Petty's Lawncare responded to a last minute job with incredible urgency and execution. I needed a business exterior cleaned up for an executive visit and Petty's Lawncare went above and beyond to make the store stand out! We also had a large, overgrown retention pond that needed to be cleared out and it being too wet to service with a bush hog, Brandon and his team successfully completed the job with handheld equipment and hard work. Grateful for this team's quick action and impressive quality of work!
Brandon and his team clear cut my creek bed and mulched all the under brush to give me very pretty landscaped area. He told me the job would take 3days to complete but he worked real hard and longer hours than normal and got the job done in 1 1/2 days. Very happy with his work and will use him again.
Brandon and his team mulched my back yard. They did a great job! Clear communication. Worked hard to complete the job in one day. 10/10 would recommend! Update-Brandon and his team did such a great job mulching my back yard that I asked them to add pavers and sod too. Brandon and his team did a great job again! Brandon showed up on time to the estimate appointment. After estimate he gave me a timeframe that they would be available to get the work done, and it was done right in that timeframe. Brandon and this crew showed up on time, did great work, and were very nice. I would recommend Petty’s Landscaping without hesitation and will be contacting them for future projects.
I called Brandon last minute on a Tuesday to help me get my horrible yard in order. Although it was an inconvenience to him, he still came out to help me. He did a thorough assessment of the yard, curated a fair price, & did a great job! The yard looks wonderful now! Brandon & his worker were polite and conscientious. As ALWAYS, Brandon did an excellent job for us! We use his lawn service twice/month, and he tackled a huge, brand new project for us this week. Totally transformed our front yard! Removed trees, large overgrown shrubs, re-graded, smoothed out a hill, and seeded our front yard. He also cleaned up and hauled away everything! He is honest, professional, very reasonably priced, and conscientious from start to finish! He works extremely hard to make sure his customers are happy and pleased with any job he tackles. We recommend his services and believe you will be happy with his work, too! We are so pleased that we are relying on him to tackle the next lawn project on our list! :) Thank you Brandon, for the time and care you took to transform our front yard for us!
We contacted Brandon Petty 3 weeks ago to provide us a quote to begin lawn care on a biweekly basis. He came out and looked at our property and said he was interested in adding us as his clients. We agreed to give him our business and he said he’d call us first of that next week to schedule a day. He never called. After calls from both myself and my husband, Brandon finally called back. He gave an excuse and said he’d be out to get us taken care of. He said he typically starts around 7AM. He never showed. We again initiated calls to him. Again, we received excuses...weather, broken down truck, short of help, etc. We thought he was just having a string of bad events so we agreed to another day. This time a Saturday. He called midday. Rain had come into the area but then moved out......he wasn’t coming. Again promises that he wanted to expand his clientele and would be by our place the following Wednesday. This time... simply a NO CALL, NO SHOW. Brandon Petty is not dependable, does not communicate and simply wastes good people’s time. We’re mostly disappointed in ourselves for trying to give this talker multiple chances. If you’re considering Petty’s Lawn Care, do yourself a favor and move along to a more trustworthy lawn care service.
My former tenants destroyed my lawn (and my house). As I live in the United Kingdom, I had no clue. At the end of tenancy, my yard was 100% mud. Brandon went above and beyond by not only sorting the lawn but keeping me updated on the progress. He is now maintaining the lawn monthly and whilst the house sat empty...again he went above and beyond by keeping an eye out on the property, reporting any signs of trespassing and even arranging an exterminator. I realise this is not a service he normally offers and most people do not need it but he was an absolute angel to take care of my house that way. He is trustworthy and great at what he does! Prompt service. Brandon showed up on time. Gave a good estimate. I am now one of his customers. Just had first cut today and he did a great job. I highly recommend him. He is a hard worker and my yard looks great!
Our backyard was a mess ever since we moved in, so I contacted Brandon and he was able to come out with his crew within the SAME WEEK I called him about the project! We have never been happier with the way our yard looks now!!
Had Brandon Petty come out and do some land clearing for me and I can say I m very thrilled with what he done and the quality of the work. I highly recommend him for any land clearing you may need done and he is very reasonable on his prices.

I contacted them on short notice and they were able to squeeze us in to their busy schedule. They did a wonderful job cleaning up the overgrown berm behind our fence. They were very professional and very quick at responding back to my questions and requests. I would definitely recommend them for any of your lawn care needs and will be using them again in the future.
I reached out to Brandon on short notice and he altered his schedule to fit mine. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job removing eight 10 holly bushes including hauling off all debris. I recommend them to anyone needing help with their lawn/landscaping.

Hi everyone, I came to the Spartanburg area to see my daughter for her BIRTHDAY. As I arrived I was shocked to see that my daughters lawn was out of control. I surprised her by showing up unannounced from Nashville TN. She and my son-in-law are deaf and on limited income. Lately they have not been able to get the grass cut as it needs to be. They both were embarrassed to let me know, afraid that I would be disappointed. So I decided (even though it was after 9pm) to search for someone to help. I came across Pettys Lawncare and gave them a call while praying that someone would return my call as soon as possible. Well to my amazement, the owner Brandon Petty answered the phone. Brandon was very understanding and easy to talk to. He sympathized with me as I was leaving late the next day to go back to Tennessee. Brandon agreed to help me even though it was causing him a variation in his regular schedule. He doesnt even know me at all but was willing to go out of his way to help me make my daughters BIRTHDAY nicer. WOW!!! Now that really made me feel special. And when he and his team came out to my daughters home he treated me and my family with respect and dignity. You just dont find the old fashioned customer service much anymore but with Pettys Lawncare setting an example, well lets just say theres still hope. 5 STARS for a job well done!!!
Had a TERRIBLE lawn. Grass waist high! Almost a whole acre. He came out at the time stated, was professional. Got my entire lawn cut down. MAGNIFICENT WORK!! Would recommend!!!

Iwould not recommend Brandon Petty. He did not do a good job working in my yard. He exceeded my expectations the first time,but the second& third time he did not complete the work.I gave him 100.00 to cut & trim my grass.After he left, I realized he didnt trim my front yard at all (sidewalk,driveway,curb etc...).I called him & asked him to please come back & complete the jobASAP as my house is For Sale & they were taking pics for MLS.He never came back.He did more talking than working. Be very careful if you hire this kid.Hes a con&I understand why his own parents wont co -sign for a loan.Yes, TMI,but the boy likes to talk.BEWARE!!!! 0 STARS
