Was referred to Green Island after our lawn treatment person ghosted us. By that time the yard had turned into a real mess with the neighbors' weeds moving in. Ben swooped in and started an aggressive treatment plan. He has been keeping his appointments and always stays in touch. Our lawn is almost back to normal. He shared with me that while he is the owner of the lawn care company and could hire others to do the work, he has chosen to do the work himself for one good reason - every client MUST receive 5 star service every single time. Ben has lived up to his word and it shows by the look of my lawn. I tried several large state and national lawn care brands, but I was not satisfied. Any discount they offer is a tease to hook you. The quality of service was disappointing. Finally, I gave up and decided to take care of my lawn myself. Ive been using Green Island Lawn Care for a little over a year now and I definitely made the right choice of choosing Ben to fix my lawn problem caused by one of the big companies. On our first meeting, Ben explained what the big company did wrong and how he plans to fix it and he has kept his word. He is very professional and at the same time very friendly and passionate about his job. He notifies me in advance of his arrival and again when hes completed the job. Some of my neighbors have already signed up for his service and Im sure they will not regret it because I havent. I would highly recommend Green Island and if I could give 500 stars I would.
