I would definitely pass on this one! Ive been using them for the last 2 years on my current property. When I set up service on my corner lot, it was only for 2 sides of the yard as I didn't have grass on the south or west sides of my property. Because of this, the price was lower than normal even though it is a larger corner lot. I had new grass planted on the south side of my lot last fall but didn't figure I needed to call and ask them not to treat it as the service was never set up to treat that part of my yard anyhow. Unfortunately they treated it with weed killer and ended up completely thinning out my nice new grass with it. When I called, I was told that they would send someone out to diagnose it and get back to me. I received that diagnosis today and was told to water more and overseed and aerate in the fall. This would all be at my expense. After speaking with the gentleman on the phone, he explained the reason was because "There was never any notes to not treat that part of your yard when the account was set up." Even though he agreed that the amount I was paying was not typical for a lot my size and agreed this would seem likely that my account was set up with the idea that they would only treat two sides of the property, it was somehow still my responsibility that those notes were not added into their system at the time of set up. You can see from the picture what my back yard now looks like after they treated it. Earlier in the season it was completely full and green, but after my June treatment, this is what I have been left with. Making mistakes is inevitable. Refusing to take responsibility for those mistakes and passing that responsibility on to the customer when circumstances would signify otherwise is just bad business.
Parts of our lawn were killed by Equity Green after several texts,calls with no response from Equity Green. We had no choice but to find someone else to repair our lawn from what Equity Green did. We reach out to Green 4 Ever. Allyssa was great. She had a game plan on how to repair it. She kept in contact regularly on the step process and responded quickly to my emails. By the end of the summer, our lawn looked so good. We will continue with them for our lawn service. Highy recommended. Here's a before picture of how our lawn looked with Equity Green. They used to be great. I don’t know what happened the last few years. I used to be able to pay online and they did away with that. I had them over seed and I felt I waisted my money. I watered a lot and still had issues with spots in my yard and told them about trouble spots with weeds (thistle)and still had pull and spray in those spots. not sure if I should stay with them. They did spray the premises for bugs. It did keep the spiders and ants out!
We started using Green 4-Ever a couple of years ago. We use them for lawn care and also snow removal. I have been extremely pleased with all of their services. Our lawn went from looking horrible to lush green. One of our first snows this winter, my husband's work van was parked in our driveway, so they couldn't do our snow removal (my fault, not theirs). I got the van moved, contacted them and the owner Derek himself showed up in the evening to take care of our snow. My husband had a nice chat with him, he is an honest, hardworking, and very personable guy. I would say the same thing about his employees, i have never had a bad experience with them. They have a modern website, and just launched options to pay online, setup new services, etc. So nice for those of us who are 8-5 workers who need to do things online beyond business hours. We are looking forward to many more years with Derek, Cierra and the whole Green 4-Ever family~!
We have used Green4Ever for several years & have been happy with the service but we were very dissatisfied with our most recent service call that we requested. We tried to schedule a time when my husband could be available to meet with your person when they came but that did not seem to be possible so I gave Eric very specific instructions as to what our problems are.& where they were located in the yard. When we got the feedback,none of our issues were addressed & it ended up being nothing but a sales pitch. NOT HAPPY!!
I am a new customer of Green4Ever and I am extremely impressed with our service. Our lawn already looks 10 times better than it did last year. I am also very happy with the knowledgeable office staff. I am looking forward to the utilizing the perimeter pest control this year as well. I would recommend both services to anyone looking for lawn care or pest control!
We recently moved to a new home and had used Green 4 Ever for a few years at our old house. We tried a different company at our new home as they had previously serviced the lawn. After a few months of service with the other company, we knew they could not compare to the consistent service and quality from Green 4 Ever. It was super easy to get back on the schedule with Green 4 Ever and within a week they were out treating our lawn. Top notch!

They have been providers for 3 years, ever since we moved into town. Have heretofore been great, but since last year their billing and posting procedures have been horrible. It is the reason we have terminated the service effective immediately.

Have been a long time customer. When we move in to are house. The grass was in poor shape. First I thought put down sod. But tried Green 4ever. It came back thick and a lush green. We will never leave. Even if we are offered a better price!
We have had good luck with the services provided, and the people have been very helpful and courteous.

Do not use this company for snow removal they never show up and they don t do half the work that there supposed to do when do show up the worst company when it comes to this

I can count on two things from being a customer with Green 4 Ever: 1: A healthy, weed free lawn 2: A responsive, yet competitive, application to my request I have been a customer of Green 4 Ever since 2014. Over the years, I have witnessed a much healthier base to my lawn. The lawn seedlings have become more dense, the ability to survive winter conditions has dramatically improved, and the lawn remains weed free! Additionally, I rely on Green 4 Ever to provide fast and friendly service to my requests. I have always found my interactions with their Team to warrant a 5 star rating. Give Green 4 Ever a try!

Terrible employee attitude. They damage personal property and dont have enough honor to make necessary repairs.
I called each time to have my lawn services they have zero communication and they damaged my yard lights, they also sprayed my brand new cloth cushions on my back patio and now they are stained. When I called them the business lady was rude and disrespectful. They wont respond to my emails or answer the phone. The lawn care is terrible they dont listen to the owners when I come out and showed property line, they went over anyway. Spot treatment is the worst they missed many of the weeds. They sprayed my pine trees when I said not to! It damages some of the branches. They killed two of my plants with to much bug spray and Fertilization is terrible it does not change your lawn like the business name green 4 ever not true! I went to better company that actually came out and wrote down what I want done and what to look out for. That is not a professional business communication! green 4 ever did not come out at all to measure or ask questions.You should call your business brown 4 ever.! Basically I can see why people I know dont want to use you. We called them to have our services reinstated they went off on us like they wanted us to own up to their mistakes then they tried to get us to remove this post. Dont forget G4E many people have cameras on their homes when you come out and spray if you want to accuse people and call it a chronic situation!

I m a bit confused by Patricia s post. If G4e was so horrible why try to reinstate them at all? If you re going to go on and bash a company, why even go with that service again? If I were the company, I m not sure I d want your business back. I ve heard nothing but good reviews on this place so I m sorry if something may have happened but I m sure they tried their best to rectify the situation.

Fast to get snow removed when I called pricing was a little wishy washy gave a huge range and despite half of the snow being moved already charged the max amount quoted. Will definitely use again if we are in a bind and unable to do it!

Absolute horrible customer service. After receiving a flyer on our door I called and signed up to have our lawn treated. I was told my first treatment would be within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks and 3 days I called to check my status and I was told to call someone else because they are not going to be servicing my area any longer. I understand a business sometimes needs to change directions but at least call your own customers and let them know.

Great service and price cant believe I wasted time and money trying to do my own lawn before hiring these guys.
My neighbors were so jealous of my lawn last year. They dont sell me applications that I dont need. And they must do something right because my grass was so green... and without weeds. I was never able to make it look like that in the past when I did it myself. Green 4 Ever is a no-brainer for me every year.
