Excellent Service. Irrigation Specialist, Peter was very outstanding in his diagnosis and solutions. Peter was able to repair and fix 2 problems that I had with my Sprinkler system.
Peter was the tech who came out and serviced my sprinkler system. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. He quickly repaired a broken sprinkler head and showed me how to make easy adjustments on my own for future issues. The cost was very reasonable. I would absolute call them again for any future problems.
Awesome service! I had an irrigation leak at my new house, and I needed help locating the sprinkler control valves. Heroes Lawn Care showed up promptly and found several broken valves and repaired everything. Extra shutout to Peter for clearly explaining all that he was doing, and for providing excellent customer service. Will definitely use again for future irrigation and lawn care needs.
Heroes Lawn Care replaced a large section of our yard with new grass. They were awesome! John Ortmann and his team cleaned up every day and kept us aware of everything they did every step of the way. Very professional outfit and would highly recommend them!!
John and his team were great! They came out in a reasonable amount of time and walked through my sprinklers with me and made all the necessary repairs. They also gave me a quote for laying new sod and worked with me to figure out the best grass for my yard. They were always quick to respond to requests and phone calls!
Heroes went above and beyond to make sure my system was thoroughly drained for winterization (not just turn off the water main). For a system restart and inspection, they talked me through the state of my system and gave me options to get broken parts fixed. They worked during rain to make sure I didn’t have to pay for 2 service calls and got the inspection + fix done all at once. Ask for Peter. He’s a fantastic technician who works thoroughly and efficiently, so as not to run up the bill
Excellent customer service!!! John was extremely polite, professional, understanding, and accommodating to my schedule. He sent me a phenomenal, honest, dedicated, hardworking technician, Peter, the same week I called requesting service, which was in contrast to other companies who told me to expect minimum 3-4 week wait! They are a dispatch service to third party contractors they dont have an actual building in Southlake like they advertise on Google

Peter fixed a leaking valve in my irrigation system. When he finished, he found that another contractor who had done some foundation work had broken the wire connected to my master valve. Peter spent a couple hours searching for the broken wire and fixed it. Peter was great and very helpful.
They did an excellent job. Repair my system quickly.

Update - the owner did reach out to me and apologize for the miscommunication. He also provided a quote (unfortunately already rewarded the work to another company). Rating updated to reflect the response from the owner to the miscommunication. It was well received. Thank you. Unfortunately they never responded to my request for a quote to sod my lawn. They communicated back via email and text but unfortunately never followed up or provided an estimate or quote.
Tech Peter arrived on time. Very professional he went above and beyond to fix our sprinklers. He explained the programming and fix issues. Customer service communication was great. I checked around before hiring Heros they very reasonably priced. Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend. 10 stars for Heros.

I don t know what you re paying Peter but it s not enough. After trying several irrigation companies with little to no success, Peter came out with outstanding troubleshooting skills. He was able to pinpoint my issues and solve my sprinkler problems. Incredibly helpful as this has been a thorn in my side! Thank you

I was in a bind as our sprinkler system had stopped working for a week (which I did not know). I called several other places to get it repaired, but none could get to me for 1-2 weeks. I then called Hereos and they were here in less than 24 hrs. Peter was fast, polite and professional. Ill definitely use their service from now on!
