ARS Landscape & Design, Inc. in Smithtown

This small family business is exactly what we need these days. We went on the Opening Day of April 21st and was greeted with smiles and eagerness to help us with the many questions we had. We come from the city and know absolutely nothing about taking care of flowers and trees. There has been a slight delay in planting due to unforeseen on our part but as soon as we have completed the order, ARS will deliver and plant for us, I will figure out how to send off pictures with the follow-up review when all is done. Either way, my experience with this business so far, is only positive.

I can’t say enough great things about ARS Landscape and Design! Andrew and his crew were absolutely amazing in transforming my property. From the moment I met Andrew, I had complete faith that I chose the right company. They executed every aspect of all the work I had done with professional experience and a tireless work ethic! They do amazing work, and I highly recommend them!

I like to stay with local companies around Smithtown. I chose ARS and met with Andrew who was on time when we initially met for our consultation. When getting my estime I wasn’t just thrown a price. I was given a detailed breakdown of materials and equipment. I had a disaster retaining wall in my backyard and an ugly slope. Andrew and his crew came on time everyday and executed exactly what he said he was going to do. They used a couple yards of top soil and wood chips to soften the slope. By the time the crew left you would not have known they dumped materials on the street and on my driveway. They cleaned up was meticulously. In 2023 when basically everything is expensive, I would rather pay more and have quality and reliability. Yes, I would use Andrew and his crew again.

Had a great experience with ARS Landscaping. I was able to work with Andrew and their team to come up with a patio that fit our yard perfectly. Everything about it was seemless and smooth. I’ve had reservations prior about putting a patio in my backyard because it isn’t that large but we were able to come up with a design that is perfect for our space. I’d recommend working with them to both my friends and family. Can’t wait to work with them again when we put a retaining wall on the side of my driveway!

Excellent customer service ,the plants at their nursery , are absolutely beautiful and healthy ,they’re bigger than the ones you would buy at a big box store. Extremely knowledgeable staff when asked about all the different plants, and how to care for them . I Look forward to the spring when they will be building a custom designed wall in my backyard with a fire pit and beautiful plants 🚜

We hired ARS Landscaping for a large stone wall build and privacy border planting. The communication, scheduling, and attention to detail from ARS office staff, foreman, and crew was absolutely stellar. We were blown away by the quality of work and care showed by ARS. We are so grateful to have found ARS for our job and are so happy with the way it turned out. ARS can do all aspects of Landscaping and Masonry Design and Construction, and they do it with the utmost quality!!

Our experience with ARS Landscape and Design was nothing but positive! Throughout this process communication with the office staff was timely, professional and pleasant. Andrew and his crew removed a failed rock retaining wall and replaced it with a beautiful boulder wall, regraded and seeded our lawn and installed a new fit pit. It is such a relief to look outside and see a wall that is not only properly installed but simply beautiful. Andrew has a great eye for design and was able to interlock the natural stones they used in a structurally sound and naturally beautiful way. I’m sure this wall will stand the test of time. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked hard to finish the job in just a few short days. They made sure that our sprinkler heads were functioning and that the street out front was cleaned thoroughly. I am very much looking forward to spending time in our new backyard and if I ever need more work done I will certainly use ARS Landscape and Design again. We highly recommend them!
