All the lights were beautiful, but one main section fell completely off the house and onto the ground New Year s Eve, ruining our party that night. Some greenery with lights were drooping and most of it was on the ground ending our holiday with anger and disappointment. 2 days of sadness and embarrassment.

Samuel repaired a leak in my sprinkler today. He was prompt and located the leaking pipe immediately and started the repairs. He completed the repairs, tested the repairs and replaced the sod disturbed during the repair. He was very courteous and professional.

On sprinkler system, Andy Sprinkler of id overpriced Take your business elsewhere as the they don t value customers. The call center has a long wait as well. Hispanic Southlake manager in charge of sprinkler system is very arrogant. They replace 3 of my sprinkler heads for $349.32 and also did my drainage for $3600 in August 3024. Shannon ,the Manager in charge of drainage job in Southlake, was very communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. He recommended replacing 3 sprinkler heads at same time of the drainage job, which was the $349.32 and added to the drainage cost was almost $4,000 in August 2024. We asked them to come back in January 2025 to replace 18 more sprinkler heads. I spoke to the Hispanic Manager in charge of sprinkler on January 2nd 2025 for a discount or price match with H202 sprinkler and he was not nice. I believed he said his name was Hector. He was arrogant.and very sarcastic before dropping off the phone when I told him I need to cancel my appointment for 1/2/2025 due the pricing and lack of discount for a repeat customer. He said happy sprinkling Hence forth, we will take our business elsewhere. We do not need to be doing business with arrogant employee of a business who fo not value customers.

Travis was very friendly and professional at the installation. He patiently answered all of my questions, and didnt mind me watching them work. I was so excited to have outside lights again.

I am very satisfied with the repairs.

From start to finish I could not have been happier with the whole process! Shannon, and the guys were easy to work with, communicated well, and did good work. We finished a large drainage project, and they did everything from installing the pipes, pumps, etc. to laying the pavers to finish it off. It looks great, and they will be my first call on the next project!

The team replaced seven trees (great quality Red Oaks) and worked with the City Code Compliance. Excellent. I am impressed. He evaluated each zone, identified needed repairs, and reconfigured the system to accommodate my landscaping. Got a team out and finished the work in one day. I thought I had a leaking sprinkler line or head and as it turned out, I had a leaking zone valve. It got diagnosed and replaced quickly. Not the cheapest service, but always the best.

Great service and timely. However it did seem a bit costly at over 500 bucks for 9 Sprinkler heads. And the estimate for a new control unit was over 1k.

The guys did a great job! We had just sodded the yard 2 days before they came and when they had to bury a new line they pulled the sod back and after replacing the line replaced the sod and watered it!!! Fantastic work!

The technician was not clear on the cost for his services to repair a broken line. After the issue was diagnosed, I was provided a quote, and mins later he increased the cost an additional $50. I was also charged a service fee which is typically rolled into the final cost of the repair. $300 for a 10 min repair i feel was a bit excessive, Ill likely repair the line myself next time.

Andys Sprinkler service was wonderful! Had to replace several valves. Located them quickly and fixed them. Checked all of the sprinkler heads and recommended changes to system to consider in near future. I would definitely recommend this company for your sprinkler needs.

I was so happy with the irrigation system they installed ladt year I had them also install a custom drainage system because of flooding issues I have had forever when we have heavy rains and now no more problems with flooding during heavy rains and irrigation setup keeping all our plants, trees and grass nourished with the right amount of water automatically all from an app on our phone. Very happy how the irrigation and drainage planning and install went. Service its great too, this year the city had dug up a corner of our lot and broke a few sprinkler heads but I called Andys and they were quickly out to repair and restore the problem. Thanks again.

Arturo and his coworker explained the process as soon as they arrived. Afterwards, they quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the costs that would be incurred and resolved it. They then retested the zones and found several minor issues with my drip line in zone 2 and addressed those with me as well before proceeding to correct the leaks. Be it, another company had supposedly resolved the major issue and it wasn t so. Their customer service and knowledge was exceptional and I would highly recommend.

The repair work on my sprinkler system was performed on time and in a timely manner with care and professionalism. Great customer service: A walkthrough at the end was recommended by Arturo and he was able to make a few minor tweaks to optimize the system. Pricing was exactly as quoted. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Andys.

Andys Sprinkler did an incredible job. We bought a new house and had a sprinkler system that needed A LOT of attention (buried sprinkler heads, water pressure issues, etc.). Andys is great for a big company. As a homeowner with sprinkler systems for 20+ years, there are always more things to get fixed than you think - but Andys has never tried to upsell me on something I did not need (which I hate with big companies!). Andys has always sent knowledgeable people who know how to solve problems. Most of the time theres more work needed than I hoped - HOWEVER - theres a long time period between needing any repairs. Thats a big WIN with Andys. They do good work. And Ive never had to have them come back out right after, to fix something that they already fixed. I cant say that about other sprinkler repair companies.

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Andys. I had them out to fix several sprinkler heads and paid hundreds which I was happy to do, but a few months I discover a sprinkler head that they missed. It is completely inoperable and even changing the head didnt fix it. The lawn is dying all along this area and now Im looking at having to pay someone else to finish the job. So they have become too expensive and not as thorough so Id find a smaller company to take care of your sprinklers. I also highly recommend going elsewhere for a French drain quote. It went up SUBSTANTIALLY from a couple of years ago.

One of Andy s drivers ran a red light and t-boned me going about 60 mph in a 40 mph zone in a 16 foot box truck. The accident caused serious and long lasting injuries in my neck, back, hip, knee and rib plus migraines. Come to find out the driver of Andy s box truck was unlicensed and I over heard the driver say to his coworker que voy a hacer, no tengo papeles . They maintained he was authorized to work in the US but I speak Spanish and know what I heard and I never saw proof of his authorization. Though we reached a slap in the face settlement, they fought tooth and nail to avoid taking responsibility and to the best of my knowledge the driver is still working for them, still unlicensed and possibly still unauthorized to work in the USA.

Scott showed up in advance of the appointed time and was very informative of the water system we had. He took time to explain our sprinker system which was above the call of duty. I highly recommend Scott and want him to be assigned to my account.

Hector Mesta Obregon and his assistant from Andy s Sprinklers, South Lake, Texas, did our annual maintenance review today. Andy s had installed the assembly in 2017 or 2018 originally for us. I worked with them in identifying each broken or defective sprinkler. Once done, they repaired, fixed, and overhauled all the sprinklers and left them all running spic and span. These were tested to double-check to ensure. Andy s is a great team. Their installation still works like new. It is absolutely worth the money to trust and go with Andy s for all your lawn sprinklers and other needs. I give them a 5-star and a Big Thank You! Great work, Hector and your assistant! !!!

I was provided excellent service & repair from Travis on Thursday. He identified the problem and was able to perform the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would always highly recommend Andys for your sprinkler service needs.

My zone 2 valve needed replacement, 4 sprinkler heads needed replacement with higher risers, I head was capped and a couple of heads needed adjustment to reduce over spray onto pavement. Bryan explained issues and corrective action each step along the way with pricing. He also reviewed system programming and recommended some adjustments for better coverage and efficiency. Some digging was required and turf replacement was done neatly. Very pleased!

It needed to be replaced and my technician Bryan took the time to find out what I wanted and provided a replacement that provided me what I wanted. Daniel and his partner were efficient, diagnosing and fixing the problem with the sprinkler system in less than an hour. They gave a courtesy call to see if they could come earlier since they had finished their other calls. This worked out well for us so that we could more easily accomplish our other tasks today. when they finished up, they have a quick tutorial on the new controller box, and set it to the settings we wanted before they left.

I have used Andys Sprinkler in the past, so when it was time for my system check, they were my first choice. My tech was Samuel Garcia. He was very professional, timely and did a great job. He explained where I had issues to be addressed soon and other areas that would need to be resolved, while sharing implications for delaying the repair. Arcadio identified the issue and after receiving permission immediately got to work fixing it.

Decided to stop patching up my 20 year old sprinkler system so I began soliciting bids from multiple companies. Andys immediately stood out. They sent two project managers, Jose and Carlos to do a through evaluation of my system. They spent a great deal of time turning on each zone, looking at the various valves and locations and evaluating the coverage. Flags were then planted around the yard showing me new zone configurations and sprinkler placement to get the proper coverage my yard needed. I also had asked for a plan to switch our flower beds and garden to a drip system. That was addressed as well. The team showed up a few days later and I was throughly amazed at how organized and quickly the installers worked. When they finished Jose and Carlos walked me through the yard, tested each zone,showed me how to program the zones and asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend you get three quotes prior to hiring Andys. They were three times the price that we got the system repaired for. Their technicians must have quotas as the last two times they came out, they tried to upsell work that was not needed. This was not the case in the past.

Andys (specifically technician Jose Perez from Southlake office) was great. Jose came week 1 to diagnose and fix some irrigation issues and came week 2 to follow up on the rest and make sure that the week 1 fixes worked. He and his team worked for hours repairing all of the remaining issues, recalibrated our sprinklers so they covered more areas, re-timed our system to better suit the new coverage areas, and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He even started driving off, stopped, got out, and put my garden flag back to its original spot when he realized it was out of place - just an added touch of the care and respect he put into completing his work. THAT is true customer service, not to mention the actual work was done properly. The only downsides are the wait times (be prepared to wait a couple weeks) and the price tag (can always be sticker shock if you end up having bigger issues than what you called in for). To be clear, I was not upsold or tricked into fixing more than what was needed - we knew we had bigger, hidden issues...we just needed a professional to tell us what and where they all were. Highly recommend Andys and ask for Jose if you can!

We hired Andys because we needed a sprinkler head replaced. When they arrived to do the repair, they said other sprinkler heads were leaking (although not as obvious). In order to maximize the performance of our system, they recommended over $800 in work. Although it was more than we expected to spend, we decided to move forward with the repairs. After spending $800+, they then told us that these repairs had increased the pressure on other sprinkler heads and now they also need to be replaced for another $500+. Keep in mind, when they did the initial repairs, they did not mention the $800+ in repairs might create additional problems. To the contrary: They said the initial repairs would leave our system in tip top shape. To summarize: They quoted $800+ to fix our system, we paid this amount, and now they want another $500+ to fix our system. This feels like a bait and switch. Our efforts to rectify the problem have been unsuccessful. The women who answers the phone is not helpful. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing.

I had Andy s come out recently and convert my front flower beds from drip back to sprinklers. It was a big job, took all day and was a little pricy, but we re pleased with the result. Samual G. was our technician - he did a good job of explaining how and why we needed to add a zone and was upfront about the cost. Samuel was great about adding new heads and drip manifolds for pots. The crew worked all day, did a good job of replacing the grass where they had to cut out for new valves and cleaned up after themselves. I ve used Andy s for sprinkler and drainage work in the past and will certainly call them again for any repairs, etc.

I cant recommend this company enough. They do great work and do great with taking care of their customers. I had an issue with something underground bursting from what they installed, and they were out within 24 hours to take care of it, no charge and no hassle. $99 for an estimate???

I have dealt with 4 companies trying to get a solenoid located and fixed in my irrigation system. 3 companies came and diagnosed the problem. None were prepared to fix it. All qouted prices. I called Andy s they came reaffirmed the problem located the solenoid that had an issue and charged 1/2 the price of the other guys. This took all of 1 hour from arrival to fix. I highly recommend Andy s for your sprinkler system repairs.

Yessenia or however her name is spelled was extremely rude and hung up my phone call forcing me to call back. Your response in inaccurate. This was not a sales pitch, we were calling to request a service which you denied. The call was not dropped that is a lie and you are continuing to lie.

Twice in the past 2 years Ive contacted Andys for repairs. Both times Samuel responded to our calls. He accurately diagnosed both problems and completed replairs quickly. He clearly explains his plan of attack and offers options for you to consider. I doubt Andys takes requests, but next time I need their help I hope Samuel is who responds.
