We are locally owned and operated with over 60 years of lawn care experience. Lawn Medic opened its first office in South Bend in August of 1997 by Craig J. Kovach and Brian J. Jankowski. Our goal is to give your family a beautiful lawn using only the finest products and methods money can buy. Steve has been doing my fertilizing for a few years now. He is timely and professional. Takes care to not kill the flowers yet get good coverage. He calls to let me know when he’ll be here and quietly does the job. Glad to have him on the team!
I’m sure it’s tough to warn/comtact people you’re coming. I was getting ready to mow luckily Sat it didn’t rain in the early am. As far as service they make my yard look so much better than it has in the 7 years I’ve lived in this house! Recommend !
Glad you asked. First I thought he would be here on Friday morning? so I just bought flags to put by the sprinkler heads. I was surprised to see he was here today ..Thursday. Then I was surprised to see the cores not only on the grass where I’d expected them to be but on the sidewalk and driveway too. Also a lot of grass seed on driveway and sidewalks. Beyond that, it appears he did a good job. I have my sprinklers running now so hopefully none were affected and the seeds take hold. Hope that helps. Thanks Mike
I love this company. They've been treating my lawn for many years. When I talk with the office rep on the phone, the person is always sweet and helpful. Sometimes when he treats my yard, I talk with him briefly at my front door and he is always friendly and makes eye contact. I have asked him about issues with my yard and he patiently answers by questions and is defintely knowledgeable.
Nick and Lawn Medic have been doing a super fine job here for several years now. Nick knows my yard and takes care to avoid the flower beds which I appreciate greatly!
Mike does a great job..a true lawn pro. Lawn looks great at a great price. He is the most personable lawn guy I have ever met. Gets the job done quickly and professionally, but still makes you feel like he’s been your friend for years
we love wine medic we are longtime customers. We were so happy with the service that when my son moved into his own home we bought the service from for him. We also use the insect or pallet service you offer. We have never been anything but pleased. You have helped we’ve had problems with the grass and giving us recommendations on what to do. You are very easy to work with and very dependable!
As I pointed out to Mike today my lawn that is between my sidewalk and the street is 50% crabgrass My neighbors have zero it's driving me out of my mind I am sorry Mike does a good job but he did not do the early spring job and now I'm paying for it I actually believe I need a refund you can see the transition between my yard and my neighbor's yard they're yard is clear my yard is crabgrass
I never see him so its hard to judge. And outside fertilizer and weed control I have little understanding. That said, he is doing great.

There were very few plugs in the front yard, and I didnt see any in the back, nor tire tracks to show hed been here. Have requested a re-do.

Best lawn service Ive used so far, but could be a lot better if the customer is notified the night before service. This way the yard can be picked up if needed and nothing would be in his way. Good for the technician and the customer.

Lawn Medic is fantastic. We moved into a house where the lawn needed a lot of TLC. We were going to remove what was there and put in sod. Mike said to give him one season of his services before we went to that expense and trouble. He was right! The lawn is now thick and lush without weeds. Now our lawn looks like it did at our previous residence under his care. Thank you, Mike, for saving the yard!

He is a great guy, I really like him. I was mowing the back yard. So he did both neighbors and I still had a little left, so he didnt do the back yard. I hope he remembers and comes back. It wasnt his fault.

Great service and when i need to contact the office for any reason they are clear and polite.
When we first moved in to our new home, my lawn looked terrible. Saw results after the first season following Lawn Medics instructions. Three seasons later, Id argue its one of the best lawns in the neighborhood. Highly recommend. You wont be disappointed!
