Every year my lawn looks like a carpet. Even with the dry summer we had, I only watered once and my lawn is plush. Having to mow every 5 days is the only complaint I could have.
Weed Man talks the talk and follows it up by walking the walk - literally! They are truly an old fashioned company who delivers on their promises! The staff and techs are consistently on target and our lawn has never looked so good . Our tick problem has been completely eliminated with their treatments .We will never use any other company for taking care of our property!
A shout out to Jake and the crew from Weed Man (Spencer). Presented a concern about the condition of my lawn, Jake came right out, look at it, did some investigating, and found the culprit. Weed Man has come up with a plan. I thank them for addressing my concerns right away and not waiting till I lost my whole lawn. Thanks again "Jake from Weed Man", lol, sorry couldn't help it.
So disappointing. The last couple years, the lawn looked good. However, my lawn was completely neglected this year and my concerns about lawn pests were entirely brushed off by the techs. My front yard has been completely destroyed due to the neglect in both the summer fertilizer treatments as well as grub and pest treatments, which I had requested multiple times since last summer. I wrote a long email, with details to the company and was completely ignored. Look at these pictures. Who knows how much it is going to cost me to fix. *sigh*
Weed Man replaced our prior lawn service over 5 years ago. Their range of services from initial fertilization to aeration are delivered as promised and done with care. Over the years our lawns have not only become greener but healthier too. We have always found their recommendations useful. I have recommended Weed Man to our children and neighbors.

Even after years of self care, our lawn was lacking, looking dull, sad and plagued with weeds! Our neighbor had a plush beautiful green lawn and was weed free. Why? They used the Weed Man....so we decided to give the Weed Man a try. What a difference it made. Our lawn is plush green only after one year of treatments. The staff at the Weed Man is not only attentive, kind, and appreciative of the business, but extremely conscientious of responding quickly, answering questions and attending to any problems with our lawn. UPDATE: 10/2024: WeedMan continues their excellent service. WeedMan called me today to say that their technician noticed that we are having renovations, re-landscaping done at the house, so work trucks block the lawn, and would I like them to pause the lawn care until the work is done? This is a feature of a responsive business -- paying attention to their customers' situations and adjusting. ORIGINAL: 2020: WeedMan always exceeds my expectations for a lawn service company! They remind you the day before they do a treatment. Their techs show up timely, are efficient, clean up any spill, friendly, courteous. WeedMan accommodates special requests (in my case, avoiding weed pre-emergent near a sick tree). They have a decent website where you can make payments, see invoices, see treatment schedules. After spending a lot of time and money to regrade and overseed my large sloping front lawn, I was looking around for a local lawn care company. I avoided the big names and settled on one local company, but they never showed up after I signed up. So a contractor I know recommended WeedMan and we have gotten great service. Even the plant nursery I buy from uses WeedMan for lawn service.

New customer, who began using services of Weed Man last year, after seeing other good looking lawns in neighborhoods that were serviced by Weed Man. Any lawn areas, affected by unusual winter, was was addressed promptly, when notified.
Recently requested quote as I see neighbors using their service and have beautiful lawns. Next day received a call with info and verbal quote. Asked for email with the quote to go over when got home and to have in writing. That was on a Monday. I received a phone call every day this week to follow up if I have any questions and everyday I asked about my email quote, next day another phone call. By Friday decided not to move forward
Took the time and made certain that every spot was treated. My lawn never looked so beautiful and completely weed free.
Always get compliments from friends on how great my lawn looks. I never have to worry about when to fertilize or apply weed or grub control products. Will use Weedman again next year.

A company rep came out very quickly to look at the job but then went radio silent for multiple weeks. I called twice over a multi-week period to try to get a quote. Company ended up passing on the job in part because it contained poison ivy removal that nobody wanted to deal with, which is understandable. Disappointed that it took that long to communicate that they were passing. Wasted time.
Our technician is very knowledgeable & has done a phenomenal job! Customer service is easy to work with, friendly courteous people. Our lawn looks terrific!

Always let you know when they will be coming to provide a service. Technician explains what was done and any concerns that they may have with the condition of the lawn. Make recommendations for problem areas. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
I was referred by a friend to Weed Man and we have been very happy. My sons use their services as well. If you have any issues with the lawn, just call the office and they come right out. Their prices are very reasonable if you compare with the costs of buying lawn products and putting them down yourself (and their products work better)
We had to skip treating our lawn this year as we had our septic inspected and loom that was down ended up full of weeds and reminds us of how bad our lawn looked before we had weed man. They are an incredible company in ALL ways and would never think of trying or recommending another company. If we could i would give them 10 stars..We have so many compliments on how beautiful our lawn looks.

I have been checking my neighbor lawn for a couple of years and decided to try WeedMan myself as I liked what I saw on the other side of my property. I am very impressed with the service. I send email yesterday asking to take a look at my lawn as crab grass is just starting to grow. I received auto-reply from Laurie stating she was not in the office. Bummer I though to myself. But to my surprise Laurie who was in Arizona on vaca called me a couple hours later and told me someone would be checking my lawn soon. Today I looked out the window and saw Jeremy spraying my lawn. I am amazed how quick and responsive they are. Customer service at its best!

I loved Weed Man! They tech was super friendly and even helped clear toys off the yard that were left out. Our grass has never looked better, removing weeds and growing more grass than we can keep up with. My only concern about next year is the environmental impact, which may move me to use a product/service that is safer for the planet and my family.

My experience with weedman has nothing but positive things to say. I had tried another lawn care company and lost my lawn to grubs, as they did Nothing to fix the problem of a completely dead lawn. I was Leary of trying another . But to my going with weedman my lawn has turned into a show peice. I have brought other people to weedman and they are just as happy. Brian the lawn specialist who has been the one taking care of my lawn has done a superb job. Anytime I have called the office Sherry has always been pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend Weedman for All your lawn care needs.

Jeremy has always answered our questions about our lawn. If he couldn t answer them, he called his company to get them. They have always come and done what their contract with our condos has required. I feel they have been honest and forthcoming with any information we need to know.

Customer service and satisfaction are exemplary. Sherry, Dennis and the team are great to work with. Always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Clear instructions for when and when not to water in application. One of my favorite services is complimentary weed spraying when requested. I havent had any of those annoying purple or white weeds, dandelions or daisies since I started using the service. Pretty much everyone in my neighborhood uses Weed man now. Top notch service, i have used others and they just couldnt compare. They treat you like you are thier only customer!!!

I always treated my lawn myself but my timing was always off due to procrastination. Since Weed Man took over carrying for my lawn, I never have to worry about getting the correct product down during the right timeframe.
