Terrible! Spoke with him at 8am told me he could get the job done SAME DAY! Shows up at 6pm quoted me $250 for half the size of an average yard, my back yard doesnt even have grass...I still agreed to pay him because I have a BBQ tomorrow, then he made up another excuse saying he could come back tomorrow HOW! Am I going to gind someone to cut my grass at 6pm inconsiderate and very unprofessional...

This company quoted me the price and scheduled service for yesterday. They never showed up and no communication either. Because we do not live at the property I even agreed to pay them full amount up front before they even start doing the job. Still no show. Do not trust this company. Period. Update: I have all the texts showing I replied his last text almost right-away. He asked whether I still need the service at 5:54pm yesterday. I replied almost immediately said yes, please. I also re-send the property address and instruction for access. Thats it. No reply from him until 15 minutes ago today saying his phone died. People, you figure this out.

SSM helped me out tremendously!! I called Friday for a last minute very urgent cut (as my grass was getting pretty tall)and they were there Saturday morning. I appreciate their professionalism and they kept their word.

They did a great job removing the snow from my driveway, sidewalk, and front walk. Appreciated the integrity of the owner to ensure customer satisfaction.

I contacted Mr Thomas by phone and we made plans for him to clean the snow off my driveway for an important event on the next day. He was supposed to contact me when he arrived. He told me I could rely on him because he wants to maintain good ratings. 90 minutes after he promised to be done with the job, I called him because I had not heard from him. He said oh, I forgot . I would not rely on this company if you need something important done. Very unreliable and unapologetic. They cost me a lot of money by not following thru with the work.

Got stuck in my driveway due to constant buildup. Contacted Mr. Thomas told me he could get out to me around 6 but arrive at least an hour and a half earlier than expected. Job was completed quick & done right!

I had a last minute emergency. The company was given to me on a last minute by another customer. I was beyond pleased and know the cost was reasonable compared to what I was going to pay. Definitely going to use them again.

1st time trying out snow removal. I was very impressed with the driveway and walkway. Cleared the snow very fast and prices are reasonable!!! Will be using again.

Im remotely managing rental property and called South Suburban Maintenance on one of the coldest days in local history. To my suprise, they were willing to plow the property driveway, taking before and after pictures to show that the work was done. They even asked me to inspect the pictures to ensure that I was happy with the quality of work done! Extremely professional and trustworthy. They are now top in my contact list for future snow removal and lawn care work going forward. I highly recommend.

Excellent Job! Mr. Thomas, is a true Professional and provided Excellent Customer Service on one of the coldest days of 2019. The driveway was plowed clean and fast to perfection and the prices are reasonable. Will Hire Again!

I called and spoke to the owner mr chancey he was nice over the phone and even shared with me he is looking for an assistant. I referred him instantly and asked he come do my yard...it took him a day to come with excuses of why he didnt show up after making arrangements and then he gave me a quote and said he will be back again never showed up...I called no answer then I text and received a message saying my number was blocked...very unprofessional and called my referrals and told them not to use him...no explanation as to why he blocked me and made false appointments I thought he was pretty qualified for the job no matter the cost but nahhhhhh....I wouldnt use his services

After a rough start with getting an estimate, I could not be happier with the work that was done. I would highly recommend them. My yard has never looked so nice! Thank you!
