Cornerstone Maintenance and Landscaping in South Houston

My sprinklers system was installed by Cornerstone. My yard has never looked better. The team has come out to perform some maintanence and they are so knowledge and friendly. They taught me how to take care of my system to get the best use out of it I have been very happy with the sprinkler system.

Cornerstone did an amazing job on our landscape lighting. The job was done quickly and the team was great to work with. The lightening is a game charger for our landscape at night! I highly recommend Cornerstone Maintenance and Landscaping.

If your looking for a professional landscaping company this is not it. Our HOA awarded them our contract last year and ever since our yards have looked horrible. Every time they come cut the grass you have to wash the exterior of your house from the guys running weed eaters not knowing what their doing. On top of that they never cut all the grass always leave patches uncut. This week they left mud and grass all over the driveways. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!

Luke and all the guys working for him were very helpful in the project they did for me. Work was done in a timely manner considering what a busy time of year it is. Recommendations were appreciated and any follow up done quickly. I would recommend this landscaping company for whatever you need done.

I contracted Cornerstone to revamp my townhouse side and back yard. Luke did a great job revitalizing our current plants, planting new shrubs and stone work to help our backyard come back to life. Also, we didn't have a great place to store our trash and recycling bin. Luke came up with a great enclosure idea which helped move the bins away from the front door and out of view.

Excellent work. My outdoor space was beautiful and the addition of the outdoor lighting just set the mood. The staff was so professional. I will use Cornerstone for all of my projects.

I had gotten a bid a year ago and wasn't quite ready to undertake the project. Cornerstone reworked the bid with a reasonable increase for cost of materials, and again they were reasonable with a minor change in scope. They finished the work within a week! They did a nice job lining up patterns on the precut flagstone. A couple of huge thunderstorms the week after the patio was finished washed away a lot of the grout. I contacted Cornerstone to find out what we needed to buy to replace it, which they provided - but it would've been nice and we gladly would've paid had they offered to come back out for a few hundred bucks to re-grout for us! Also, some leveling was required, and the grass adjacent to the new patio was left in rough shape. The driveway expansion (adding 2 courses of brick to each side) wasn't finished quite to spec (brick was to be cut and stair-stepped to the width of the driveway at the sidewalk), so if my HOA gets on my case about it I will have to call and have it amended, which won't be an easy job.

I had Cornerstone line the sides of my driveway with flagstone in addition to a 20 ft x 20 ft patio in my backyard. In less than 2 days they completed the project and the end result was better than I expected. In addition to just laying the flagstone they removed a sprinkler zone under the flagstone and re-routed the existing zones around the flagstone. They also and installed a drain in the middle of the patio and plumbed it to the sewer system - with all of the rain lately I'm very happy they suggested that they do this even though I didn't ask for it. Other companies had just quoted "capping" the sprinkler system and not installing the drain yet they were still quite a bit more expensive than Cornerstone. If you're looking for great service and quality at a good price I would suggest using Cornerstone - I will definitely be using them for all of my future landscaping needs.
