Dream Turf is the BEST! We used their services at our previous home & now again. No matter who you talk to or who comes out to consult or install the turf - they are all amazing! James was our consultation guy & he came out a few times (we changed our minds to make the area bigger). He was so nice & took his time to explain everything & answer all my questions. Great experience with Dream Turf, Luke was informative and provided a competitive bid on the visit. Brad and team were efficient and friendly during the install, got it done in two days. Result was exactly as we had hoped!

We engaged 4 local turf companies to come out and quote us for our backyard. Each company had 5 star ratings and very similar recommendations. We made them as apples to apples as possible and they were all pretty close, in terms of price. We chose DreamTurf because Lucas was very willing to spend time with us, talk things out, and make changes as we went. We felt most comfortable with him and one other company. We chose based on Lucas word that with our specific problems (terrible drainage, insane puppy, and oddly shaped yard) would be addressed and that wed be happy with the results. Communication with the office was easy and helpful. Installation was actually 2 weeks before they thought itd be!! Then Brad and the installation crew came in and were on time (bonus for being a little early), professional, kind and hard working. After day 1 there was a minor miscommunication about a section of ground that should be covered by turf and they happily fixed it to match the quote. Thanked me, even, for bringing up their mistake. Its been about a week and weve been outside playing/hanging out in what used to be a swamp. Catch with my kids, fetch with the pooch, or just sitting on the deck looking at the lawn I spent hours and hours on just to try to make half as nice as it does now. Looks great! It was expensive (dreamturf was 2nd lowest bid but they were all close) but money well spent.

Luke was incredibly responsive and helpful with ideas as well as be adaptable when our yard plans changed! Brad the installation lead was very communicative, friendly and professional. The team installing was so fast we were so impressed at how hard they worked the WHOLE time and I m not exaggerating when I say that. Great service

My neighbors had turf installed this week. While the finished product is beautiful my yard across from them ended up with plastic grass in my rocks and flower beds. It seems they used a blower to clean their client s yard and blew it into mine. Since plastic does not decompose this is unsettling. The driveway between our homes were also littered with gravel they used for the installation. I m not saying I wouldn t recommend their services, BUT I would be certain that they have better consideration for neighbors.

A business that I cant say enough good things about! We had a sales person come out to our home, provided wise counsel, and suggested that we come out to their shop to see samples and get an education on turf -- both having a professional lay it and perhaps doing it ourselves given our tight budget and that we needed it for under a playground only. What a great experience all the way around. Excited for our turf!

Awesome family owned business supplying superior products and service

Note: I only got an estimate from Dream Turf, they did not do a project for me. John was very quick to respond with a base estimate and send someone on site for a more detailed estimate. Very quick and friendly service. Rick came out for the on-site and decided to not take on our project since access to my deck was too difficult. Even after that, Rick took the time to go through the other estimate we got and told us that was a good deal and high quality turf, and we should jump on it. Very honest and quick responding company. I received 3 bids for a front yard turf installation but decided to go with Dream Turf. From Sales Rep James who is very thorough in explaining the process, John & Rick co-owners and their installation crew. All of them are great from start to finish. I could not ask for a better team that delivered and installed a quality turf. Our front yard looks amazing and the envy of the neighborhood. This was the most worry free project I had for years. I will definitely recommend Dream Turf to anyone.

The crew from Dream Turf arrived at the time scheduled and did a walk thru of my property. They answered all questions politely and informatively! Then they got to work, the guys seemed to really like their work and were efficient and answered a few more questions I had. They finished much faster than I expected - a well oiled machine! I could not be happier with the end result!!! Its beautiful and this morning after pouring rain, there were no puddles or muddy messes that I struggled with prior to installing the turf. The new lawn looks amazing. Every time I drive by it I think - awesome. One less lawn to worry about and it looks and even feels real. Its crazy. Worth it. Of note especially was the guys who came out to perform the work were super personable. A great experience overall.

Good turf

Installed synthetic turf in a medium size yard and were very satisfied. Rick and team doing installation were very conscientious and attentive to the small details that were important to us. Lawn came out amazing, cleaned up afterwards, great communication, pleasure to work with. After receiving a few estimates Im so glad we went with these guys. Not only were they price competitive all they do is synthetic turf and they do it well. Highly recommend them.
