I am still silently repeating "f--k yeah" in my head every single day I walk out our backdoor. I remember when we first started discussing this project a few years back and how apprehensive we were about finding someone who would bring our vision to life. We knew after our first meeting with you that we had found the right person. We are incredibly grateful for partnering with you and just wanted to let you know that you have made our dream a reality. I moved into a newly built home in Elgin and wanted to replace the cookie-cutter landscaping that the builder put in the front yard. I obtained three quotes, two from local nurseries and the third from Signature Landscaping. Not only did Jeff, from Signature, provide a design that incorporated all of my requests, his price was better than both of the nurseries. The installation was completed ahead of time and done very well. The men that completed the installation were very friendly and professional and finished the job in one day, leaving everything clean and pristine. I highly recommend Signature Landscaping and plan use them again for additional projects next year.

I am having a wonderful spring and summer relaxing on my new patio, enjoying my garden and watching birds and animals. Most of the credit goes to Signature, Inc who did an excellent job correcting my concrete problems, made this beautiful patio for me. Jeff the owner is a great professional contractor, who took his time, and was very patient, listening to my needs and concerns and not afraid of giving me his opinions and suggestions. His whole crew is amazing, paying attention to the smallest details and it was great working with. I really appreciate their fabulous work and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Signature Landscaping This company constructed the landscape for our neighbors and currently maintains their weekly lawn service. While performing lawn service, they went 8-10 feet into our property line mowing/trimming and ended up “accidentally” ripping out two trees we had planted. After chasing down the owner, Jeff Kerber, back and forth for over a month, the last voicemail Jeff left was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and condescending. He stated he did not have access to buy sapling trees as the owner of a landscaping company, but chuckled and stated the trees probably cost $15 each or that they could be picked up for free, but yet he does not have access to purchase or pick them up which is contradicting. It’s not about the price. They cost $20 each from a nursery we visited and used them to memorialize deceased family members, but it was the disrespect, lack of concern or urgency to right a wrong that was most disappointing. In addition to that, Jeff questioned where I planted the trees on my property. Overall, I was shocked in the way a local business owner needed a month to “investigate” if his team cut them down and only spoke to me reactively, as I followed up with several phone calls and messages, as opposed to being proactive and offering any type of resolution. In the end, he offered an insincere apology and was dismissive of my concerns. With the abundance of landscaping companies in the area, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I would be worried for customers that he would not back up his work or would not admit to mistakes without a fight.

Jeff and his team are absolute professionals. We hired them to design and build a patio which required a ton of creativity and skill given the shape of the back of our home and location of the septic tanks & field. We consulted with 3 different premier hardscape companies before choosing who to go with. Jeff, by far, was the most creative and skilled at working around these obstacles. He was great at making suggestions on which materials compliment others in terms of texture and color. We also appreciate Jeff pointing out the areas we could spend less to either save money or redeploy into a different part of the patio that would make a bigger difference. His crew was amazing. Very professional, skilled, and hard workers.

Jeff and his team did an amazing job for us. We met with many other contractors who just tried to keep upselling us and were not listening but Jeff took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us stay on budget. He helped us with a design and made changes as we asked him to. The work that his crew did was amazing as well and we are so happy with the results of our patio and walkway. He also helped us salvage some plants and move them as well as did some extra work for us on the side of the house. I one hundred percent recommend them and will be calling them in the future for some additional landscapeing recommendations.

Signature does a fabulous job and has done our yard clean up every spring for years. Their crew is courteous and fast and neat. I had a gorgeous custom designed brick and stone patio done by Jeff and Jim about 7 years ago with phases that could be added on when we had more funds. We are now in phase 3 and it looks great. Great plant placement, great work, very happy.

Jim White and team did an amazing job on 2 circle patio areas installing paver blocks. The first was our 16' diameter fire pit. The second was our 21' diameter pavilion area. For the pavilion, Jim and team worked with my builder to complete the pavilion project with wonderful results. In the end, we upgraded our circle patios from crushed stone to pavers, while keeping the rustic feel of both areas. Highly recommended. Best John
