Stanley came out today and put the potash down today. Another guy came out on the 3rd to get started. I was right it was a fungus starting, but he told me I needed to water and it s gotten worse. So Stanley came out today and told me it definitely is a fungus and not to water it least the rest of this week so fingers crossed that I finally will get my green grass back like it should be. I have faith. Thxs Stanley.

A wonderful man on the phone told me I would get a soil test, that they would see what kind of weeds and come up with a customized plan for my lawn. Guy that arrived was there literally 6 minutes, no soil, sample, no bending down to look at anything. Ran thru 4K + sq ft of lawn with a half full spreader in 5 minutes and left. They would not refund my money

Had my follow up tru health plan service today. I actually had the opportunity to meet an speak to the two techs (Anthony S. & Philipe) that came out. Usually I am not on the premises when they come out to service my lawn. I was there this time an was able to get feed back as to the progression of the lawn an if there is anything else that I needed to do. I have a few burn spots which is due to under watering. It is very important to water water water especially after fertilizer has been applied. Luckily here in south florida we are now in our rainy season so that will definitely be beneficial. Anthony also pointed out a few of that wild grass that I have which I wasnt aware is a form of weed. With further application of treatment those will be dealt with he said. Other than that my lawn is coming along fine. As a kid growing up one of my responsibilities was to cut the lawn an the upkeep of moms rose garden; I HATED IT! But how ironic is it that now Im an adult an a home owner I love a healthy well maintained lawn. Thanks to TruGreen Im on my way to having the best lawn on the block.

Today was the fourth time Ive rescheduled because they never showed up. I received a text message that they were on their way, but then I received a text that no one answered the door. We were waiting for them all day, but no one knocked on our door. This has happened repeatedly. This is the most incompetent company Ive ever dealt with. Ive spoken with numerous supervisors who assured me that they would correct the problem. Avoid this place. It was the worst experience ever!!

Great at making sales calls, not very good at lawn care. Used TruGreen for a year. Lawn looked the same or slightly worse than it did before they started treating the lawn. I think I received more calls to sell additional service than time they spent treating my lawn. The last straw was when I called and asked them to spray for fungus, which I observed, and it is a common issue. Instead of being told we will spray on the next visit, I was told we will take a look at it during the next visit. Seeing the Trugreen visits average 5 minutes in duration, I decided to cancel my service. On the bright side, my lawn is starting looking great after self treating my lawn with the help of the Yard Mastery app at a fraction of the cost of Trugreen.

Today I had my TruGreen service. Samuel was punctual and very knowledgeable. Walked me through the entire process and took the time to answer my questions.

I would give it a ZERO if it were an option. I paid over $500 8 months ago because my lawn had weeds and bald spots. They come every month and spray chemicals but my lawn is worse than ever. They don t guarantee anything! The rep told me they don t fix problems. Apparently, they only work on nice lawns. Wish they would have told me that before they took my money! DON T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS SERVICE.

I am a long time TruGreen customer and recently purchased the lawn package. I have used Mosquito package and Shrub and Landscape package. Alvin, is my Lawn Specialist and he does a great job. He is very professional and explains what he is going to do and gives recommendations on how my lawn can improve.

I ve always loved the company but the quality of the work has gone down; one treatment driver didn t do the entire yard they were very nice and sent back somebody to do a free treatment and he broke one of my driveway lights because they don t pay attention while dragging the hose

The worst company, stay away from them. At the beginning they look very professional but they only care about taking your money and then disappearing. Klaus was the one who came and did the evaluation that is not really true. Told us we needed grass and trees treatment, told us how much we have to pay for a year. We did it and they never spray the palms and trees, when we called to find out why they said they were not included cand that we need to pay more. True green is a rip-off. They should close that company.

After starting service with them, within 4 months got letter from HOA to replace the SOD. Spoke to Trugreen Manager and told him about this and asked for refund, He simply hung up the phone.

My lawn looks worse after hiring TrueGreen. More than half of our lawn died including a tree in the front. See the picture attached (May 2023). All the leaves fell off the tree all at once after they came. Same in our backyard. The tree is now without leaves and brown. Now we are worried the association will send us a citation/ticket for having a brown tree/no leaves in the front yard. The worst part is that the service manager came to do an assessment and sounded like it was our fault and then called us a few days later to offer $200 so we can replace the tree which clearly this tree cost way more than that. And what about the rest of my lawn? This is the worst service and I will not recommend them at all. Corporate should look into South Florida/Broward County franchise.

After approximately two years of continuous service our lawn looks worst than when we started. We are trying to be patient waiting to see positive results before we cancel the service

Truly terrible lawn care. I took out a contract as my newly placed lawn seemed unhappy. Trugreen told me the lawn would be in great condition after 3 services. It got progressively worse snd worse. I couldn t get individualized help from Trugreen. I think the problem is fungus and I ve started treating it myself. Needless to say I cancelled the Trugreen service. Hopeless! Avoid

My specialist David Gonzalez...was here again this morning with a trainee for my Potash application. We spoke about my concerns and he assured me that they were going to be taken care of.

I dont see any improvement, but Im patient.

Alfredo was very good in his service. From now on we want him doing the service and treatment of our shrubs and trees.

I hired true green to get rid of weeds. Its been almost 2 years and guess what, there are still a bunch weeds and Im out 2 years worth of fees. When you complain in the beginning, they tell you to wait a few months to let the chemicals do their job. After 6 months when you complain, they tell you to wait 1 year to let the chemicals do their job. Even today when I tried to call them, they told me to wait more months to let the chemicals do their job. Ha ha. They just stall for time while collecting your fees. My lawn looked so much better when I did my own weed killing with the chemicals I bought at Home Depot.

The service was done thanks to the report of your employee who after I showed him the bad shape of the front lawn he detected it was due to a fungus and put a service request to treat it. What I dont understand is why I had to show him the situation after years of lawn treatment with your company. I trusted you guys to detect and correct anything that is affecting my lawn. Even though he was supposed to treat for nutsedge, he explained that he would not recommend it today because of the dryness of the grass. He explained that the best thing right now was to treat for the fungus in an effort to start bringing the grass back, and then treat the sedge. I really appreciated the explanation. Whether it works or not is still to be seen, but thats what I expect from your technicians.

The worth experience dealing with trugreen, it s a waste of money after calling customer service several time they couldn t fix my lawn, I had to replace more than 80% of the grass. I will not recommend this company at all. They kept charging me with out getting any service and then they send me to collection.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A RIP OFF.
