also careful in their job about getting fertilizer, etc. on the concrete.

Worst customer service ever. I do not leave bad reviews but these people are a whole different level of rude. Unprofessional texts and they do not deliver. They did not provide the services asked for. Sprinkled bagged fertilizer on the grass and they considered that as fertilizer and weed control. Spent literally 6 minutes in my yard and didnt do the job they were hired to do. Dont use this company! This local lawn doctor service is a joke. They wasted our time and do not care. Pathetic.

We have used the Lawn Doctor for years. The owner s son was 14 years old when he pitched their service to me. He is now in his mid 20 s and still working with his dad. They do a great job, our lawn is always one of the greener ones in our neighborhood. They are very helpful and easy to work with. They keep their appointments and have very helpful tips. I recommend them with no problem.

I am really impressed with the Lawn Doctor! The whole team is really helpful, professional, and do a great job. I saw great results after just one application. My lawn looked good before but I couldnt get rid of some pesky clover with store-bought fertilizer. The Lawn Doctor even came by to do a check up and FREE spot treatment a few days after my first application. They also left treats for our dog. Would highly recommend them!

service was top notch, BUT, when I called to tell lady on phone Im skipping my next treatment you would think I committed a crime, she went on and on telling me what a horrible idea that would be, she said my yard would be filled with weeds if I missed even this one treatment, she said it will completely wreck their entire schedule, she said they have employees who depend on the work, etc... Then she said this better not become a pattern or they may have to reevaluate me as a client, lol. Extremely rude and aggressive woman. Great service but horrible customer service.

I have been a client for 2 years and have NOT regretted moving to their service! They are efficient, thorough and always willing to help me with making my lawn look its best! I have used, TrueGreen and Living Water in recent years. They both were ok however, I always had some sort of issue. Lawn Doctor NO issues.

I know they have a schedule to meet, but I think they go too fast. Many weeds werent touched.

Lawn doctor came in with a free consult, showed me evidence of what they thought was wrong and provided the fix for a really reasonable cost. This company guarantees their work, but doesn t stand by that guarantee. I did what they told me to do which was to keep our dogs off the lawn for 2 months while the lawn germinated. I did that by installing a temporary fence and my lawn never fully germinated. When I complained they blamed me for not watering correctly, letting animals on the lawn, I was then told we have to much shade in the back yard (we have two large maple trees) and that it would never fully germinate because of that. If that was the case, I should have been given that info before they agreed and guaranteed I d be satisfied with their services. You can expect to pay them every single month from May- September for some sort of fertilizer and weed treatment no matter what. I ve used other companies in the past and they never fertilized/weed treated every single month. If my lawn looked amazing then maybe this would have been okay, but I ve concluded they just like to nickel and dime you as much as possible. When I asked them to come out and power-seed again since the first application didn t work they told me I would have to pay, again not standing by their guarantee. I had responded to these people twice via text message not to come fertilize until I could talk with the owner about how dissatisfied we were. They ignored my two text messages and came anyway and charged me. I had to ask for them to remove that charge and thankfully they did. But when I asked them to powerseed again or refund me some money since my back yard looks like garbage they refused. Please save your money and do not use this company.

These guys are the best. Not only did I get great results, I received a ton of advice on how to care for my lawn. They were always quick to respond to my concerns and questions. Fair priced and the highest quality! I would never try anyone else and neither should you!

I didn t think I could afford a lawn service to control weeds and make my lawn green. I was lucky to find lawn doctor as their prices are affordable. They have always arrived on time and email me with a description of services provided as well as watering tips which were very helpful. I have a large patch of yard that used to be a garden area and was overrun with waist high weeds, I started using their services this year and had no weeds. They even left dog biscuits in the plastic bag they always leave on the doorknob with the invoice as I m sure my dog was a constant visible audience:) Life long customer here!!

The Lawn Doctor folks respond no matter when or how often we call; indeed, the have been known to show up promptly for as little cause as a couple of weeds that appeared. And of course, they are totally reliable when it comes to regularly scheduled fertilization and weed sprays. You are not going to do better, when it comes to lawn care . . . and the prices are totally fair.

Technicians always give good advice when needed and willing to spend time to answer any questions. Had a sprinkler system issue while on vacation in the middle of summer which fried my lawn. Weve used Lawn Doctor for years. They do a great job. Their service, product, results and communication are really first-rate. On those occasions when my lawn can use a little extra help, they let me know about it and offer solutions without high-pressure sales tactics. Theyve also given me info I need to maintain my lawn well, rather than keep me in the dark as the lawn slips into a crisis and then gouge me with extra fees so they could rescue it.

I have used other lawn care services in the past but my lawn has never looked as good as it has since I have had Lawn Doctor servicing my yard. Their costs are extremely reasonable and if needed they are willing to work with their customers on payment schedules that fit their budgets. They are always friendly, pleasant and helpful.

Chris does a great job keeping our lawn looking green and weed free all summer. We had some clover that was taking over and he was able to get rid of it for us. I love their system where they just let you know when theyre going to pop in and perform their services so I dont have to keep track of appointments and make sure to be home.

Me: Stop Chris: Lol k I was called 3 times in about 24 hours and also texted. The aggressive sales and disrespectful/unprofessional text makes it an easy choice to go elsewhere.

They never provided the service, canceled date and never provided new schedule. When i called to inquire the representative was rude and wouldnt help, provide a schedule, and suggested i take buisness elsewhere. I did.

Well where do I start- I received a call from Lawn Doctor on March 15th scheduling an aerating appointment, was told I would receive a call a week before the appointment to mark my sprinklers and was told it would happen at the end of April. I called and left a message on March 20th stating I no longer wanted the aeration done. Well, low and behold, they showed up May 5th any way and aerated my lawn, left a bill for a service that I canceled and broke a sprinkler. I called them as the service was happening (thanks ring camera), told them that I had canceled the appointment, and that I would not be paying the bill for a service I didnt want. That night I left them a message since upon returning home I discovered the broken sprinkler. I was told they have no record of the call (thanks call log) but they would look into it and get back to me. After several phone calls and emails (one in which they claim they never received, not sure what happened there because it was magically found), the problem has still not been resolved so here I am leaving a review for a company I would NOT recommend. I am also contacting corporate to have this matter handled without having to further deal with a company that takes advantage of its customers.

I wish I had pictures of before, but it was brown, dead spots and hard straw like grass we could barely walk on. It s so lush and green now! They don t hound you will calls for add on services. Chris even took off a service we paid for because he said from the initial quote we didn t end up needed it after seeing our lawn. Great company! Totally worth it!
