Ive patronized Old Mill several times for rock and gravel. The personnel are very helpful. They also make sure to load my truck carefully to avoid any damage. Old Mill has a good selection of stone and ground cover products.

The service and product were great. It would be nice if they had an office so you could ask questions and get recommendations in person, but its simple and easy.

I really appreciate the effort they made to make up for a clerical error. I ordered a load of river pebbles and was told it would be delivered on a specific day between specific times but it didnt arrive. I contacted them by text about it and immediately received a phone call with an apology for a clerical error. They promised to refund my $75 delivery fee and made sure that the order would be delivered early the next morning. Great customer service and I will use them in the future because of their integrity. *Update* I just used them again 2 years later and received the same great service. They have a customer for life.

Thanks to Old Mill s Garden Mix we had an amazing garden last year. Getting another 6 cubic yards this year. In addition to their superior products, their customer service is fantastic and ordering is simple. We highly recommend Old Mill :)

Came with 4 bins to fill with dirt for our small garden and was turned away saying they only sell to those with trucks or trailers. Guess they don t like us small town folk, only the big guys. Go to springville, they helped us.

Old Mill is great! Ive used them at least half a dozen times for delivering lava rock, road base, lawn leveling soil and fill dirt. Always been happy with their service and communication. Will use them every time.

This is an awesome business I would give six stars if I could. No office, just drove my pickup truck in and a guy in a front-end loader drove up to me and asked me what I wanted. He was very helpful. I paid him with a credit card as he sat in the cab of the loader. Excellent selection of premium products. Very efficient process! All-around awesome experience!! I will be back.

Great customer service but their delivery and rocks were close to 2x the cost of another nearby place. they also didn t rinse off our rocks before delivery and they were filthy. Our kids kept calling it a dirt pile we thought this might be normal but when we got more rocks elsewhere it was obvious that it had been rinsed off prior to delivery. Really disappointed because we ve used them in years prior and felt like their service was better and their prices were more competitive. Picture shows rocks on the left from here and the same rocks (that were cleaned prior to delivery somewhere else) to the right.

My husband and I ordered some crushed concrete about a month ago and it is not what we paid for or expected to receive. The crushed concrete was supposed to be 1-2 inch minus but was mostly concrete dust. We had reached out to Old Mill Landscaping to see if there was anything that could be done but they refused to do anything at all for us. I will not be recommending anyone to this company and will be making sure our bad experience is known to everyone around me. Unfortunately, when you spend this amount of money on a product for your home you would hope that it would be of quality and it was not.

This is the best landscape company I have ever used. They are very busy servicing happy clients, so reaching out by text is the best way to reach them, and then they respond very quickly. They have great pricing and exceptional customer service. I have used them over and over for more than a year on multiple projects and with multiple landscaping products. Couldnt have been more impressed with Old Mill. We had a few bumps when it came to supply and demand that I was told wouldnt be an issue, and when it did become an issue. Instead of blaming it on the market, and everyone struggling with supply and demand right now. Which is truthfully what everyone has done (loosing sight of customer service) Old Mills stepped up and helped me find a amicable solution. Could not recommend these guys more!

Drew and Amber were INCREDIBLE to work with. At first I was nervous about having to communicate through text, but they did a great job responding quickly with any of my questions. Additionally they patiently worked with us and our tricky situation to get our order asap and they got it to us the next day. We had rock delivered several times from Old Mill Landscape Supply. They were friendly and super easy to work with. Deliveries were always on time. We LOVE the Rio Cobble rock that we ordered from them!

I didnt even pick up gravel from them. The 5 stars comes from their customer service. They didnt service my area but directed me to a different location in my area without me even asking them. This is the kind of customer service people and businesses need to learn from. If you dont have what customers need. High quality mulch and great customer service They called me before the delivery, and they were able to bring a truck that would fit through my very narrow drive way into the backyard, so I didnt have to take trips back and forth with a wheelbarrow. I will definitely buy form them again!

Amber was super helpful and welcomed us to take samples of rock to make sure we would be happy with our selection. We absolutely were! We ended up getting a total of 5yds of Tuscan crushed rock. Our front yard now has curb appeal that was missing before.

They are INCREDIBLE to work with. Hands down best prices, products, and customer service is all of Utah County! If there were 10 starts out of 5, they would have got that! Not our first time...and as a homeowner most likely not our last time ordering landscaping supplies from Old Mill. We love the selection, prices and customer service. We ordered more river pebbles to be delivered, and as luck would have it, the city shut down our road with 2 days notice and we had to change our delivery last minute. They squeezed us in to a next day delivery, and the driver backed his truck back onto our RV pad and dropped the rock right where we needed it to make spreading out so much easier. Ive gone to Old Mill Landscape for many years for my landscape needs. They are up the street so it is very convenient. They have the best quality landscaping supplies and great customer service. You wont find any nicer people than this family.

The yard is easily navigated; prices are displayed well, and are reasonable. Miguel, who loaded my truck (3 times) was careful, helpful, and friendly. Two thumbs up!

The husband and wife that run this place are incredibly kind and good to work with. We got some decorative rock and when it was delivered it was much bigger than what was described on the website (theyre looking into updating the description on the rock we got). I called and spoke with them and they were very understanding and accommodating in making things right, and fixed it within hours. Very responsive, and the type of people you want to do business with. Their product is great as well.

Not a good place to get soil. Prices are high and they give you a lot less than any other place. Go to Springville you ll be happy you did. I have been getting soil in Springville and they were out so I went here and was not impressed. I paid a lot for very little value given.

This is my favorite landscaping place for large supplies. Weve already purchased quite a bit of mulch this year (new house and yard) and have planned to get our landscaping rock there as well. Love the local delivery prices and the friendly atmosphere!

I found Old Mill Landscape Supply when I was searching for a specific color and size of decorative rock. While other suppliers told me it was no longer available , Old Mill had a great selection. I was able to place order via text and pay online. The service was great, the price was good and delivery was right on time.

Ive bought gravel, topsoil, and mulch here in the last year with my little Frontier pickup. Fantastic experience every time. Alex, the guy driving the loader every time I went (except one early morning) is very friendly and patient. Hes the man. They tend to give a little extra compared to what you pay for. Will definitely use them for all my landscape needs.

Been using OML for the last couple of years. They are great to work with.i dont generally give 5 stars, these folks are close. Today there was a assistant in the yard helping the guy in the front loader. They keep that up on busy days definitely a 5 star then.
