I’ve got the best lawn in the neighborhood thanks to these guys. Our tech JD always leaves detailed instructions for what we need to do after our treatments. You could send these guys a picture of one random weed in your lawn and they’ll be out within a day or two to take care of it. Highly recommend.
We have been customers of Pinnacle for a few years and would give them six stars if we could. Their communication, respect for our property, and the obvious improvement we see in our lawn, places them in a different category than their competition.
After using 2 other OVER PRICED lawn services for the past 10 years, we finally found a Great lawn service- Pinnacle Lawn Service. The past 2 years we have used them, our lawn is golf course level awesome! They are significantly less expensive than many other companies but their service AND customer service is the best we have had. They customize their service to where your pets go on the lawn and are very responsive, friendly and get great results. A+++++!
Used them last year for both lawn treatment and aeration and overseeing and did a great job! After trying to get grass to grow myself as our lawn had many bare spots and weeds when we moved in. We had little success and decided to try and have a company do it. I’m glad I did as we finally have the grass we wanted for us to enjoy. They Called us before they came to do every treatment and were on time as stated. Just after one year of service our lawn has made a complete turn around looks much better then when we started.
Initially we used TruGreen for our lawn treatment. But discovered they placed flags all over the lawn without actually doing anything at all! To say I was miffed is the understatement of the century!! Good job I was at home and witnessed everything. Needless to say I DEMANDED a full refund, which they reluctantly gave. Would have been easier getting blood out of a stone. It was time for a change and we discovered Pinnacle which is a locally owned company. They provide a detailed list of the treatments, recommendations and options. Pinnacle are VERY thorough in what they do. Plus they don’t cut corners. We get an actual human call us to let us know when they will be arriving. We have had the pleasure of Noah looking after our lawn. He’s very polite, thorough and respectful of the property/grounds. Our lawn looks amazing (pics are just after the treatment). I don’t understand why the reviews are not all 5 stars for these guys.
John does a great job with our lawn service. He calls the day before he plans to arrive. He is very prompt, and very efficient. I highly recommend Pinnacle Lawn Service for your lawn fertilization and other services the company provides. 👍🏻👍🏻
If your looking for a Company that is accommodating and considerate these guys are not for you. If you like to get notice before they show up or if you have a pet that needs to be inside when they do the application, these guys will not do that for you. Lawn results were not that great either , but I was willing to give it another year
This is our first year with Pinnacle Lawn Service and our lawn has never looked this good!! For several years, I tried to get grass to grow where a flower bed was taken out. I could only get weeds to grow. They recommended certain treatments plus aerating/overseeding. Can you tell where the flower bed used to be? Highly recommended!!
Our lawn is remarkably improved after just our first application. Thank you We have lived here over 45 years. Back yard was always a problem. TG said can t be helped, too much blah, blah. Pinnacle has our back yard looking better than it ever has. Thank you pinnacle. you TG.
Had 5 treatments only did 3. This is a complete rip off. The guy that did my lawn did not even spread the fertilizer on all of my property. When I called in the guy was so rude trying to prove his point. 5-Star reviews are fake.
Unprofessional on the phone and on the lawn. Had 5 treatments on my plan and only gave me 3. And were these even treatments with a guy running around my lawn.
Didnt show up when they said they would. Cancelled and never bothered to let us know. And when called about the cancelation were dismissive. Just unprofessional.
I can t say enough good things about this business. The lawn care treatment, communication, and response time is exceptional. JD is amazing. I would highly recommend this business.

We have used Pinnacle since they broke off from High Point a few years ago. We were pleased with High Point and just as pleased with Pinnacle. Our lawn looks great!!
I gave then a 5 but I would say 4.8 only because my lawn is wet frequently and they use a riding machine to put the fertilizer on. But the results spoke for themselves because I wanted to try another company due to me being new to the area and wanted to see how they did. It was a huge mistake and I am planning on going back to them this year and with them for as long as I am in Rochester and they are around

I hired Pinnacle last year after an unfortunate experience with a big national company and it proved to be a great decision. My lawn is thick, lush, green, and has never looked better. Before hiring Pinnacle, I had some trouble getting rid of a couple different type of weeds that seemed to return each year. At the initial visit, the Pinnacle employee identified them as Nuts Edge and Bindweed. These weeds have not been back since Pinnacle started servicing my lawn. They are responsive, affordable, effective, and most importantly, a locally owned company.
My husband and I purchased our home two years ago and the lawn was beyond awful! The weeds were out of control & the lawn was missing giants patches of grass and other sections were covered in moss. We hired a company last year which helped slightly but this year we decided to stay local and go with Pinnacle. We have only received two treatments thus far this year and WOW! We are so impressed with not only our lawn, but the customer service as well. Everyone from the company that I have been in contact with has gone above and beyond with our multiple questions and our high expectations. It is truly a 5 star company and I highly reccommend them!

Pinnacle lawn service is awesome for dog owners! I had concerns prior to signing up for this years treatment not only due to my dog going nuts with someone on my property but also concerned with the chemicals involved. The owner is well aware of my concerns and reaches out to me every month asking what day and time frame is best so I can take my dog to doggy day care for the day to reduce my dogs anxiety. The owner will also follow up within a few hours letting me know enough time was passed for my dog to be in contact with the lawn. This is just the touch of the surface for how customer focused this company is! AND they are local! I would 1000% recommend Jason and his team!
