LawnAide is a family business…the way family businesses used to be where customer service and reputation are top priorities. I had an 11-year-old backflow valve go out and I had LawnAide come to check it out. They tried to repair it, then tried to replace parts, then finally had to replace it. At no time did I feel I was being upsold to more expensive and unnecessary work. Russ and his team ooze integrity. This morning, the day after the repair, they checked in with me to make sure everything was working correctly. How often are you going to get a contractor to pro-actively call you back to make sure everything is okay? First time for me. They’ve got a customer for life. Last year I had another sprinkler repair company tell me it was $175 for the visit and if they did any work, it was $120 an hour. Seemed a little expensive but I was in a pinch needing the work done. What they didn’t tell me is they would send two people and they charged me $240 an hour. I don’t have any fears of that kind of slight-of-hand with LawnAide. They are people who care about their work and are great at their craft, but most importantly they get customer service.
I give Russ and his company 5 STARS!!! I have used their services and they offer reliable, top notch lawn care and treatments! My lawn was beautiful, green, healthy and weed free! If you're looking for the best, Lawnaide is it!
When we moved into our new home 12 years ago, we couldn't control the dandelions. After making a few calls to other lawn care services I ran across Lawnaode. Russ told me to give him one-two weeks and he would have them gone. Very skeptical but I thought I would give Lawnaide a try. One week went by and I had no dandelions. 10 years later I am still using Lawnaide as my service and I still have no dandelions. I am very happy and my lawn is beautiful! Thank you Russ you guys are incredible. Since then I have referred Lawnaide to many family and friends, who are all just as happy.
It took years...but finally I have found a lawn care company that improves my lawn beyond what I expected. I recommend Lawnaide to everyone I know when they are looking for lawn service. We have used them for 2-3 years now after using another company and constantly having problems. No weeds in my yard since using Lawnaide and they have the best customer service. They tell me before they come when they are to verify I am good with it. I have had dog toys in my yard and they even pick them up for me before spraying. Won't use anyone else.
I highly recommend Lawnaide. I contacted Lawnaide to repair my sprinkler system. They came out looked at the needed repairs began work. My lawn has never looked so good. I called and left a message and never got back when I emailed them. For those that read these reviews be aware, go with a company that actually cares. Sorry I went with a different company that answered their emails and calls on time.

Local business with FAST service with convenient, on-line payment options. 1 week after just the initial visit (6 annually), all our dandelions are shriveled up and nearly gone!
Contacted company for a quote and never heard back. Well over a couple of weeks. I guess I will go with a company that actually values a possible customer.

Horrible customer service! I made an appointment on monday with Russ (The owner) to come out today (Wednesday) at 3:00 pm for a quote to spray and possibly reseed our lawn. When I spoke with him on the phone he sounded very knowledgeable and professional. When wednesday comes around I get a call at 7:45 am from Russ and he says that he is going through his emails and wanted to get back to me. I told him that we had already spoken and have an appointment for 3:00 today. I then asked if we were still good for 3:00 today and he said he would be there. Three oclock comes and hes not here, so I call him and no answer. I called a couple more times and you guessed it no answer. It is now after 4:00 and he still hasnt called. Good luck staying in business with customer service like that!
Ive called three times trying to get information to have my lawn aerated. They havent had the courtesy to call back.
