Lawn Love is pretty organized and Robert was exceptional on getting my Lawn Mowed as per my expectations.

They charged me over $200 for a services that was not provided. Instead of trying to make it right, they argued with me about it. Worse customer service ever!

Mower busted, but I also have a corner lot and after 3.5 years of mowing it, I figured maybe I should just get a service because I was tired of doing it. Filled out all the requirements explaining the yard I had as well as any issues with the property ahead of time. The day of the first service comes and they do my front yard but dont do my back yard even though everything was explained ahead of time. Then say they need to charge me EXTRA for the back. Fine. 2 weeks later the day comes (which was yesterday) and they say they cant come out due to bad weather and I have been rescheduled to tomorrow (today). Fine. Today comes and not only do they not show up, they dont even bother to message me explaining what happened. Do not under any circumstances use this company. Im just going to by a new mower and do the front and the back in a hour and save myself the money and the headache. You live and you learn right ? Please do not reach out to me to make things right. I simply want my 2 more mandatory services to be completed so I can be rid of this for good. Anyone who is reading this and contemplating, do not.

Communication sucks, inaccurate time and information. Learn how to run a business. Nobody showed up to cut my grass after three days. The weather was nice so there were no real excuses to be made. It s not like ya ll gave an explanation anyways

Our last lawn person left our yard a mess. So we went to Thumtack and found Lawn Love. They did a wonderful job and were able to do our yard just in time for the fourth of July holiday! Highly recommend Lawn Love

The first time using these people and they charged me for a leaf service and mind you there are no leaves on the ground and the pro lied and said he bagged two bags like really they cut the grass that was all and I had already cut the front yard but I will never use them again y all beware!!!

Lawn Love is the best lawn care I ever had. Bobby did a wonderful job doing my yards, they even gave me a discount. Bobby was here and gone in know time and did a very good job, I was surprised that he was done so soon and did a very good job. I am keeping him. I was going to see if he wanted something to drink, and give him a tip, but he was gone already.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. The people never showed up but lied and said they did (as if I wouldnt notice the lawn hadnt been touched). This happened multiple times. Lawn Love is basically a multilevel marketing scheme of lawn services run by incompetent layabouts. Avoid at all costs. Edit: Its wild to se so many positive reviews. I can almost guarantee you that Lawn Love used bots or paid people a pittance to post fake reviews. What I said two years ago stands: do not use this company ever.

My lawn looked great only issue is it was not done the day I was told it would be done which was a bit alarming since I received a message stating contact them because my gate was locked Just to find out that was just to get me to text him so he can offer me service outside the app because apparently my yard was to large for what he was being paid and he could offer me a better deal. Again the yard was great but I really just want a company that I can pay and count on to cut my grass when promised. Is that too much to ask for?

Edged, mowed, clippings blown, and took care around foliage of other plants on my property. Easy to set up and lawn done within a few days of initiating service, on scheduled date. Was even given a heads up before they headed over. Plan to continue with service through the season.

I do not recomend this service They did one cut for me and cut downa partioned off flower bed rhat my wife recenly planted The cost of the first cut was supposed to be 19.99 When i expressed my displeasure with the service and that i wanted to cancel through email (because chat takes forever) i never recieved a reply. Poor customer service and major difficulties with the professional I was assigned. Really a shot in the dark if youll get a professional that leaves you satisfied based off other reviews, too. He showed up to my house, said he needed better equipment, and never returned. I canceled my service entirely after that, only to recieve a message 24 hours later saying another professional is on their way. Good luck calling customer service, as their posted hours arent accurate. I tried calling at 8:30am on a Monday and the voicemail let me know to call back after 8am on Monday

0 STARS! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM! They are glorified middle men. They sell your service request to companies that don t always show up and then they find other companies but the time frame is later in the week. You also can run into the company not showing up. Just look up local companies on your own. They also make you sign up for 3 services even if you only need something done once. I made a HUGE mistake going through them. Don t make the same mistake as me. I will be posting this review daily so it stays at the top so other people don t deal with what I had to deal with.

Please, please, please. Do not use this company!! Learn from all.of our collective mistakes. Your experience with Lawn Love is 100% dependent on getting lucky enough to be matched with a good service provider, and they do nothing about the bad ones. I was in a jam last year when the guy that had been doing my lawn for years had his truck break down. I called Lawn Love late in the season and was so happy to find a service that late in the year that I overlooked the fact that the first provider they sent lied and said that my gate was locked. (No lock), and the second provider showed up 2 weeks later and charged me a long grass fee because the first one lied and said my gate was locked. I was finally paired with an amazing provider who finished out the season and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, for some reason, Lawn Love is saying he is no longer available, but they didnt tell me that until 3 days after he was supposed to show up after I had to call them. Then they offered me a new service window with the company that lied last year and said my gate was locked. So theyre obviously still using that terrible provider. I declined that and got a new service window with a different provider who still hasnt shown up and the window has passed. Long story short is their only offer for compensation is a $15 discount on the NEXT mow. Not even this one. So I canceled and called another company. Dont be me!!!!!

Working 7 days week doesnt leave alot of time to mow a lawn, so I saw an ad and they were very responsive and reasonable. The lawn looks great. Highly recommended.

Hired for a family member s property and they always do an excellent job!

2 out of 3 appointments were rescheduled, the first one was rescheduled twice and charged me more due to long grass the second one I asked them not to come anymore as they didn t come on the right day, they came without my consent and charged more. The customer service is totally useless for the times I called them. This company lacks professionalism.

Theyll cut your lawn when they can get around to it. And you have to be patient until they can get it right. And when you try to cancel their service they will try to manipulate you into thinking they cant just do that. I had to call the bank to have payment blocked.

Don t waste yo time or money sonnnn

Set up with them to first cut the 9/4/23 .2 weeks of cancelation do to bad weather. First cut aledgible happens 9/14/23 and I was billed. They are coming out 9/18/23 to do 2nd cut. 4 days apart. Im scheduled for biweekly. Realy stressed out about this. No answer after hours no response from Kyle the lawn care guy. Big mistake dealing with this company They say cant cancel till after 3 cuts. I will have to Sue this company. I also received a text from sales department from LawnStarter that cursed words text typed f q u in text header. I have this text saved.

After reading other reviews, I guess the experience depends on the character of the Lawn Pro assigned to you. I was assigned a Lawn Pro who promptly reached out on the app and scheduled my initial service. Within 24 hours, he reached out and rescheduled the service for four days later, saying it was due to weather reports. It rained the day before my initially scheduled day. The day prior to my new day, I received and email from Lawn Love stating my service was scheduled for either the date my pro gave me or the next day. That prompted me to message my pro, asking if he was still completing service the day he rescheduled to. Four hours later, I still had not heard back. I went on the app and attempted to cancel my service, it was supposed to rain again the following day and my grass was growing higher. So I messaged the pro again, saying I needed to cancel because I needed communication, I was going elsewhere. That pro, now decided to message me not just once but three times calling me out for being impatient and telling me God is doing him a favor because he doesnt do impatience, he has a wife he has to deal with. I moved on a hired another company, have them a cash app deposit, they promised someone would be out by noon the next day prior to the scheduled rain. A guy came to my house just prior to noon the promised day. Cut my grass and I paid him. I go back into my house to a message from lawn pro stating the guy that just cut my grass was working for them. Now both companies want money for the same cut. I spoke to a great gal in customer service for over an hour at lawn love who took my complaint, asked for the receipt I paid to the other company and told me they would be back in touch. Three days later they are trying to charge my card, this was after they told me my service was cancelled. Luckily I froze my card. They attempted charging again the following two days. Be careful with this company, they do not have the best quality contractors working for them.

My lawn has not been touched for over a month and I am charged weekly for service I never recieved I think I am gonna go with another service next year as I cannot afford lawn care I never got. You keep sending me emails asking me how my lawn looks and you have never done anything. Thanks for service I never got and you still owe me for 4 weeks

My family has had great service

The lawn professional never showed up (it has been over a week since it was scheduled) but marked the service as complete. I put in a support ticket 5 days ago and have gotten zero response from the company. Avoid at all costs.

4 different reschedules, crews never show up, one said the gate was locked when the property doesnt even have a fence. Just the worst company you can imagine, the only thing to love about them is leaving them. If you want to be ripped off, frustrated, disappointed, then this is the company for you, otherwise run as fast as you can the other way. I have never had a worse experience doing business with a company in my life. period.

I scheduled an appointment for earlier this week on Monday and it is already Thursday and no one has shown up to do my lawn. I then proceeded to call and see when they were coming because the website says that my service has already been preformed. When I called all they could tell me is that the team has been notified and has 24hours to respond so I m not sure when it s even going to be done. I then asked to cancel my service with them and I was told that there is a minimum of 3 services and I can t cancel it. So now I m going to have to pay $115 for their terrible service and never know when my lawn is going to be mowed.

The absolute worse. We tried to use, scheduled recurring service, nobody showed up. Grass continues to grow. So we mowed the lawn ourselves. Do not use this service!

**Update: We had to jump through hoops in order to get our lawn service cancelled because, apparently people saying they are showing up and not coming is okay with this company. Three no shows in a row.** Lawn love should really be ashamed of themselves. If your contractors dont want to do the work then dont contract them. Our crew lied and said that they completed service. We called Lawn Love and all they could do is offer a $10 credit. A $10 credit for a service not completed doesnt add up. I wish I wouldve seen these reviews priors. We wouldnt of hired them. Dont waste your time, money, or energy booking with them.

Total scam. Quoted one price, and then charged a different price. Customer service is lousy, and it feels like they are subcontracting lawn service, and managing it from Bangladesh.

Lawn mowing was ok, I asked for short but they didnt cut it short. I paid $150 for bush trimming and the pic below is the result (AFTER they came out).. I gave it a low rating and said that I wished they had cut the bushes to a uniform height. The customer service person said that they didnt do that because I didnt ask for that under additional details....Oh, and allegedly one of their QA people came by and didnt see anything wrong either. I can see why that have the 3 cut minimum policy, because after their first week of service Im done with them. But, they want Additional Details, Im going to give them some of those :)

Horrible! Do not use them! I have waited over 5 hours for the bussiness they use to come out. They havent showed up. Then I ask for the name of the bussiness to contact them directly. They wont give it to me and the bussiness they have thats suppose to come out is not responding to me or Lawn Love. They cant send anyone else out cant get ahold of a supervisor. AND the bussiness they hired posts fake positive reviews on Google. Smh

Edit(original review below): Their customer service is fantastic, I have been refunded the fees and the customer service rep said they have cut ties with the people who didn t show. It seems this company really takes feedback to heart and I hope the succeed. They have a 3 cut minimum and both times I used them they were a Week late. The first time I understood because it was the first time we were using them and we got the bi weekly pack. The next time they came they were a week late then on top they charged a 50 dollar long grass fee probably because they were a week late.

Prompt courteous and do a nice job

I scheduled them for fall clean up, which included bagging leaves. The lawn pro piled all the leaves on my patio and just left them there. When I asked the company to fix it they failed to send anyone out and charged my credit card $324 anyway.
