I went to Broadmoor Landscape supply, for our back yard. They hooked us up with the best turf , most realalistic turf we've ever seen, a great rock boarder and stone walk way. Looks beautiful. Great prices, and easy in an out, the service was exceptional. The best landscape supply in town. Highly recommend !!

It is a perfectly well organized operations with excellent selection of materials/tools for landscaping, run by a great people who knows everything about it. We were not waiting for anyone for more than a minute. What we needed was immediately found, the forklift quickly delivered the tray with it to our station wagon. I was prepared to spend there several hours trying to get about 300lbs of the right stone pieces, but it took us about 30 minutes. Simply perfect!
I've been going here since they were a lumber yard also. Best customer service because they knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. I enjoy shopping there for all my landscaping needs. The guys remind me of Lady Bugs flying around the yard in their black/orange Fork Lifts. I get there early so it's not too busy. I was appreciative last visit with the assistance of Walker,Ellis and Eddie to load my trunk and felt bad I didn't have cash to tip them, next time. Eddie is always helpful, and organized my purchase and weighing of stone. There is a cashier that is in a bad mood most the time, and I avoid him. Louis is my fav cashier, and the guy that checked me last time. Over the last 40 years, Broadmoor has been my landscaping supplier and will be in the forseeable future. Great work guys!
As a designer, this is my Go To spot when sourcing landscaping design materials. They have many in stock items and also can help to order special items too. Beautiful Travertine selections here. You can basically find all different kinds of landscaping supplies here. Wilson is my sales and he has been really helpful as well.
It's a fair assessment to say that Broadmoor Landscape Supply is the best Peninsula option for all small yard and large landscaping projects. If you are serious about quality products then you will locate everything on site. I designed my whole yard using products from Broadmoor. A word of perspective, landscaping products are not cheap nor for the faint of heart so be prepared to come out of pocket. My favorite items are the Mexican Red rocks, Salmon Bay rocks, and various types of decomposed granite. The front line yard staff are very helpful and have plenty of knowledge. I recommend a visit.

Broadmoor has a great selection of stones and pavers. They are a source for professional landscapers but a homeowner is also welcome. Theyll help load your car if you need it plus you can get large objects delivered.
Best customer service ever! From guiding me through parking, to helping me decide what stones I wanted - this is the place to go!!! Everyone was so nice here and I wish I knew the name of the guy who had helped us because he was absolutely . Can t wait to continue to shop more here!

The stuff is very rude! at the moment you get to the little cabin where the guy ask what you need with an attitude thats when you have to turn back, they are all RACIST especially the old man at the cash register he is so rude and sarcastic person. He keep me standing not saying anything. REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE And I experienced racism too. Do yourself a favor and dont come here!
These folks dont mess around. No nonsense ( which I miss as I like nonsense) but Great prices and selection ...sexy guys driving tractors who are also friendly. :)

Ted, the owner, is literally one of my role models and best customers, prices are reasonable, materials are top quality customer service is phenomenal, we could all take a page from Broadmoors example and be better people and businesses for it.
Great all round place
We have been shopping here for about 8 years as we planned our tiny SF yard, in the Japanese style. This is in the top three flagstone, rock and gravel companies we settled on. The sales staff are all very friendly and helpful to both homeowners and commercial clients. We have received positive and patient help even though our purchases ranged from window shopping to at most 300 pounds of bagged stones. The only knock against it, our other two rock cos are much larger with more variety.

Ive unfortunately had to go here a couple of times for our SF projects . Worst customer service ever . Worst landscape yard ever . Dont bother . Go south to any other provider , itll save you a headache
Have a lot of yard and landscaping supplies. Office are is well maintained and clean. Could be more helpful in finding what is needed.

This place has all your landscaping supplies. I got pavers and turf there. Nelson was awesome in helping me calculate the materials I need based on the sqft. He even helped with more estimates after I changed my design to add borders. They do deliver and make sure you have a place to put the base, sand and pavers. They are heavy.

Liking this place for the main reason of providing truck weight certificates for DMV. Staff is helpful, quite abrupt, dont expect much customer service skills but theyre used to deal with contractors as such so.. less talk more work.
The staff (when available) have been exceptionally helpful. I *think* (my speculation) that they are having trouble hiring or finding good people, so on some days they feel short staffed. Regardless, everyone is helpful, patient, and wants to understand your needs. Ive been there probably a dozen times over the few months and I am landscaping my backyard, so this isnt just one time, one person did a good job. Although, today an employee (Eddie) helped me load 100 lbs pavers into my car and actually pointed out defects to make sure I was aware. That was above and beyond service. The layout can at first be overwhelming if your not comfortable with industrial sites with moderate traffic of large equipment (CAT loaders, fork lifts, and end dump trucks), but its clean and well organized. They have a good selection inventory of product and Ive never left without what I needed. Its impressive how much theyve fit in a modest space. One less star because their pricing can be more expensive for some products (e.g. bagged rock, sand, and pathway fines) versus some competitors in the area. That said, all the product is of high quality. Their rock and other landscaping materials are fairly priced, but not cheap.

How have I not rated this business before!? Im a regular there, I know half of the employees by name for chrissake. They have competitive prices and pro grade materials. I swear by their quality.
Im a DYI guy, total rookie when it comes to landscaping. These guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome selection of materials and very cost effective. Only place I go now, no more big box stores for my landscaping needs.

Guys are nice here. A little paranoid about wearing that mask on your face but other than that... its all business. Nothing fancy. Just in and out. Use them for trucks weight certificates only so , for that, theyre decent.
Because of the virus, they are only open M-F, which makes them crazy busy. Usually it is a pleasant place to shop. Their rock selection is unparalleled, and the people are knowledgeable and helpful.

No frills is incorrect. No service. Never come here, you will be cheated and lied to. I came in for a 8 x 8 x 10 redwood timber, and a service said,I can order it. And did nothing. Are you going to order it? He looked at me and said nothing. I think he wanted a bride or commission. I used my phone and called So. city lumber and the clerk said, yes, we have it. I think I experienced discrimination. I havent shop here since and direct many people elsewhere. Dont shop here unless absolutely necessary.
Its quite pricey but is varieties of products.
Extensive selection of items we needed to landscape our yard. We were able to pick individual slabs of flagstone that we liked. However, service and communication was spotty. Hard to get anyone to help with a forklift or even move the heavier items onto the truck.

Very good place to buy material
I was in the market looking for sod, and tried the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes, but was disappointed by their selection, cost, and time for delivery. I had always seen Broadmoor from the side of the road (always looked like hardworkers from the vantage point of a car) and decided to give them a try. I talked to Marty who was a nice guy, gave me precise and helpful information, and helped me select a lawn at a very reasonable price, get it delivered quickly, and was courteous as well. Big difference from the big box guys. Glad I went with a local shop and my dollars went to them instead of a place where Im just a number.

Great selection of landscaping stones, rocks, woodchips and much more. They have fake grass, pond building supplies, and just about everything you need for landscaping. Except plants. This is not a nursery so gotta get those elsewhere.
Ive been really happy with my experiences here. I had a tough time finding what I needed, and this place had everything I was looking for. They are very friendly and helpful. Its my go to place for landscaping...and I drive down from Marin. :)
