Moyers sent out a team to unclog some pipes that hadnt been touched for over 50 years. They unclogged the pipes, and then had another person use a camera to make sure everything was open again. Should have called them first instead of trying myself for two days to get the pipes open! Great job!

great service! Cory made me aware that I could improve distribution of heat with my radiators. this occured when some had to be moved for renovations and very old valves needed to be replaced and prevented any future serious problems that I was totally unaware of.

Toilet was leaking. The guys assessed the situation and found the tank gasket was leaking. A new toilet was installed in a few hours and were good to go. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and have common sense. Best of all I didnt have to do it myself.

Aaron Will was recently here to provide a much needed cleaning and service to our aging oil burner. The burner had shut down and we had lost hot water, and were eager to get it fixed. Aaron arrived on an emergency basis on Sunday, and, realizing that the scope of the problem was beyond what he could provide on that day, returned Monday morning. He was polite, engaging, always ready to review what he saw and explain its significance. Most importantly, he worked hard, worked competently, and left our basement absolutely spotless. An anguished repair became a positive experience.

I have been a customer of Moyer Pool and Spa Services for many years. My point of contact with Moyer is Ms. Rhonda Rueckle. Rhonda provides excellent customer service. No matter the purpose of my call, she is consistently helpful and solution-oriented. She is always available, quick to respond to messages, and instills confidence and trust.

We were referred to Moyer Indoor Outdoor through our Pool Heater manufacturer for a warranty repair, they were the preferred partner to do the repair. When I called they said they are not taking new customers; I would think an entire business model would be trying to take new customers. Clearly a disconnect between them and the equipment manufacturers that require us to use them for the warranty repair. We had used them for interior heater/air conditioning in the past and certainly will not use them going forward or refer them to others.

I was assisted by Renee at Moyer, and as someone new to receiving heating oil, she was the perfect person to speak with. She was informed, professional, and clearly had my best interests at heart. I left the call feeling deeply cared for, and would recommend anyone considering Moyer to speak with her about their services.

I want to start off by saying Moyer mailed a flyer to me as a new resident to solicit my business. I dont know why they do that. They dont care about their customers and cant handle the customers they have. I despise oil. I have a $20,000 job I need done at my house and I told Moyer that. Youd think theyd treat me better in hopes of getting the job. Not Moyers. First, I was strong armed into spending $500 on oil I wont need with Moyers ridiculous minimum. I ordered on a Thursday. I told them I was going to run out of oil. Was told the oil would be there on Monday or Tuesday - five days later, which is ridiculous. Now Im told Wednesday. This is unacceptable. I want my oil on Monday or Tuesday as was promised to me. I need a manager to call me to fix this. I will also be reaching out to your CEO. This treatment and these lies are unacceptable.

An HVAC tech, Evan, conducted a PM on a 2011 Goodman system. He cleaned the coils, changed the filter recommended a stick to place in the evaporator tray to enhance drainage, verified the various quantitative benchmarks and just took his time to make sure nothing was left unchecked or undone. He is a credit to Moyer Outdoor and his trade. I will ask for him when ever something HVAC is needed. Thank you, Evan!

Can t say enough good things about Moyer. My bladder/pressure tank connected to my well pump sprung a leak at one of the connections, flooding my basement. I started frantically calling plumbers and got a lot of not today responses. I called Moyer and they immediately sent out Herb and Alex. They were professional, courteous, and took care of my problem on the spot, for a reasonable price! They checked out all my equipment and made appropriate recommendations regarding my water treatment system. If not for them I would still be without water waiting for another plumber to have time for my job. Kudos to Herb and Alex and the whole Moyer team.

Hi my name is Sue hessler.Josh Groft came out to my moms house yesterday to fix a pipe that had cracked under her laundry room sink.He called me to say that he was on his way and would be there in a half hour.He arrived during that time frame Upon his arrival he introduced himself, asked about the problem and where the was located. He then put on his booties. we went out to my moms laundry and said that he would take a look at it and let me know. Once he was done looking it , he said this is what i need to do and showed my the price to fix it . Explained each step to me. He cleaned up as he was working and left the area perfect. He is an amazing tech. he was very easy to talk and he new his plumbing. Once he was done with the job he asked if i could come out and take a look at it. It looked amazing and he did an amazing job. He was very through with his work before he left he filled up the sink and made sure it was not leaking when he drained the sink. I completed him on job well done and thanked him. He is definitely an asset to the company and i would definitely recommend the company and would recommend Josh as well

As new customers, we were told our oil bill would not change. And if we either overpaid or underpaid, it would be settled at the end of our contract. This was a lie. They increased our monthly bill because they thought we might need an extra delivery. I called to speak with them and they said we had a choice to pay now or at the end. I told them , at the end. And they still charged us more. I will not be going back. UPDATE: I spoke with Bruce and Renee . And they went above and beyond to make it right. We ended up trying them out again this year.

I want to share my great experience with Moyer Indoor Outdoor Plumbing Services. We are longstanding Moyer customers for a variety of services. This weekend noted a leak in the interior plumbing from our well. We called Moyers emergency number on Sunday afternoon and spoke with Nick who asked a series of thoughtful questions. Together we agreed we could wait until Monday morning. Nick assured us he would follow up first thing Monday morning. At 8:30 AM we received a call from Nick confirming that he would arrive within 30 minutes. Nick and Conner arrived promptly, assessed the system, and made a repair recommendation. They completed the repair the same day. The work was clean, efficient, and effectively addressed the problem. Nick and Conner from Moyer exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend them.

An amazing team, I rarely write reviews but the level of service that I received from the plumbing division at Moyer may be the best I have ever experienced. In what I thought was an insurmountable situation, Moyer s team of plumbers and excavators were able to resolve a very complicated sewer line repair. The level of professionalism, emphasis on safety and the consideration given to my neighbors is something that one rarely gets to experience in this day and age. Moyer is the only company I plan to use for any future plumbing needs.

Mike K was on time, pleasant, and efficient! He replaced my leaking baseboard heater element, cleaned up after himself and explained everything.

I have no complaints about the technicians who came out to maintain our boiler. However, I am very bothered by the fact that customer service group are unwilling to give any pricing at all (such as $X for the first hour and then $Y for additional hours) for a diagnostic service call. When my boiler stopped running, I was told Id need to ask the technician for pricing information after they arrive for their appointment. I could then ask them to leave if Im not happy with the price. Im not willing to waste my time or the technicians like that, so I will not be relying on Moyer anymore. This total lack of transparency also makes me wonder what other problems I would run into if I were to contract them for more complicated work.

I just had Moyer Services out for the yearly maintenance of our heating and cooling system. The service professional went way beyond the norm. He showed and explained the system thoroughly, he looked up pricing for me, he explained how our programmable thermostat worked because I was having trouble with it, and we discussed the pros and cons of converting from one energy system to another. I was extremely impressed with his 38 years of experience and his willingness to share his knowledge with me. Kudos to Moyer and in particular, to Mike.

I have been a Moyers customer or the last 10 yrs +/-. they have always been OK regarding giving maintenance to the heating equipment and the oil delivery. However, when it comes to emergency calls, I feel they can improve the system a little bit better. The other day my oil heater system fail due to frozen oil causing the system to stop working. After I call them, it took them more that 5 hours to get to my house to tell me that I was supposed to keep up on adding some additive to the oil tank myself of which I was never told of have no idea what was for. Two days after this visit the heater fail again,at night (even though I added the chemical the tech told me to add). When I call the emergency line and even after I expressed them that I have kids and elderly people in the house. They told me it was past 10pm and unfortunately they would start sending techs out until 7am next morning. NO ONE, didnt even call me until 9am next morning and only after I called again to see what was going on. I was obligated to evacuate my family in the middle of the night because the cold was unbearable for them specially my 78yrs old mother in law. I believe the emergency system should be review for improvements, Thanks!!

We are completely satisfied with our experience and absolutely would confidently recommend Moyer for plumbing needs. We have also used Moyer for heating/AC concerns and have been equally impressed.

So happy with our service experience today. Our old water pump seized up and stopped working. Just 1/2 hour after my call, a technician was at our door. Mike and Nick were both exceptional. Mike took the time to explain what needed to be done and was very thorough and professional. AND, they both actually came back to finish the job in the evening, after they had to leave for a team meeting, to complete the job rather than returning the next day. So convenient that I didnt have to take an additonal day off from work.

Oil burning furnace cleaning and adjusting. Service technician Mike Kauffman was on time, courteous, proficient and efficient. He was conscientious about providing information regarding the status of the units components. He troubleshot and repaired an ongoing issue, which, unattended, could have led to a serious malfunction. He took meticulous care to clean the work area. Moyer is lucky to have Mike as an employee. He does a fine job representing your Company that I depend on for service.

I had a furnace running stop-and-start. Called for a quick check-up and they sent Mike Kauffman. Mike was able to instantly diagnose the problem, had a replacement part in the van, and he re-checked the combustion levels after repair, all was good after that. Would say 3.5 stars rounded up. Reasonable pricing (less so with recent steep inflation) and good technicians for HVAC maintenance. However, when a maintenance check revealed a need to repair outside warranty, we were not fully prepared for the sticker shock that ensued. Recommended for folks with new systems, especially those still under warranty. May stay with them, depending on what we learn from other service providers vis-à-vis pricing moving forward.

Working with Moyer was fantastic. I had the pleasure of speaking with Elsa on the phone and she helped get someone to my house as quickly as possible. Mike came and evaluated my leaking bathroom, cleared the drain, and notice my sink piping being corroded. The amount of work he did was amazing. He was professional, polite, explained everything before he did the work, and stayed to make sure it worked flawlessly. I will happily work with Mike whenever I need plumbing help in the future.

Called Moyer at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17th because our hot water heater was leaking. Courtney was able to get Nick V/Connor to our house around 6:15. We had to get a new hot water heater and they were able to get a new one for us that night and have it installed. All three of them were great and we highly recommend Moyer Indoor Outdoor for your plumbing needs.

We are relatively new customers of Moyer Lawn & Tree Company coming over with the transition of Penn Lawn Care to Moyer. I want to commend Mr. Clark for his customer service and lawn care knowledge. His professionalism, problem-resolution skills and caring attitude speak volumes and keep us as a customer.

We have had so many different services provided by Moyer just within the year we ve lived here and we absolutely love them. The best part is that they will send the same person that s been to your home before so they know you and your home and (and our dog that always want to help). These guys are so professional and knowledgable. If they need to come back and correct something it s always without a cost. My friend out of state is always complaining of her home services and honestly, I will miss having such an awesome company that can provide every service if we move.

Over price heater repair, they replaced a gas furnace ignitor for $500. Being I have small children in the house, I had to let them do the repair. I went on the internet to price an gas furnace ignitor, max price 49. For the ignitor. I hope they injoy the money from a over price service call, it will be the last they get from me.

I have been a customer of Moyer indoor outdoor for over 5years now and never had any issues with them. I always prepay for lawn and tree and shrubs each year. I would think that Emoyer would like to o keep my business and even refer them to friends and family. I do not know if there is change in leadership or what, but I reached out to them more than 6times in the last 3weeks to prepay but their customer service is extremely poor. Their sales rep Robert Gaunt does not have time to pick up calls or answer them back or answer his email. After I complained, he called me once and has since not answered my calls or emails. I have decided to take my business elsewhere! I want all my friends to know to avoid Moyer Indoor and outdoor and find other companies.

Recently we needed our hot water heater replaced, we were lucky to have Kevin R respond from Moyer. Kevin was very knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. We will be requesting Kevin for all our Moyer plumbing repairs in the future.

When my heat didnt heat Moyer came right out, on a Saturday, cleaned out the line and told me that my 80-year-old oil tank most likely needed to be replaced. He explained about how the tank was probably deteriorating from the inside where you cant see it. I like having things explained. They replaced the old tank with a brand new one with a thirty-year guarantee. Wish my doctor could give ME a thirty-year guarantee. They worked swiftly, left everything cleaner than they found it, just like we Girl Scouts always did.

Whenever I need bird seed I buy it from Moyer. They have a feed mill that blends many different varieties of bird seeds. They have gourmet bird seed. They have a great special all the time - 3 20 lb bags for $24. Its called smorgasbord blend. It has all different seeds in it. Seeds for every kind of bird. Try it. I believe it will be your go to seed and Moyer will become your new supplier.

Moyer told us they were coming today. They showed up at 2:30 talked to someone that didn t live here looked and MY WATER DRAINAGE and said there was water on the ground and told her to wait few weeks for it to dry. ITS A WATER DRAIN. It s never going to dry. After calling back and speaking with the tech she said she was at home now????? She was completely unprofessional and late. I do not recommend Moyer. There always seems to be some excuse as to why they can t come or why they for got to show up or why they can t do the job.

We got a new heater. The sale rep was knowledgeable and personable. The installers were on time and worked quickly. They cleaned up and left the cellar as they found it.

Had the most professional service with Kevin with Moyer for Heater repair. He was prompt, courteous, and very informative of the heater problem and correcting it same day. Will be using Moyer for all my heating and AC needs for future.

We recently had to have our ancient oil tank and furnace replaced. We did both thru Moyer, who were fabulous from start to finish. Everyone was honest, efficient, and worked with us to make sure the job was done without breaking the bank. Fantastic job. Had 3 other plumbers here to figure out the problem. All were zeroes. Got a plumber from Moyer, and he had it fixed in 3 hours. Had a guy named Mike Dimotsis here, and he was excellent. So forget the plumbers around Doylestown and get Moyer in to your house. Fast response from the company, too. Highest recommendation for plumbing work.

We had our electric water heater replaced. I sent in an email form on Thursday after 5 pm. I received a call back from Moyer before 530 the same day. They politely asked we were okay or needed emergency service and were willing to schedule the next day. I was able to wait until Monday and the two servicemen they sent out were exceptionally polite, professional and really did a very good job for us on the install and the removal of the old water heater. I was also able to use an online coupon for an additional savings. I was very PLEASANTLY Surprised at the whole experience and will definitely consider using Moyer Home services again!

I emailed Moyer today because my toilet shut off began leaking. I was contacted shortly thereafter and was put on the roster. Within a very short time, Mike contacted me to discuss the issue and ask if he could arrive at my home in 25 minutes. In 25 minutes he was at my home and gave me an estimate. I approved and he began working. I greatly appreciate the extra time he spent explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. We were Bi-County customers for many years, when Bi-County sold their company to Moyer, we were not sure if we would receive the same good service. We are so happy with Moyer, they are the best. We recently had some plumbing work done (August 26th, 2022), and thanks to Else for recommending the PSA program, we saved a lot of money. Mike and Nick were the professionals that did our plumbing work in one day, which included a new water heater, new well tank, new water softener system and repaired our toilets. Lawn care service was terrible. My lawn went down hill ever since Moyer bought my account from another business.

It takes a lot for me to draft a poor review on a company that Ive done business with but I feel I have to for this company. A vital component on our AC unit broke and all we needed was the part replaced. You would think this should be easy to take care of with a company as big as this but unfortunately, it wasnt the case. As a matter of fact it was the complete opposite. I understand everyone is having supply chain issues BUT the fact that it took over 4 weeks for someone to finally give me an update is absolutely unprofessional. And then when I called to cancel after getting at least 7 no responses from anyone, Im told that the part has finally shipped and they need to charge me a re-stocking fee. Really?? Are you kidding? Thanks for wasting my time. Train your managers to deal with the issues professionally instead of avoiding them.

I have Moyer for pest control and have a quarterly contract with them. If they schedule you, they do not automatically give you a time estimate for when they are coming. You need to call them for a specific time. At that point they now have a central number that directs your call. After being directed, I received a voicemail and a disconnection. The serviceman was there late in the day which tied up my entire day due to no time commitment. Then I had to call for the invoice. I feel as if I work for Moyer yet also pay the bill. The serviceman was friendly and does his job and that is the only reason that they even receive 3 stars

We upgraded our hot water system with a new Rheem hot water heater. Our old system could not provide hot water to our satisfaction. Thanks to Moyer Indoor Outdoor and Mike, we now have hot water anytime we need it and at the temperature we required. Thank You, Moyer

They had to fix an installation that was done by a previous company. But were all so positive with me. They took the time to explain 2 me what was wrong and how they were going to fix it! And called 2 follow up 2 make sure it was still working!!!

We used Moyer for pest control. Since the first visit we have seen reduction in bugs and in some areas completely gone. We are still using them to clear out the remaining bugs. Its not an overnight process and it takes time. For us its a 3 months treatment and we are happy with it.

Good professional service

Moyer just removed an old oil tank and installed a new one. I felt the explanation as to why it was time to replace was good advice. The removal of our old tank was tricky, but the guys did a great job draining, dismantling and removing the old tank which was not easy! The new tank is in a great new location, and the installation couldn t have gone better.

We have been using Moyer and their predecessor companies for many years. They do an excellent job in preventing and addressing home pest issues. Communication is great and they always respond promptly to questions or issues. The techs (today it was Mike) always let us know when they are coming and check to see if they need to look at any specific problems. I recommend them heartily. If you have a contract with Moyer, you will have one less home maintenance issue to worry about.

Due to higher than anticipated usage our heating oil tank was empty. Moyer re-routed a delivery truck and filled the tank within an hour of my call. Professional, responsive and timely service was demonstrated by the customer service representative, dispatcher and especially the driver to help us out and keep us warm.

I have been using Moyer Pest Control for many years now and getting excellent service especially with a recent mice problem that started increased. Matt Kauffman replaced my old Technician who retired last year and continues to provide excellent service. The gentleman was courteous, friendly, professional and neat. Of course, our drain clogged on a weekend, so it was pricey. We were just happy to be able to use our kitchen sink and dish washer again.

We recently had our heating and AC systems replaced by Moyer Indoor-Outdoor. The entire interaction was incredibly professional, without any pressure to buy. Our options were clearly explained, and several proposals given. Once we decided on the new system, the service was scheduled quite quickly. The service technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through each step of the process. They even let me know when they were taking a lunch break, and that they closed the gate so I could let my dogs outside during that time. The entire process was completed smoothly. I would highly recommend Moyer Indoor-Outdoor if you need any HVAC repair or installation.

For some reason. My wells fargo debit doesnt work. However my wifes Merck does. And may AHFCU does. Any the pump.

This was a big investment, putting AC in an older house. It could not have gone better. We spoke to 3 vendors (and several never returned phone calls) and Moyer was in a league of their own. The sales engineer Mikie (he was more than just a salesman) was thorough, crawled all thru our attic, and gave extremely detailed explanations of our options, and did not try to upsell to things we didnt need. The installation crew, led by Justin, was prompt and professional, and friendly (friendly even in the face of working in 100°+ attic). They kept us informed every step of the way. They did a masterful job of fitting the system in, with as little disruption as possible. They are true craftsmen and treated this house as if it were their own.

Recently had Moyer at my home to inspect lower motor after basement was flooded. Was initially told that service charge would be waived because I had a service contract. I was initially charged because they also inspected air conditioning unit. If I would have known beforehand I wouldnt have had him touch it. I previously had a bad experience with Petro so I was already leery about heating companies and their service contracts. When I was charged I was ready to leave and find another heating company. I spoke with Sara. I was ready to blow up and burn my bridges. Sara defused the bomb. No one could have been more helpful than she was that day. Not only did she resolve the issue he also help calm me down and reassure me not to leave Moyer. Im still with Moyer Every company needs a Sara

John Osti arrived and was very professional and efficient to identify the problem with our hot water heater, replace a part, and fix our heater. We were very relieved to have heat again so quickly with winter weather outside.

Worst service. The plumber came and to unclog the drain but did not use the right equipment. The drain clogged agin after 2 days. The company does not have any warranty for their work and would not come out again to fix the issue. I probably should have someone else to do the job right, first time.

We had a slow, intermittent leak in our basement. Three companies came to diagnose and repair, but the leak continued. When Mike Hass from Moyer arrived, he listened to our observations of the leak and began to test every possible water source, inside and outside our house. Mike explained each step as he cut into the sheetrock, exactly where the leak was. There were multiple problems with the pipes and Mike was able to rebuild and correct everything. Our basement is dry. Thank you, Mike Hass for your expert knowledge and taking the time to find and correct a very difficult, hidden leak.

We had an ongoing plumbing problem from a remodel that no one could figure out. It turned into a bad leakage issue in our basement. Mike Haas spent extra time at home researching and figured it out! Mike came back and fixed it the next day. He was professional, polite and diligent. Thank you Mike and your boss Alex Reeves for allowing him to come back and finally solve the problem.

Lately our 20 year old home has needed multiple upgrades and its so nice to have reliable and competent people to work with. Moyer has recently fixed our water softener, replaced our well water tank and after an oil burner cleaning noticed oil under our tanks. The two tanks had to go ASAP and they got it done neatly and quickly with no interruption of heat.

The service was great. My lawn never looked better. The gentleman who did the work was knowledgable, friendly and helpful.

I had Moyer over my house Feb 3 to replace my old oil tank. Listen to them if they tell you that your oil tank is old and needs replacing. Since my old oil tank looks just fine to the naked eye, I was skeptical when they informed me that my tank may be 35 40 years or older. I examined the underbelly of the tank, and there were various states of rust throughout, however there was one area where there was dark colored rust, and when rubbed it released an obvious odor of heating oil. I doubt I had a year or two before I had an environmental disaster on my hands. At installation time the Moyer folks stepped me through the process and answered all my questions even when I thought I was being a pain. At the end of the installation I was confident that everything was completed correctly, and I completely understood the process through its conclusion.

Moyer & Sons fills and has filled a number of our needs as home owners. They retrofitted our 1947 Cape Cod with central air conditioning. Their plumbing services have replaced sump pumps, installed a water powered backup sump pump (saved the day during the Noreasters of a few years back), replaced our on-demand water heater when the one that came with the house started leaking, maintained our furnace and A/C, replaced outdoor faucet connections, its a pretty long list. Recently, they replaced our oil tank, since the one we had was most likely original to the house (1947, remember?). They arrived on time, removed the old tank from the basement, installed a new tank, tested it, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We are very happy with the work.

Just had our HVAC system replaced by Moyer. Thad, Dan and the third person (cant remember his name, sorry) were fabulous. They were friendly, polite and just wonderful to have around. We have been using Moyer for ages. When we were told the HVAC should be replaced, we went and got 3 estimates for the job. Moyer was not the most expensive nor were they the cheapest. Since we know what we get with them, we decided to stay with Moyer. The install took 2 days and when they were done, they cleaned up better than when they first went down to the basement. I definitely would recommend Moyer.

The crew did a nice job aerating and seeding the lawn. The office is willing to work with customers on pricing. And customer satisfaction is of importance.

Moyer Indoor/Outdoor installers (Tim & Dan) are the utmost professional installers Ive ever experienced! They were punctual, communicative with every step along the way, they didnt blare loud music, raise their voices or use inappropriate language. I appreciated they were respectful by wearing booties on their feet along with having drop cloths leading from my front door to the basement. Tim went above and beyond keeping me updated when it was apparent the install was going to need an extra day. Tim explained the new Heat pump system to me in laymans terms which I understood. We used another oil company for 23 years when we needed to replace oil tanks. I decided to get quotes from other companies. My first contact with Moyer was Sean, who is in oil sales. He was professional, informative and polite. I would like to add that he was also a nice person. Moyer s quote was competitive and we went with them. ALL of the men that came to do the installation and removal were carbon copies of Sean. In addition to all of the aforementioned attributes...they did a STELLAR job. CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL. Nice people. We needed wasps exterminated. Jim came out...all of the above attributes. He went above and beyond. Great guy. Needed burner serviced...Dan came out. No water on Saturday morning. I was fixed before noon, but we will need a new submersible well pump, which got installed before noon on Monday. Mike and Paul were professional, efficient, and answered my many questions. I have used Moyer for my oil burner service, redirecting water to avoid a fractured pipe above a spring house, and installation of three HVAC mini splits. A reliable company.

Id give a negative star if I could. They are contracted to come every 4 weeks and in between in we call. So, lately it s been that in 2 weeks we can see the weeds coming back, so we call. It takes at least 2 weeks to get dispatch to put us on the schedule. You guessed it .that s our 4 week regular treatment, and they are usually late! DO NOT USE MOYER. I feel that they changed hands some how because in the past 3 years their service has changed 180 degrees. I had them for Lawn, Landscape, HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, and more. I have them for NOTHING anymore. This is my parents house, so working on fixing this mess for this year and then NO MORE MOYER unless they can PROVE 110% that they can go back to the service they used to give.

Very disappointed. We had Moyer come out to spray our large Maple tree today for spotted lanternflies. When I was speaking with them on the phone I explained that it was a very large tree. They assured me they would be able to spray the entire tree top to bottom killing them on contact. They sprayed the tree for literally 3-4 minutes and only the bottom 1/3 of the tree. Not worth the $95 I now have to pay. I will be calling in another company for the next treatment as this seemed less than worth the cost.

Just a quick note to acknowledge another GREAT job performance by the Moyer Team. Quick history: we made an after hours call on Mon 10/19 after detecting a leak in our HW Heater. The answering service processed our call and the on-call service agent (PAUL) returned our call within minutes. Paul reviewed fees and upon our request, came to the house and offered to begin immediately. Due to the late hour we deferred repairs to the following morning. Paul arrived within his projected time; the old unit was out, the new unit in, clean-up was completed, all questions were answered and Paul was off-site in short order. Paul has been in our home on previous occasions. We have always been impressed with his professionalism (quality of work and customer concern). Being retired military, weve traveled around the country (and overseas) and have experienced varying degrees of customer service; Hands down Paul would rate high amongst the top ten performers. A truly Stellar Performer! Highly recommend Paul for a position that would allow him to share his requisite skills in a training manager/supervisory capacity. I recently had our 60 year old oil tank replaced. It was in the basement and was quite a project requiring draining oil , creating a new base, new lines to oil tank and cutting the tank in half, so they could emove it. Sounds messy, right? Not with Dan S and his partner. They arrived promptly at 8:00, laid down tarps and card board, walked quietly in and out of house and basement, and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional! So glad we were recommended to try Moyers when we moved to Chalfont 25 years ago.

We used Moyer for the first time 3 years ago when we moved into our home and we have never stopped. They have since replaced 2 heating and cooling systems and installed a humidifier all with the utmost respect to our home. We have been a Moyer customer for over 20 years for oil delivery and pest control. Moyer just replaced our oil tank. The guys were great! They were very respectful of my home when removing and installing the new tank in our basement. They were courteous, friendly, and explained everything I needed to know about the installation and operation of the new tank. Highly satisfied customer here!!

During a basement renovation we used Moyer to remove an older oil tank, put a temporary tank in place during renovation, and then install a new tank when the renovation was complete. During the initial sales appointment, Brent laid out a couple options with a focus on controlling the cost of the job for us. The technicians who performed the work were skilled, professional, thorough, courteous, and left my basement spotless. Matt M. went above and beyond to take a look at an unrelated issue with our boiler and he gave us a thorough explanation so that we could proceed with the necessary repair work. I have been a Moyers customer for over 30 years. While I have always found them to be respectful, responsible, and very professional, last week they were exceptional. What I thought would be a routine service call for an oil burner problem, turned out to be anything but simple. The Moyers technician arrived at about 3:30 as enthusiastic and positive as someone just starting their day not coming down the home - stretch of it. After assessing the situation, he diagnosed three separate problems and seemed genuinely excited to get started. He then spent the next four hours cheerfully working through the problems with the same enthusiasm and smiling persona as when he first arrived. Once everything was fully operational, I was given an overview of what had been done as well as a what to look for list just in case some tweaking was necessary. He wanted to be sure that I understood everything just in case. Good people who genuinely seem to enjoy their work and are good at it that s what I ve always gotten from Moyers.

So helpful in finding what I needed and so much to choose from.

This company did an excellent job installing my heating and air conditioning unit. They cleaned up everything after they were done. The salesman was very professional and gave me a great price on the unit. I would definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them.

Jim, from the plumbing division, responded quickly (2:00 from call). He quickly identified my issue, an improperly installed drain pipe which over time caused a plumbing clog. He corrected the drain pipe installation and then cleared the blockage. He was prompt, professional and thorough. I have been using Moyer Indoor/Outdoor for more than ten years. I am very satisfied. I would recommend Moyer to anyone.

I was referred to Moyer by a long time friend who had used them and was very satisfied. I called Mike T 3 years ago to get a quote on converting my oil heat and hot water to gas and he came down made some recommendations and left. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I told Mike that I was not ready to buy now but when I was ready, he would be first on my list to call. He made a few reasonable follow up calls but basically left me alone. 3 years later I was ready, I called Mike and we started up again. He came down and re-quoted and interestingly, the price was almost identical. A few weeks later I gave him the go ahead and we got the ball rolling. He told me to call PECO and that they would take 4-6 weeks to come out to do the gas hook up. After PECO arrived several weeks later, I called Mike and let him know. Art then scheduled the time for the guys to come and install the system. The guys showed up on time and each of them introduced themselves to me. I am naturally a skeptical person and I am leery about having strangers in my house for 3 days so I decided to work from home at least the first day. After seeing how professional they were, I let them have unfettered access to my house without me being there. The completely covered the basement floor with drop cloths and had all their tools laid out in a neat and orderly fashion. I checked in on them a few times and they seemed to get along with each other well. They didnt smoke or curse in my house. They were true professionals. On the second and third day, they called me to tell me they were finished. With the exception of 2 new pieces of equipment in my basement, you would never know they were there. I would strongly recommend Moyer for my friends and family. They live the saying I used to have hanging on my office wall A referral is sending someone you know and trust to someone you know and love.

Paul and Jacob did a great job of re-piping some drain pipes. Had a minor leak later that evening which ended up being a manufacturer error with a catch drain. Within 20 mins of calling on 2 separate occasions (at first it seemed to be fixed by tightening some bolts) Jim came out. He was really personable and it s apparent he genuinely cares. Plus, my dog loved him (my dog is not typically friendly with strangers). This meant I didn t have to worry about locking him up! Overall, I ve used Moyer for other services and they are always excellent. I ve had numerous horrible experiences with other plumbing companies and contractors who didn t care about customer satisfaction and who clearly only cared about making a profit. Moyer employees are honest, punctual, reasonably priced, and provide quality service. I wouldn t recommend anyone else for your plumbing needs!

Had my boiler break in December. Finally, just accepted that the thing was no longer usable, so I called my service provider, Moyer. They were very quick to respond by having a salesman show up same day. He spent his time informing me of all my options, while giving me incredible recommendations. and within less than a week I had a new system. The installation was incredibly kind and courteous. Could not be happier with the result. I encourage all to consider Moyer, not only for their hvac installations, but their overall service in general.

Everything was done on time and neatly. NO complaints and will use them again.
