It’s been about 6 weeks I have use this company, Michael is the best he pressure washed my house and driveway and it looks Great! Success lawn services has been by far the best lawn service that I have come across. They provide such great quality and they get the job done in a timely manner. The owner was so polite and courteous. Not only did I get my lawn done but they also pressure-washed the house. The cleanup service waa also immaculate. Communication is terrible.. gave me the run around for a week. Gave me a day that he would start, when the day came, he never did. Then I reached out to him again, he s asking for half of the money up front before he starts. That should ve been said when I first hit him up. very unprofessional..

This company Does a good job with your lawn, we get a simple mow nothing special. However the lack of communication of this company is little to none and is forcing me to take my business elsewhere where my money is respected and valued. We had a couple things happened where owner did not communicate nor offer any appology or explanation. Your client should not have to chase you down or remind you of the appointments you set ahead of time. So my review stands. 3 stars bc the lawn work is okay, minus 2 stars for communication. I will be ending my service with Mike, and going elsewhere.
