DC Mowing in South Bend

Not reliable.

Chris and his team were helpful in the beginning. I called DC Mowing to determine if they could help us with our job (South Bend Lawn ordinance where grass/weeds cannot be 9 inches or higher). He said absolutely and gave me a great price, but directed me to the website to submit electronically. After that, I never heard back from them. Called three times (a week apart in some instance) and left a message each time. I was disappointed because I was open to continuing using them, and due to the time constraint, I ended up going with someone else. This is no way in meant to degrade their work - I'm sure it's great, but I thought their lack of response wasn't inviting. I would have appreciated "We can't do this in the time that you need, our apologies" as opposed to a no response.

Very professional with competitive rates. We used this company to maintain our lawn while it was on the market. They did an excellent job! Our great looking lawn highlighted our homes value. To top it off, they make it extremely easy with a PayPal option. My only regret is not using them sooner!!
