High Altitude Lawn Care ,Hauling & Snow Removal in South Lake Tahoe

Brooks did a great job clearing my driveway when I needed him. I called on a Saturday and he showed up with in 1 hour and made it happen . I will use them again. Thanks again for your prompt and professional service.

This company snow plowed our subdivision and wrecked my front yard tearing out new rock I had laid 6 months earlier. Brooks, the owner refuses to fix the destruction his company caused. He promised to fix in the spring and he is totally blowing me off. He has a lawn service company and he doesn’t have the grace of God to fix his screw up. I would definitely not hire High Altitude for snow removal or yard work.

Gets the heavy burm after the plow buries me with all the wet snow from the intersection, way more time to get out and play instead of moving snow so I can leave

The customer service from this company is absolutely horendous! I can't even review their service because they never even came to me. I called them on 10/12 (with the expectation) that they may not even service my area because I am in Zephyr Cove and they are in South Lake. The guy told me they generally do not service my area but when they have availability in the schedule they can come to me which would probably be around 10/22-10/23. I was willing to wait because I have heard they do great work. He said they would come 10/14 to give me a quote. No one ever showed up. I called and emailed and got no response. I tried calling again 10/16 with once again no response. I called Monday 10/19 and there was no apology or anything and they said they could come 10/20 in the afternoon for the quote. I made sure I would be home the entire afternoon for whenever they came. 5:30pm rolled around and once again no one came. I called and they seemed confused and said they thought someone was already out there. They said they would call right back. No one called back once again. Then here we are the morning of 10/21 and they finally called. Said they are coming to do the quote and when I gave them my address once again they said oh we don't even service your area. So I have now wasted 9 days trying to get a quote for a service that should be done in the next day or so and I'm back to square 1 of trying to find yard cleanup before it snows. They have been very rude, and unprofessional towards me and once again I wish I could review their service because I have heard it is great, but instead I am forced to review their poor customer service and wasting my time over and over again.

Brooks and his crew were very professional and speedy, all for a great price. I recommend going with these guys!
