This was our first beach so we needed professional help! Jade provided all the info and explanation's that we needed to make our decision. With the experience they have we knew they were the one. Our beach turned out great. We love it!

Are they now doing winter maintenance, snow removal and deicing, if so they do not do it very well and do not show up.

Absolutely horrible!! I haven’t had this many weeds and thistles since buying the house 20 years ago, it’s pretty sad when you pay for a service and still have to go buy weed killer. Never again!

We had this company plant new plants and lay landscape rock in 2019. My husband called them numerous times in 2020 to discuss the need to replace a hydrangea that was planted as it was not healthy in the spring. They never showed up to look at it. Last year( first spring) it had one small blossom. It is dead this spring. Our neighbors used them in 2020 to have their leaves picked up. Our lawn was clean and free of leaves. It was a windy day when they cleaned the neighbors yard. Our yard was full of leaves when they finished the neighbors. My husband called them and reported the situation. They gave excuses such as,”We can’t control the weather and We have only so many days to complete our work”. They did not offer to clean the mess they had created. Avoid using this company.

we have Eagle Lawn do maintenance at our HOA, last week end we were out of town and when we returned they were at the houses turning on the sprinkler system. we pulled in the drive and a guy came up and asked if he could get in to turn on the water for the system. When we entered the home my wife could hear a loud buzzing noise, come to fine out that the Eagle employee pushed the outside door bell button so hard it jamed it causing the inside door bell unit to not ring. I called Eagle and explained the situation and they became rude and said "How is that our problem". your guy pushed the button hard enough to make it jam !! very frustrating that people can do damage and not be responsible !!!

They just tried to blow out my sprinkler system, Sept 19th. When I said I thought it was too early in the season the guy said it was HOA guidelines. I said I would call them and as he walked away he said "I hope it freezes up on you." Nothing below 43 in the 15 day forecast.

Eagle Lawn and Landscaping did our new house landscaping during the 2016 summer. We thought they did a good job of installing what we wanted. We were very disappointed in the add ons to the project and extreme over-pricing. Part of this was our, the customer, fault for not getting a price upfront!!! Lesson learned.
