I needed a starter solenoid for my 30 yr. lawn tractor. He had one in that he had been installed on another machine but didn't fix the problem, So he sold it for about half price. He could have sold it as new as I would not have known. Pretty honest fellow.
My name is Larry Scaglione and I just moved to Monson MA and have a John Deere Rider tractor/ mower that needed service. So I called the local dealer to get prices. They wanted $300 just to pick up and return the mower and with all the maintenance costs would have been over $800 !!!!So I called Jeff at One Pull Lawnmower and he came out, picked up- did all the Maintenance- and returned it all for less than half price of the John Deere Dealer, Not only that but I must have run over something and the drive belt came off and when he came out to pick it up again, he was able to reinstall the belt and did this and left and refused to charge me.He did everything he said he would and more. If you need any small engine repairs Jeff is the man. PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!You will be another 5 Star Customer!!!!!!!! Thank You Jeff
Had my riding mower brought in to be serviced. Need new fuel line, tire, battery charge, and blade sharpened. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Started stalling perodically a few months later, thought it might be dirty gas so called them to have it checked. They dropped it back off to me when they said they would. Said they checked it out put clean gas in and that it was all set. When I asked them for the invoice, the owner said no charge. I was blown away and asked why. He just stated that they gurantee all their work. I would highly recomend one pull, they have customer for life with me. Paul G

The owner Jeff, knows his stuff on small engines. I dropped a Husqvarna chain saw that ran poorly, Jeff got it up and running like new! I can certainly recommend One Pull shop
I've been doing business with Jim for as long as he's been in business and have always found him honest, reasonably priced and willing to help me in any way possible. He even "educated" me on the proper way to use the choke on my chain saw. I'd been doing it wrong all along! The best guy to fix my lawn mower, snow blower, weed whacker, or chain saw!
Owner is good at CS and friendly enough. Simon was fine and hardworking. No quick call as promised to explain extent of work cost required. James called with a nice large bill after work was completed. The tractor is rough starting constantly, and was making awful noises like the blade wasn't on right/backwards and or banging of something. Not to mention it sounded like it was going to blow up. An hour later just hitting reverse and the transmission no longer is functional. Back to a non working tractor. They didn't return the bagging cylinder system nor did they fix it. Nice try, but I am not impressed with the work and cost.

Great service and great mechanical skills
I have a two year old self propelled Toro and my yard is pretty rough, not at all a manicured lawn. The Toro performance got awful and its self-propelled turned into self-resist. I was so frustrated that i was ready to toss it to the curb and buy a new one. Coupe of weeks i met Jeff Laine on a ride and thought he owned a repair shop in Southbridge. It s a little out of my way but decided to give it a try. Stopped at the shop, explained the problems to Jeff who quickly offered probable causes. No up-sell (no you don t need a new blade) and a couple of free advice. My Toro was ready for pickup ahead of the promised date. Super friendly service all around. Very reasonable cost. Well worth the drive. I highly recommend.
My tractors deck got unhinged, and turned out it was running on a prayer. 2 head gaskets later and a weld, its running like it was new! Jeff and his crew are professionals in their craft, very nice guys too! Thanks for bringing back my tractor Jeff.
Picked up and dropped off my snowblower. Wouldnt throw snow before, got it back tuned up and better than new. Great service, quick repair, and good communication of when the PU/Del would occur
