These folks just wont stop spamming and texting me after declining their quote.

It pains me to be critical of local businesses but I think people should know a few things before contacting this company. 1. They spam you. If you give them your information theyll spam offers and promotions via text and email until you contact them to request that they stop. 2. They are outrageously expensive. I had them out for a quote last spring. I expected the quote to be anywhere between 5 - 8 thousand for the work I requested based on both my experience with landscapers in the past and with other quotes I requested for the same work. They came back with a quote that was over 20k. I would give 1 star but I think they deserve at least two stars for being responsive, prompt, and professional. Ive also seen work theyve done for others, which is generally high quality and the main reason I contacted them in the first place.

This company did landscaping for my neighbors and in the process of cleaning their yard, blew dirt all over my yard and cars. Unprofessional.

Driven Landscapes did a fantastic job on my lawn last fall after the terribly hot and dry summer last year. It was amazing how fast the lawn recovered and there s no way it would have done so without Driven Landscapes. They were very professional and got the job done faster than I was expecting. Driven is a step above other landscaping services that I have used in the past for lawn maintenance and landscaping design. They are extremely responsive and willing to go out of their way to ensure the project is completed with attention to detail. They are very knowledgeable and willing to work with you to get the results you are looking for. They worked with me to make my crazy idea of a sandbox built into the landscape using stonework and designed the low-maintenance landscaping surrounding that I was looking for. All at a great cost! I highly recommend them!

They broke the project into several manageable steps. We have hired other local companies in the past and they have sent employees that made myself and my wife very nervous to be around our home . Have used Driven Landscapes multiple times, always do a great job!

We have used Driven Landscapes for a few years for gutter cleaning and previously they have been great. This year though, they came and cleaned the gutters but left a ton of debris in our yard and flower beds including chunks of wet, partially decomposed leaves all throughout the yard. My husband contacted them three times to arrange a time for them to come back and clean up their mess. The first two times he was told they would come, but they never did. The third email was ignored. Since they require a credit card on file, there is no way we can t pay them for a job only partially done. We will never be using Driven Landscapes again because of their refusal to finish the job.

We had Driven Landscapes do a spring cleanup, and they went so far beyond our expectations. We ve had spring cleanup services in the past and they didn t come close to what Driven has done . For the price, great value.

They did a terrific job cleaning up our yard and did a beautiful job with the mulching. Even my wife was impressed!

We were extremely pleased with.the work that Driven Landscapes did at our home. We bought our house a little more than 2 years ago, but because of the difficulty of finding a new landscaper during the pandemic, plants and bushes were overgrown and had broken branches. Wilbur and his crew were hard working, conscientious, and thorough. The work they did included shrub pruning and feeding, weed control, aerating, dethatching of the lawn, mulching, and spring cleanup. Our front and back yards looked fantastic! Afterwards we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the actual cost of the work was LESS than the estimate. Pretty sure there was a racial reason why this company refused to do my landscaping. When I kept inquiring why they will not do my yard they said equipment can not fit in my yard. My back yard is completely open on 3 sides!

I just started using this company for a house we moved into last summer. The house has an awkward layout & 6 or so garden beds. They did a great spring cleanup and mulching. We get weekly mowing as well and they do a great job. The office is very responsive & helpful as well. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service - got back to me immediately with quote. Reasonable Price for trimming shrubs. Crew showed up earlier than timeframe quoted. They were courteous and did a great job.

I had these guys do my Fall Yard Cleanup just recently, and I cant say enough on what a fantastic job they did. Great quality work for a very reasonable price. I wouldnt think twice about recommending this company to my friends and family.

Very bad experience with this guys. Initially they provided an estimate by looking at the pics which I shared. Then I was able to schedule an appointment to see the project so there are no questions later. After the appointment they shared a contract to sign with higher price and list of materials were completely different then what we discussed. I asked them to change and share new contract and they sent me new one but price increased again. I called, emailed and left few messages to explain why the price is keep on increasing, but no response. If you are trying to hire landscaping company use someone else.

I called Driven Landscapes to have a yard clean up and they came to my home the day after I spoke with them and did an awesome job. I came home and my shrubs and yard looked amazing with all the leaves removed, thank you Driven Landscapes, I will definitely recommend them.

I attempted to get a quote for several tasks that this company advertises. First they took days to reply to my initial inquiry. Next they rescheduled twice (once after the initial window they were going to show up) their onsite to look at the tasks for the quote. After they told me they would give me a quote the next day. I told them no rush and a few days is fine. After waiting for 4 weeks they told me they couldnt give me a quote. Not sure how this place has any customers with service like this.

Driven Landscapes crew arrived on Friday November 27,, 2020, their professionalisms and care in cleaning our property was excellent. The crew knew what to do, listened to our wishes on how the property was to look and then proceeded to clean accordingly. Our neighbors commented on how nice and clean the yard looked. Please extend a sincere thank you to all involved. We will definitely use them going forward for all our yard needs.

They did a fall clean up for ~$200 less than other services and did a FANTASTIC job!

We have been using Driven for almost 3 years now, and couldn t be happier. Our initial contact was for sod installation and hardscaping. Jon was prompt and professional, and his quote reasonable. The crew did a fabulous job on the install so we decided to use them for all of our lawn maintenance as well as spring/fall clean ups and gutter cleaning. We are given quotes before any work is done, so no sticker shock here. We also use them for our plowing/shoveling needs in the winter. The guys are timely ( which can be difficult depending on the storm), professional, and do a great job. Regardless of the work being done it is obvious the guys from Driven take a lot of pride in their work. Prior to finding Driven Landscapes we had used 3 other landscaping services. They were unreliable at best, didn t do the work as discussed, or were unreachable and didn t return calls. Driven has an office staff that others can learn from. They respond to calls and emails promptly and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. If you are unhappy with your current landscaper or are looking to hire one for the first time call Driven Landscapes. You won t regret it.

This is by far the worst landscaping company in the Norfolk area!!! Do not use.... save yourself the hassle. They have extremely horrible customer service and do an extremely poor job on landscaping. They offer zero communication on their process even when it s outlined on their website and their invoices. They are extremely rude.

I contacted Driven Landscapes when we were suddenly hosting a work function and needed the property that we moved into a few months prior cleaned up. It needed heavy weeding, pruning, and mulching. I got a few estimates and their price was very competitive and I had heard good things about them from neighbors. It was a big job but they came quickly and got everything done in two days, even trimming some tree branches that I hadnt expected them to do. The foreman, Will, even came by on the evening of the second day to make sure that I was happy with the job. They have great pricing, they did more than what I expected of them, they made sure I was happy, and they were very pleasant to deal with along the way. I will be using them again next season for sure.

Most reliable and reasonable company to work with... crews very polite and trustworthy, you can tell they love what they do which is most important in my book because thats whats going to give you the best service. I usually dont post reviews but I am so impressed with the services I have received over the past several years from Driven Landscapes that I had to let others know. The Driven crews have been doing the spring/fall cleanups at my house for over 3 years now. The workmanship, professionalism and reliability is unmatched in comparison to past companies I have used. In the spring they plant annuals, dethatch, cut my lawn and put down mulch, it always looks amazing, there is literally not a twig left. I also started using the plow service this winter and couldnt be more pleased. Simply put Driven Landscapes are professionals and perfectionist in every sense of the word. I HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely the most abrasive and unprofessional people on the planet. One simple request - do not mow when it is pouring rain as it creates many issues for our yard. Jon originally agreed that mowing in pouring rain is always a problem everywhere - then went ahead and did it anyway. All I got was abrasive arguing after the fact. Stay away!

It took us a really long time to find a landscaping team we can trust. And finally, we found Driven. This crew has been extremely reliable! Not only do they make yards look clean and beautiful, but they also plow in a very timely manner during snowstorms. The owner is closely involved and makes sure we are happy with our services. I had a great experience with Driven Landscapes! They promptly offered a competitive quote for fall clean-up services. Allison was also very kind and helpful in answering all of my questions. Their team came out within a week and now my yard looks beautiful (even in December)! I appreciate that they considered my request to push the leaves back beyond the drop-off in my back yard, that was helpful! Will be using the Driven Landscapes team again!

I was very impressed with the work Driven Landscapes had done for my neighbor down the street. All year long their property looked great. I saw firsthand how the crew worked and what a good job they did. I called for fall clean up and I had a very good experience with getting a very timely estimate for the work. The office staff worked out the schedule and they did an excellent job with our fall clean up and will now do snow plowing for us. The guys did a great job. Based on how great the neighbors property looked year round we want them to do our lawn care next year.

Unreliable! Bad business! Cancelled my plowing service in the middle of the winter, but were more than willing to continue my lawn care service. Left me in a terrible situation trying to find a new plow service in February.

Driven Landscapes has provided our lawn, tree and shrub care. As well as snow removal for years. They put so much time and thought into our new walkways and plantings. They created beautiful flowering beds along our foundation. We have had different crews and they are all so polite. It is hard to find a company that really cares that you are satisfied. I would recommend!

I have had them doing snow plowing at my parents house for a couple years now. Communication is fast, and they have been 100% reliable for a few years now! As they get older, I need to know that they will always be able to leave the house if there is an emergency in the winter. Thanks guys!
