We called for someone to take a look at a large tree we thought might need to be removed. Within three days there were at our home. They were very honest with us about the issues that the tree had. Within another 4 days there were at our home and took the tree down in a matters of hours. Their crew was professional and effiecnt and left the sight very clean.

We contacted Weller Brothers for some tree removal, stump grinding, and fence line/tree line clearing. We received a fair estimate and they scheduled their visit in a timely manner. Wow! What a difference! Phil and his crew did an AMAZING job! Now we have a yard again!

I had Phil and his crew out to my home and the did not disappoint!!!! I cant recommend this company enough! They have great communication, very professional, and very efficient. I had a tree removed and they cleaned up after themselves so nice. Im hard to get ahold of due to my job and Ryan was more than patient with me, and very helpful! Seems my front yard has not recieved sufficient quantity of fertilizer this year as compared to past years. I notice significantly less product quantity overspray on my sidewalks/driveway. If you need to raise prices a bit to do a proper job then do it - dont skimp on application rate. I bought a small bag myself and applied it - looks great on top of your applicaton.

I can t say enough great things about this company! I have been so happy with the yard treatments that I signed up for their mowing services, irrigation services and pest control. Garner did an amazing job adjusting my sprinkler heads and the mowing crew has always left my yard clean and looking it s best!

They changed there system in 2024 and now there is no notice when they are coming, out of date website no bill pay. otherwise the job is done fine for weed control.

Weller Brothers was here today and did an amazing job. They removed a dead tree, the stump, brought in black dirt and planted grass seed. They also trimmed 10 pine trees on our property and removed all the pine cones. The cleanup was impressive. With 36 owners sometimes its hard to please them all but in this case, it was easy. Thanks for a great job! Highly recommend.

Incompetent, Ive called Weller Brothers 7 times in 3 weeks to find out when they were going to fertilize my yard and trees. They have not completed this task after the entire month of April. After many years I am now a former customer.

Ryan and the arborist team are the type of professionals of yesteryear. Prompt, courteous and they clean up their mess entirely. Having personable staff like this makes such a difference toward future business. Thanks guys!

I am not very happy with my service this year. They don t let us know when they are going to treat our yard nor do they leave a bill so you know they were actually at your house. The bill comes later by email which I hate. Last month they didn t do the yard outside our fence so we called and asked them to come back and do it correctly. They never did. Looks like they gave a credit on the next month, but they never told us that was how they were handling it. Also we have dandelions in the yard. Getting close to going to someone else as I am not happy at all.

Trenton and his crew did an amazing job removing & replacing our old shrubs. Also did a great job topdressing all our rock edging. Also, a shout out to kyle for working with us to schedule & plan this all out. Pretty proud parent moment . Excellent job , we couldn t be happier!!

Landscape installers were great. Very poor communication with the supervisor for the backyard project. Would not use again. Cost not worth the headaches.

Weller Brothers did a great job of doing edging, putting down stone walkway, adding an additional sprinkler head and adding plants and sod to the landscape. They were professional in all ways and very responsive to an additional work I added after getting their layout. I would work with them again for sure.

We had two large trees that were damaged by an ice storm and a tornado that passed close by. They were close to the house so we decided to have them removed. Weller Brothers completed the removal within 6 hours and did an exceptional cleanup afterwards. we are very satisfied with job they did.

They did good work, and I came out and talked to them for like 10 min, asking about how to maintain the grass with 2 big dogs. They helped me out.

Weller Brothers is our snow removal provider for all our commercial properties. I appreciate how they keep us informed of their plans before, during and after the snow fall. They are always very responsive and take pride in their work. The 2022-2023 winter has been tough but Weller Brothers has done a great job of communicating and keeping our properties looking great!

Throughout the winter, snow removal by Weller was exceptional. I especially liked the constant emails detailing what to expect. Very heads up and attention to detail. We had numerous positive comments from homeowners in the HOA that I shared with Ryan.

I am a property manager in Sioux Falls and use Weller Brothers for our lawn, gardening, and snow services. The crews always do a great job! Even when weve had these massive snow falls, they have gotten the pathways and sidewalks cleared super quick and the full lots cleared just as fast. The snow removal crew comes in and clears the entire lot in usually 2 hours max, making it a quick process for residents to be able to get back in. After we had the snow amounts, several of the crew members went above and beyond and were also helping shovel/dig residents cars out so they could get on their way. Any time something is needed, our account manager, Kyle, or the crews are here to handle it faster than I can send the text asking them to do so. Cassidy does a great job as well with the plants and shrubs that we have throughout the property keeping them looking great. The last spring and summer the lawns looked AMAZING, and I have no doubt that they will once this snow is gone too. The times I have chatted with the crew members, they have all been in great attitudes and fun to talk to. Even working long snow removal hours, they seem glad to be doing their job. Weller is top notch service for all your landscaping, drip irrigation, everything lawn care,,snow removal and hardscape design needs! They pay attention to detail and have a very hard working team to get the job done right! They designed and created a lovely backyard patio with a cool fireplace and we spend our nights lounging by the fire. They installed a modern pergola with louvered cover and glow lights, it s really a very zen patio and we are so happy with the outcome! This week we had to ask for an early mowing due to a home improvement project. A simple email to our Account Manager, Justin was all it took. Even during a busy, short holiday week Weller Bros came through. Kyle added us to his Monday route and did a great job for us! Then on Wednesday our regular crew (Kylin and Alex) stopped by and went out of their way to help me move my patio furniture and some last minute trimming before our project on Thursday. These guys do a fantastic job, are very friendly and go the extra mile for the customer. Their equipment is top notch and you can tell well maintained thanks to Dillan. Their billing/accounting department (Camron and Delila) make e-billing and auto payments very seamless and customer friendly. We worked with Ron from Weller Brothers to design a wildflower garden this spring. I am very pleased with the results! He was able to use a simple vision I had to create something wonderful and beyond expectations. The construction crew was efficient, and friendly during installation. We are very eager to watch these bulbs bloom over the course of the next year!

The team is very knowledgeable & there is a really great company culture.

We had them trim two of our trees and they did a really good job. One tree needed a lot of pruning and they called to make sure we were ok with the amount that needed to be taken off before proceeding.

Better to just do it yourself! Dont pay this company for terrible work. So all of the comments below are false! I work from home and I did not have anyone ring the door bell. We also, as you know have a dog, so we would know if anyone came to the house. The fertilizer boys were always able to get into the backyard without me. We asked for both front and back to be done so why not do the front? No door hanger, note or phone call. Just lies from this company. Again dont waste your money!!

Weller Brothers came highly recommended to us from a neighbor, who said they really know what theyre doing. And he was right! Ryan listened carefully to our goals and designed a project that looks great and fulfills all our needs. He incorporated our ideas, and contributed his own useful suggestions. The team who did the work were professional and pleasant while carrying our the work. Another neighbor has since employed Weller Brothers for their project, so really, the whole neighborhood is looking pretty spruced up!

Weller Brothers has done a good job of pruning what they have done so far. The issue is they continue to bill us for work they have not yet completed. I brought that to their attention before and received another bill. I am happy to pay for what has been done.

Did a great job as usual THE FIRST TIME! Did not need or request a second visit. Never ever needed 2 visits in the past. After the first visit Oct 30 we winterized our hydrangeas (3) with wire fencing filled with leaves again like we have done in the past. During the unwanted second visit the leaves were removed from the 3 hydrangeas by lifting up the fencing. While covering them again Nov 13 we noticed damage to all 3 of the plants from the wire mesh being lifted up and placed back around them. Attached photos are of the 2 backyard plants before and after.

I am very pleased with the trimming of my tree. I had several large limbs over the house that were a problem. They cleared the limbs and shaped the area around the bottom. They were pleasant, hard working and professional. The clean up was also exceptional!!!

We had some trees trimmed and two removed by the Weller Brothers Landscaping company. We couldn t be happier with the results! There wasn t a leaf left for us to clean up. We will be using them for any future work we need done.

Ive had the chance to do business with Weller Brothers, and they are an excellent place, their staff is very friendly and hard working.

This is the company hired out to do snow removal at my apartment complex, and it s evident from the way they handle things that they must not care or pay attention. This is the third winter in a row that my garage has been blocked in. They earned a point back for the great job they do on the sidewalks, but it s incredibly frustrating the lack of care they show when it comes to someone s garage. I live at the Locale town homes and we have used Weller brothers the 3 years I have been here and its the worst snow removal I have ever seen out of a company

Update: tried to change from 1 star to zero stars but 1 is the lowest. Its Wednesday at 8 pm. Still no Weller Brothers! Snow is piling up. Absolute JOKE. Run the other way Tuesday: Terrible snow removal service at HOA. 9 inches of snow on Monday morning, 3 more on Monday night. As of Tuesday evening at Midnight, not even a path opened up. Called and someone in Rochester, MN answered. Too big to fail. Find a reputable, smaller contractor.

They re a pleasure to work with; communicate well and provide updates on what their day looks like as well as notify us of any changes to schedule. They re a dream team and a lot of our residents provide great feedback.

We recently switched all of our landscaping needs to Weller. Ron redesigned our front yard. He listened to our wants and concerns and did a beautiful job. The project was started and completed on time with minimal inconvenience to our neighbors and ourselves. It was probably a few of the hottest weeks of the summer, but they came everyday and worked the entire day and cleaned up everyday when they left. We also have Weller do our lawn mowing and garden maintenance. Dallas loves to lawnscape with straight mow lines and is easy to communicate with. We contacted Weller about a steep hill in the back yard. The designer promptly stopped out and we had a design in about 3 weeks. They showed about on schedule and did a great job installing the water feature and plants. Best part, they didnt tear up our yard getting rocks and equipment back there. We recommend them to other people that stop by.

Our landscape needed a fresh new look. Ron took time to look at yard and discuss the vision that we wanted. We have an older home and Rons vision to bring back the older flowers with some new flowers are a great accent to our home. Ron also used some garden pieces we had and incorporated them too. Most important to this project were the tulips to honor our daughter Tessa who is now in Heaven . In the spring we will have over 200 tulips. Wellers also does yard lights and we were struck by lightening in May and they redid our outdoor lightening for us as well, that we are very pleased with. I appreciate the time that was given to us to talk about each step of the project, the start and completion dates too. Ron, Andrew and Miguel are a great team! We will definitely use Wellers for future projects

Weller Brothers completed some general landscaping that included planting bed with rock and plants around front yard tree. They dead plants and replaced with new planting and mulch top grass and new shrubs. The plants are very healthy and their work was meticulously done. They also repaired and brightened up my patio and walkway. They were easy to work with and provided me with a clear design of what they were going to do before they started so there were no questions about what was going to be done. Very satisfied! Highly recommend.

Couldnt be more disappointed with this company. A project that was estimated at 5 days or less took several weeks, they arrived late and halfway thru the project, they became unresponsive. Then they started sending us bills for the entire project, when thousands of dollars of items were not finished. Eventually they took the items off the bill and we paid for what poor work they did. The entire reason we had wanted the project done, was to have the landscaping done to slope away from the house for water reasons. We asked the project manager if it was still low in certain spots which he argued that it was fine. Now less than a year later we have water seeping into our basement due to the low spots we pointed out. Next spring we contacted another project manager to show him the entire area that they planted new seed died. He said he would come over and take a look. No show, no call. Our project was under 15k, just seems like this company doesnt have time or care about small projects.

They do great work!

Our experience with Weller Brothers was disappointing. Communication and follow through was poor. Initially, our project installation was delayed. We learned this after calling the office a few days before we were told our project would begin. The project also took much longer than we were originally told. Neither of these things were a problem. Though, once the project actually began, we were unable to get ahold of our contact. Emails, phone calls, voicemails, completely unresponsive. Once the project was closer to completion, we had a handful of things that needed to be completed yet. We shared the list multiple times in multiple different ways, no response. During that time, we received a final bill. We again shared the list of items that were incomplete. A team came out and semi-finished one of the remaining items and nothing else. The one remaining item that they did address wasnt adequate, but we ultimately decided to let it go and fix it ourselves later on. Part of the quote was to repair portions of our sprinkler system. After their repair work, the system was still leaking in the same places and several of the sprinkler heads they installed were too high to even mow over. We again decided to cut our losses at this point and pay for the work that had been completed, yet our issues hadnt been solved. Since then, we hired another company who came out and corrected all of the remaining sprinkler system issues in one visit for a fraction of the price. When we told them what Weller charged us (again, for not resolving any of the issues), they joked that they should raise their rates. We hired Weller to not only update our landscaping, but to correct the grade on one side of our house, specifically. After the project was underway, when we were still able to connect with our contact at Weller, he assured us that the work that had been done on that side of the house to correct the grade was adequate. Now today, weve had water in our finished basement in the areas where the grade was questionable. Extremely disappointing. Were now hiring another company to correct the grade that should have been corrected the first time we paid for the work. And now we have basement repairs to boot. One final complaint I have relates to their follow-through / customer service. This spring, a large portion of what they seeded for us didnt come back. We reached out to another individual at Weller who said he would give us a call and stop out. He never called back and never stopped out.

We worked with Weller Brothers Rochester team on a foundation landscape refresh. The drawing, design, and planning work was clean and easy to understand with the quote. When the on-site landscape work started, it took just 3 days to remove the old and in with the new! The crews were clean, efficient, and very professional while respecting the rest of the property. We started with their fertilizer and sprinkler services a few years ago, but are also happy we used them to refresh our landscaping. Great work!

Ive hired the Weller Brothers for two landscaping projects and use their maintenance services. Their designs were creative, and their work was quality. I appreciate how they communicated throughout the projects - everyone that worked at my house was professional. The maintenance crew will sometimes mow designs on my lawn, which is always a pleasant surprise, and I am so happy when the snow removal crew comes back to my house to clear the wall of snow left by the city snowplows.

We have worked with Weller Brothers at our hotel property for over a year now and they have been wonderful from the beginning! Luke is professional and easy to communicate with; he is always on top of making sure his team gets out to our property in a timely matter. While here, their team works quickly and efficiently. As safety is a top priority for us, in the winter months especially, it has been great being able to rely on the Weller Brothers team to ensure all snow is removed and our sidewalks/parking lots are sanded so our staff and guests have a safe walkway to utilize. Everyone we have worked with at Weller Brothers has been great, we cannot recommend them enough!

We hired Weller Brothers when we moved into our new home two years ago and they do EVERYTHING for us during all 4 seasons. They worked with us to give us unique landscaping. They take care of our yard in the spring/summer/fall by mowing, trimming, spraying, pulling weeds, watering/all irrigation needs. In the winter they provide our snow removal service. They even work with us to fill our decorative pots for all 4 seasons. I have worked with a couple other landscape companies and Weller Brothers, by far, is the most professional, fair, and personable company weve encountered. Every person weve worked with has been awesome and very easy and fun to communicate with. They care about the services they provide and actually take pride in their work. Sitting here watching a crew mow and trim. Its no wonder the landscaping has grass and weeds in it. Who blows grass clippings into landscaping? Ive heard lots of complaints and now I see first hand why. Trimmer guy throws grass all over everything, sides of buildings, landscape, and sidewalks. Mower guys go as fast as they can and spin around on grass like its a stunt show. They comes final clean up with blowers, grass clippings blown into street, landscaping, and oh yes no need to worry about sidewalks. Definetly not a clean cut service, save your time and money and find a company that takes pride in what they do. As an investor these guys would be the last service Id hire. Its evident its about quanty not quality. Definetly not lawn care professionals.

This contractor has served an HOA of 68 Villas for the past year. Many neighbors have concerns as follows: Frequently gives no notice when skipping a week of lawn mowing. Often mows lawns when wet thus leaving long term indented tire tracks. Poor edging of grass along sidewalks Puts speed over quality by running tractors so quickly and in same pattern every week stunting growth. Fertilizer treatments are not effective and will likely require additional self application. Often late getting to snow removal. Where is this HOA on priority list relative to other Weller customers. I have personally blowed snow off sidewalk the entire block due to some of these delays and a primarily older demographic of residents. Utilizes industrial heavy machinery on driveways in lieu of blade on truck like most providers. Breaks many sprinkler heads during winter months. As referenced above these are concerns of several residents in the HOA. I share in their concern even though I do my own mowing and shoveling.

Weller Brothers has amazed me throughout the past two years. Our property grounds are taken care of year around from Weller Brothers and We are very pleased. The employees are always on time and dedicated to providing a great service. Luke is wonderful to work with as well and is always willing to listen and work with us! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Weller Brothers and Chad K. for any of your landscaping needs. Chad was thorough and prompt with the whole project, answered all my questions, was patient with me in the design process, and accommodated the last minute changes I made, and if there were any mistakes, he made sure they were corrected. His crew was also very professional, they were very friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. Chad can make your ideas come to life! Unlike most contractors, he is still there for you after the project is complete.

Ron and crew did a great job on our landscaping and planting our trees. They were a ways out on the job, but they told us that up front and communicated with us every step of the way. The workers were courteous and there wasnt a big mess when they were finished. We will definitely call them back for other projects that we need done.

Because of our great experience with them, we used them again to replace a tree in our backyard and have recommended them to our family and friends. We live in a twin home community so we wanted our landscaping to be different from the others. Chad Kasten, landscape designer, took our ideas and designed a beautiful project. The crew arrived when they indicated they would and they were all friendly and professional. We decided to do it in two phases and are anxious to get the next one completed next spring.
