Jakob came out to give us an estimate on our backyard. They are on the middle end of estimates, but they definitely get the job done and if its not the way you want it, theyll come back out.

I have nothing but good things to say about all tge employees who have worked for us from TLC. We needed both tree/shrub trimming and rock work and one crew did it all for us. The estimator was friendly, quick to reply and thorough in giving the crew directions. Quotes were reasonable. We look forward to having more work done by TLC.

David, the lawn technician was very helpful in replacement and adjusting the throws for our sprinkler system. I bought a home with the not-so typical residential sprinkler heads, so it was nice to know we did not need to replace our whole system after Davids knowledge.

River always does a great job on my yard. After mowing he is so careful to trim around the pots and edges of the lawn as well as cleaning everything up very well. Its such a relief to know he will be here every week so all I have to do is enjoy it.

Tailored Lawn Care aerated and dethatched my lawns for the first time this year 2024. I m hesitant to try new companies and would like to find one I can use every year. All in all the guys did a good job. The 4Stars instead of 5Stars is they blow the thatched grass into a pile to pick up (not rake) and the men operating the equipment need to be mindful of not tearing up the grass on the corners when turning the equipment around for another run. To slow down and pick up the blades a bit around corners would alleviate this issue.

He was professional, efficient, and super nice. Ive had bad luck with some other sprinkler companies in town, and Im so relieved to find my go-to!

Extremely unprofessional. Reported me to my HOA, but didnt even bother to leave a business card. Company was used at neighbors home, was seen on security camera at time of service. Time and date stamped picture included in violation notice matched time and day company was at neighbors home. I can appreciate the business strategy, but very disappointed they didnt leave me a business card.

Problem...I was not very clear, as I just know that I wanted something done to make my front yard acceptable. Kara was very patient with my idiosyncrasies as I tried to explain what I thought I needed to be done. Fortunately, for me, when the crew showed up, they had an idea of what I wanted and needed. In two days the work was done, and I now have a front yard I can be proud of. By the way, my husband thanked me!!
