I called to get pricing and he was very rude. He kept asking me repeatedly what my story was because why am I needing someone to cut my grass now that summer was almost over and that it was suspicious that I needed my grass cut by him since I haven’t been using him. It was the most strangest and ridiculous conversation I ever had in my life. I finally hung up. Never in my life have I ever had to beg to GIVE my money for a service as simple as mowing a lawn. Then I was sent a nasty text. Definitely unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere.

Rick did a great job but was inconsistent with which day he came and rescheduled multiple times. He was unwilling to allow for any service but bi-weekly, and when I asked to cancel one week because my lawn didn’t need mowing he was very unprofessional. After an unprofessional, and relatively heated conversation via text I decided he was not someone I wanted to work with anymore.
Rick always does a great job on my lawn. Really great, professional, nice guy. Very hardworking. Reached out to him maybe a year ago and he’s been taking care of my yard ever since. My dogs love him too.
I just very recently put my house on the market and moved out of state. I needed a lawn care service that could take care of my property and keep it looking great until I can get the property under contract and closed. That’s when I called Rick! Extremely responsive and tentative to what I needed, and was able to fit my house into his schedule the same day. Beyond impressed with the level of service, price, kindness, and professionalism from this company. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a great company that will take care of your asset if you’re home enjoying it everyday or out of state like me.

Rick has been cutting my yard for years they're dependable and they do an awesome job. They're not like the big companies that all they actually care about your yard I would highly recommend Rick's Lawn care. I like how there is no surprises Rick contacts us a day before our grass is cut anyway I'm well pleased and I have been pleased for years
My husband and I changed to Ricks Lawn care recently and we have been thrilled with their service. We receive a text message telling us when they are coming to cut which is necessary because we have a doggy door. We want to be able to secure our dog inside when they cut. They do an outstanding job with our lawn and their work is consistently well done. We were not used to such reliability and it has been terrific.

Called to check availability and rates for lawn service and got told very rudely that it is too hot and they are not taking clients and then he promptly hung up. Update: The fact that you had to change your response proves you are rude. I understand it was hot, but the least you could do is say you will call back later or just, you know, not just hang up. I hope others have a better experience, but I would never use this service. Best of luck in these trying times. Update 2: Your bashing me but say I have a chip on my shoulder. I am not taking anything out on you, just passing along the unprofessionalism I experienced. You are also making assumptions about you being the best. And just to set you straight, I called one crew after you and they were also out working, but they took 5 minutes to say they will call me back. And for everyone reading this review, this is his third changed response. Ill start adding pictures as he probably doesnt want you to see him being more rude.

I contacted Ricks Lawn Care to inquire about lawn cutting. He answered the phone yelling that he couldnt hear me. Common sense shouldve told him to cut OFF the lawn mower he was using. So I waited quietly for him to do so. When he finally did, I restated why I was calling. He immediately cut me off and said: Im in a hot backyard, cutting grass. Its hot and Im bout to pass out. Im not taking new clients. Then he hung up on me. Absolutely TERRIBLE! Its 87 degrees today with a overcast. He cried about the heat then hung up in my face. No thank you. **Update: As you can see from the owners response, the complaining and lack of professionalism continues. Have a blessed day sir

Called on 3/7/19 at 4pm to schedule for him to come out for an estimate. They came same day at 6pm gave estimate. They came out the next day 3/8/19 at 8 am and did a an amazing job in my yard. Definitely recommend him for all your yard needs
Excellent work! Even better customer service! I met the owner, he is a very professional guy. He and his wife came over, viewed my property, and gave me a very affordable cost. I have a dog and my husband and I were concerned about leaving our dog inside all day on days when we work so that the lawn could be cut. Well, after explaining that to Mr. Rick, he said no worries!!! We left a dog treat outside and Rick s lawn care totally worked around the dog! I picked this lawn care service because of the reviews and boy I see why the reviews are so good! He and his team are professionals at what they do. They totally make it convenient for the customer and on top of that, they are affordable. Dependable also! He came when he said he would come. This guy knows what he is doing! If something changes, he keeps in contact with you so you re never in the dark. This guy goes above and beyond and I would recommend this lawn care service to anyone hands down! I told my husband, they do a better job than he does! Haha!
