Didn't have the opportunity to become a customer. After a 6 week process from trying to book online. They offered online booking; when they came and took a look at the home the understood a push mower would take longer than expected. 1 wk later; sent a person to scope out the size of the yard. Was "Upsold" one a one-time clean up job that seemed a bit overpriced considering I had my lawn maintained 2 weeks prior before their first visit. Another 1-2 week to finalize on a quote. The next week they came out to start work on the lawn. Had to cancel due to rain. [UNDERSTANDABLE] the next 2 days I received text notifications from the "House Call" app stating they would "Be there Within the 1Hr", For 2 days straight, only to find my yard now at 12" height. NOW I believe I need a one-time clean-up, after a 6 week process. I do understand lawn service is an essential job and will give them the benefit of the doubt, but a live-person courtesy call would have eased some of the frustration.

I contacted Weaver Lawn & Landscape for a project we needed to have done in our backyard. I asked them to set up an appointment to come by and give us an estimate. The next day, the co-owner came to my house unannounced and without an appointment, walked right into my backyard where my daughter was playing. Then he told me what I need to do with my yard and what he would charge. He never asked me what I wanted to have done-he just told me what he thought should be done. He rushed away and I never got a written estimate. Later I find out that he only provides written proposals if we accepted his offer, which to me is backwards. Meanwhile, the other co-owner emailed me and asked to set up an appointment for an estimate. I responded and told him that his co-owner just showed up at my house without an appointment and just walked into my yard. I never got a response from the company. I work in the service industry and if a customer ever had a complaint like I did, we would do our best to make it right, even if we never hear from that person again. This company has poor customer service!
