Every autumn I have to do major pruning around my home of flower beds and bushes. These last two years I hired Rasmussen Landscapes for the task. Their capable and skilled team of three completed in three hours what would have taken me at least a week. When done, they did a thorough job of cleaning up and hauling off the clippings and prunings. All three workers only spoke Spanish, which I dont. But we easily communicated using Google Translate on my phone. The team was cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, and very responsive to my interests. They did a great job! Also, the customer service person who set up the appointment and coordinated payment was extremely kind, cheerful, thorough, and very responsive to my pruning needs. Definitely a 5-star experience for me!

My mother in law drove 4 hours from Idaho to meet with a landscape designer, Jerry, from Rasmussen in Utah county to get a design plan and quote. After that we have followed up Atleast 4 times since and they have just completely ghosted us. She had a 100k budget and they never got back to us. Sucks for them. I wouldn t recommend this place if it was the last place available. We should ve never followed up after the consult but did as we were excited to see what they were about. They are a complete waste of time.

Best fall yard cleanup job. Fast and efficient

Just had them clean my backyard to get ready for an upcoming wedding and they did a great job. All the plants are trimmed back, everying is tidy, and all the weeds are gone.

I had a crew trim and prune my over grown bushes. The crew adhered to every expectation and re-did many bushes that needed additional attention. The crew was wonderful to work with and very efficient as well. I would highly recommend them.

Our garden had gotten very overgrown and needed some attention immediately. Rasmussen sent a three man team had a great deal of experience and did a super job. Although they didn t speak English, we were able to communicate very effectively pointing and showing, and they worked hard nearly all day Pruning, weeding And raking as they went. They did everything I had asked plus more such as getting the grass out of the cracks in the driveway and a few other thing they noticed. The were quick, did everything we asked of them and then some. They were also very friendly and we laughed as They worked. When they were finished, they very carefully raked and swept up all of the leaves and debris bagged them, and took them with them in their truck. I would certainly hire them again!

Weve been using Rasmussen Landscapes for quite some time to do our landscaping and they have always been great! There was an incident recently where one of their crew members accidentally broke one of our glass doors, but I made 1 phone call to Jodi, told her what happened and sent her pictures, and she literally bent over backwards to make sure that someone came out that same day to replace the glass in the door. I couldnt have been more impressed with how well the whole situation was handled. Very appreciative!

The crew arrived early this morning and trimmed a very large, very thorny pyracantha bush, which has turned in to a huge tree. They trimmed, cleaned up, and left, almost without saying a word. They did a great job on a project far too big for me, and I do some fairly heavy gardening projects.

Rasmussen crews are always top notch! They work hard and work fast. They always make sure the job is done to my satisfaction.

Their service was the worst I have ever experienced and the price was outrageous. They came to fix my sprinkler system. It was mostly to make sure the heads were spraying the right direction to avoid the dead spots. They left and didn t fix the problem. Some of the heads just bubbled and didn t spray at all. I called the office and told them the problem. They said they would send them back to check it again. They showed up at 7 o clock in the morning, making it nearly impossible for me to go out and give them directions. They were here for about 15 minutes and I was charged for an hour. There are still places where things don t spray correctly. Their prices are over the top and I don t think I should pay for a return visit to do what they didn t do the first time. Their workers tend to come when no one can be there to supervise them and they don t do good work. I will not be using them again.

We have only had one service to date but the year looks great- office staff are amazing and credit them for our business.

Rasmussen is very responsive. This summer I had plants arrive on a Tuesday, I called Rasmussen and there was a crew at my house on Wednesday planting. I called again to asked to have my wisteria trimmed, which was a huge job, the next day a crew arrived in 100 degree heat and did an excellent job!

The 2 man crew installed a plastic 5 inch border around a couple of my +1 decorative rock beds. They did it just as I wanted it and cleaned up well behind themselves. They accomplished it in less time than I thought it would take. They took a lunch but other than that stayed 100% of the time fully engaged with the task. WoW,I finally found a landscape and maintenance company that I can rely on to get things done right. If you do have a problem with how the crew performed on your property or perhaps they may have forgotten to do something....hey no problem, just pick up the phone and call one of the ladies in the office, they will find a solution to your problem in the matter of minutes. These ladies run a smooth operation. This is my second year with this Company and im very pleased with how I have been treated.

This is a review of an experience from few years ago that I just edited so hopefully they got it right now. I asked for their minimum service for a Sat and told them not to show up without confirmation but I didnt hear from anyone, and no one showed up on Sat as I was in my front yard doing some other work all morning. I also called them to inquire and no one picked up. Then they call me on Monday and tell me that their crew was on my property and did the work I asked for. I was shocked to hear that when first I specifically asked them not to show up without telling me and second I was in my front yard all morning and no one showed up. They said their GPS shows that but for all I know the guy could have come and turned around immediately. My yard looked as messy as before as well. Their quality control guy stood us up twice when he said he would come and verify that no work was done and we missed some work meetings because of him. They finally told us they will not charge us but they still sent us a bill! They are the worse people we have dealt with, they are dishonest, rude, disorganized and the list goes on

The guys are very respectful of my property. They are friendly and the mower does a excellent job. The trimmer is getting better on each cut and I appreciate that. The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and they get things done.

Terrible company, we used this service for snow removal and they never came on time, never did the job fully to our expectations, and destroyed landscaping with their snow plows. So unprofessional and very rude.

Reliable and efficient

Hey everyone! I needed help with lack of pressure in my sprinkler system and I once again called Rasmussen Landscapes. They arent the most expensive or the cheapest landscaping company around, but they do know how to make me feel like a superstar every time I call. They added me to their schedule and the next thing I know their irrigation specialist was standing outside of my front door. He fixed my sprinkler pressure and drip irrigation in a jiffy! Poor communication in describing what hardware is used for sprayer line replacement by office personnel so customers would actually know what sprayer hardware Rasmussen s actually has in stock. However, their Spring / Fall yard cleanup services were good.

Rasmussen Landscaping did a wonderful job fixing our retaining wall and cleaning up our yard. Theyre very responsive and have competitive pricing.

I have used Rasmussen several times and they are efficient. I do recommend being onsite while they perform the work to ensure the right items are addressed, but they remove all of the debris very well and just knock it out.

After too many years of 5 AM snow shoveling so my wife could get to her school teacher job, we hired Rasmussen to do snow removal. A life enhancing decision. They do a far better job than we could ever do, including the steps up to our second floor home entry. But what is really helpful is they clear the foot of ice and slush that the snow plows leave in front of our drive. It is tough work, but the crews are amazing and they do a spectacularly good job. Service is prompt and often done before we even get up. Best decision we have made in years.

Rasmussen does the snow removal at my parents house. They always get it done asap. My parents are older and need clear sidewalks and driveway if they want to leave the house for any reason. Clear a lot of growth - grasses and weeds - from a steep hill. The crew showed up even a little early and did an excellent job. Exactly what I needed cleared in that area. Rasmussen service is expensive, but the price of everything has risen. And it has been difficult for me to find good service on this hill i have. Also, the three person crew did not speak any English. They did manage my instructions well, but maybe it would help to have an English speaking person on the job.

They do a great job the lawn looks manicured when they are finished and then they clean up all of the grass clippings off of the walks

They do a great job getting my lawn watering system up and running in the spring, responding to things that might need fixing or adjusting throughout the summer, and shutting my system down in the winter.

Ive been a client of Rasmussen for many years. They care for my lawn and remove the snow. Always professional and responsive. This year I hired Rasmussen to landscape my backyard. Its perfect.

I have been a customer for a couple of summers now. I have come to depend on them for sprinkler upkeep and fertilization and biweekly mowing. I recently had them come out and clean up a strip of ground along my driveway and put down wood chips. They were prompt and worked in a timely manner. I also completely appreciate being able to communicate well with the office staff staff. they always seem to be willing to listen and make me feel like my concerns matter. Can t ask for much more than that. I haven t compared their pricing to anyone else s, but have been happy with their work.

With all of the hot and dry this summer we had been unable to keep up with the weeding in our beds. Just a few short hours with Rasmussen s crews and the beds are beautiful! It gave us a base to try and keep up with again. Really hard workers, efficient and pleasant to have around.

Horrible service and fraudulent billing. Hired them for 4 hours of quoted work, their team showed up and did almost nothing for first hour, ignoring the obvious areas of work. Didnt finish the work we we were wuoted, contacted main office (as not allowed to discuss with on-site workers per their contract), asked them to finish the work (did not authorize any additional charges, although they are lying and said we did). Followed up multiple times to dispute billing, they didnt address the issue and charged us $945, on a quote of $780, for less than $500 of real work. Terrible company, avoid like the plauge.

They were on time and very responsive to our questions. They drastically updated our system. Some of the new sprinkler heads were not working as expected when they were installed. Rasmussen promptly came out and resolved the issue. Incredible customer service.

Our yard became a jungle this past year. Rasmussen gave me a quote for cleaning up everything, trimming trees, weeding gardens, sprucing up park strips. They sent out 3 people and they worked hard, if they were unsure they would ask. They were very polite. Account managers were on top of things.

These guys just work hard and do an exceptional job, Highly recommend as they do 3 properties and excel at all locations, also Sheena and Hannah are great for scheduling.

Great service! The crew was responsive to problems - one of our sprinkler lines broke during the work and the company sent out an irrigation crew straight away to fix the problem. The clean up crew worked quickly and completely to finish the job. They were pleasant, asked questions instead of just pulling things out of the beds and, best of all, cleaned up COMPLETELY after they finished. Well be hiring them again for fall leaf clean up for sure.

I am so thrilled with the service I received from Rasmussen Landscapes. My lawn has been killed by a service company and was frustrated with their solution to try seeding. I wanted my beautiful lawn back now and called Rasmussen. The crew came and dug out the old lawn, put down new top soil, and new sod all in one day. It is gorgeous! Absolute crooks! Dont waste your time with this company. Charged me for 16 man hours for what could have been done in 1 man hour. They were unwilling to do the right thing and correct the billing. WORST COMPANY EVER!!
