Had 2 other people look at my 85 foot cottonwood.called jeff and he came the same day to look at it and said no problem...we can do that.. came back in 10 days and had it all down tgat day but the trunk. Then came the next day and was all down and cleaned up by 11 am.was worried about my yard since it was in the back yard but they where great about watching the weather so my yard was not to soggy from the rain. Very little maintenance to do to get it back in shape...his crew was great..the guy in the lift was amazing to watch...definitely knows what he is doing..I would HIGHLY recommend his service to anyone looking for a great job and fair price.. They were courteous, took special care not to damage my lawn, by bringing limbs down. They are very professional, they got the job done in a fast manner, plus ground all branches and debris on the spot, so nothing was left to haul away, except for some logs, which were picked up with a crane. Very professional and fast! We were quoted first by another company, and Jeff and his guys were able to do double the work for less than half of the first quote. Our tree was split and needed to come down soon before we had a disaster, Jeff made us a priority and they had the tree down and everything cleaned up within hours. I will recommend them to everyone.

One of your employees is driving unsafe! Passing me in a no passing and work zone - one lane. Also speeding! Paper tag on license plate February 2nd. No reason to hurry! The tree will still be there. This happened near anthon Iowa.

They just got done cutting down a dead tree for us. And it only took them a couple of hours, they also grinded the stump for us ,there a great bunch of guys and very professional and friendly. Id highly recommend them to anyone. They do a fantastic job.

Called about getting a load of tree clippings dumped off at my location. Said he d drop them by over the weekend and never showed up. Called the next week and said he d have it dropped off in the next day or so. Again no show. I have tried calling multiple times over the last couple days and he will not respond. Very disappointed with lack of follow through and communication.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his crew! We had a huge tree with branches hanging over our house that we wanted gone. His guys were fast, professional, and friendly! Great company to hire, had a tree trimmed and another removed. Price was right in our range. Best part was one of the workers offered to run to bomgaars and purchase stump killer for us, after working at our house most the day he was back late that night applying it. Fantastic customer service!

We had a large tree (belongs to the neighbors) growing across our property, causing damage to our garage and vehicles. Jeffs Tree Service came out, gave me a reasonable quote, and within two weeks the limbs coming across our property were gone. Other than seeing the limbs gone, you would never know that the workers had been there. The mess was completely cleaned up. We really appreciate Jeff and his guys for doing an awesome job!

Absolutely amazing service! I requested a quote online on a Saturday. Jeff called me five minutes later and said hed be out in 20 minutes to take a look. He gave me a great price for the tree and stump grinding and finished the job when he said he would. When they left I was amazed at how clean the yard looked as well. Id recommend him to anyone!! Update: Used Jeff again 3 years later to take down some more trees for me and he was amazing once again!! Google wouldnt let me rate him twice but he definitely deserves 5 stars both times!!!

A windy rainstorm knocked a big branch out of our very old and huge lindenwood tree. Jeffs guys came out promptly and removed the debris. We then had them cut down the entire tree. These guys are awesome. They are very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them. They do excellent work for a reasonable price.

Called twice and left messages in one week to come remove our ash tree that fell on our garage. No response or returned calls.

The work was great but he was at least a month later than he promised. If he had just communicated with us, we would have been OK with it, but we were always forced to constantly call him which was irritating.

They took my huge tree down fast and they cleaned up our yard. Their rates were competitive. Im going to use Jeffs again for trimming the other tree in our yard this spring.

Horrible customer service. Scheduled to trim 3 trees 2 months ago and nobody showed up. Was told it would be done in 2 weeks. Now they wont answer the phone or respond to voicemails.

We had an Ash tree split down the middle threatening our home. Jeffs crew came out quickly and got it cabled up for safety until they could return to take it down. They were amazingly efficient removing the tree and their clean up was outstanding. There is nary a twig of our 60 tree left out in the yard. The team worked together like a well-oiled machine. This guy is an absolute knucklehead. Over the last several years, I have waited around for an entire day only to have him not show up ON 3 SEPERATE OCCASIONS. His customer service sucks. When he does actually show up (which is rare) he demands payment almost immediately. Save yourself some time & choose another service. I would give him zero stars if I could.

I had a tree limb come down across my driveway and phone line. Called Jeffs Tree Service and had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. With in an hour they had a crew to clear it off the line and clear the driveway. Returned the next to take the rest of the damaged tree. Very courteous and prompt. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent. We had a very large dying tree over 80 tall. He was able to come out sooner than expected, they finished very quickly, and cleaned up in no time. Very friendly and no hassle.

I wanted to trim all my trees but wasn t sure how much to trim. When Jeff came out to give me an estimate he explained what would be my best options. When his crew came out they were very fast & efficient & Cost was the same as he estimated. I couldn t even tell they were there. Cleanup was great! Highly recommend Jeff.

Jeffs Tree Services did an amazing job for the Sloan Cemetery. He took out dead trees, ground out stumps and helped clean up after a wind storm hit the cemetery. Also hired him for my residence, after a storm put trees on my roof...called him late at night and he was there bright and early the next morning. These guys are awesome! Lightning struck a tree near our house and the top of the tree fell through our roof in a couple places. We called Jeffs on a Saturday and, do to the situation, they wanted to help us that same day. This shows these guys really care about helping their customers. They were reasonably priced and cleaned up all of the mess. We were a little worried about how things would all work out. I talked to Jeffs Tree Service today and inquired about cutting tree down. I had two bids before that from tree people and had been waiting over a week. Jeff gave me a bid for the tree and then I asked if he could do the small tree in front. He said yes. He left and within the hour his crew arrived. They took the trees down and cleaned up the area. He is a great person to hire if you need tree work done. I highly recommend him.

Jeff came out give me a fair price for my tree that needed to come down and had it down in less than a week.

I had to call twice just to get someone to come out to give me an estimate to cut a tree down. Got what I thought to be a reasonable price and told them to go ahead with the job. Was told they would be back in about a week and a half. A month later, I hired a different company to do the job, and they removed my tree in a week. Have not told Jeffs that they no longer need to do the job, but I doubt they will ever make it back out anyway.

Called Jeff to get 2 trees removed from my yard and a bush trimmed. His employees came to the house, were professional, proficient, and very helpful. Called Jeffs Tree Service on Friday, I told him I was having a family function. He came out the next day and did an absolutely fabulous job. His crew was at my home first thing in the morning, very professional and courteous, and the equipment they used appeared to be state of the art. The day after the last bad storm with all the hail in Morningside my girlfriend called Jeffs the next day to remove a tree off their cable line. The morning after the call they showed up on time and had the tree removed within the hour with polite and professional service.

I called Jeffs tree service twice. Both times they said they would be out later that day. Both times no one showed up or even called to say they werent coming or to reschedule. Very unprofessional.

Took over 2 months to finish the job from cutting it down to removing the stump. There are still huge chunks of stump and now rocks where the tree was.

I called Jeff on May 29, 2015, and asked him to give me an estimate. He came over within an hour and we negotiated a fair price. Jeffs crew came over within a few days and took the tree down quickly. They actually did more work than what was agreed upon, so I was thrilled when I got home from work. In addition to that, yesterday, Jeff was working in a nearby yard. We were having trouble with our chainsaw, and he took the time to come over to help us solve the problem. He is very personable, and genuinely cares about his customers!

BEWARE get it in writing from Jeff. We had a agree upon price to cut down a 60 cotton tree for $2,500 hauled away. He gave us a invoice or $2,800 and when I gave his driver the check for $2,500 he took the last load to go dump it Jeff instructed his driver to turn around and came back dumped the load on our property along with other tree limbs that were already on the truck. Be very careful if you decide to deal with him. Im sure this isnt the first time he has pulled this stunt to try and get customer to pay him extra.
