Raul's Landscaping in Skokie

I received a bill from these guys, and I've never done business with them before. At best it's an unprofessional mistake, at worst it's predatory and fraudulent. Now these clowns will never get my business.

They do great work but every single bill they will add services that you did not ask for and I was double billed.
